Poor quality food. Restroms poorly maintained. Napquins are rationed, no soap in the sink and only 1 toilet had toilet paper. Definitely not interested in stopping here again. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Food here is never fresh, buns are always smashed, customer service is pretty bad (especially night shift) and don’t surprised if you’re missing items from your order.

Drive through AI broke and I held the line up for at least 5 minutes before someone came on the speaker. I was shorted a large fry and 3 of my 9 piece poppers. Very disappointed after a long day when all I wanted was what I paid for and that was not cheap! Also when I tried to call to let them know it was forgotten I get sent to someone's full voice mail box.

So, not only was their card reader down, they were out of shakes and the food I did buy was not good. I bought the BBQ chicken sandwich. The buns were nearly burnt and the BBQ sauce was not very tasty. Very disappointing. Does not make me want to go back again.

The AI ordering system was terrible. It was terrible at interacting and taking our order. Not to mention, we prefer speaking to a real person, with a real job. This is a horrible addition we wish you wouldn’t give in to. Give people jobs!

Went through the drive-through to get a burger tried to pay with an old $10 bill, which is real by the way just a very old version of it and was denied service because the employee lacked the intelligence to know what old money is. Ask for a card to call corporate that obviously went nowhere because there is no number to call to complain called the number on the card. She gave me for the owner that also went nowhere so no wonder why they don’t care what people Say mainly because there is no repercussions for their actions as there is no way to go above them to speak to higher management. The sad thing is I really love Carl’s Jr. and I think the food is really good. All I wanted was my burger for lunch and I was trying to pay with the actual money was still denied service. Pretty sad.

Stopped early morning on my way to work waited 15 minutes for my food. The employee that helped us didn’t say thank you didn’t say hi just took our money and then gave our food when we asked for mayo we got met with attitude..

Floors were sticky throughout restaurant and bathroom. The faucets in the ladies bathroom didn’t all work, the bench seating at kid door prints all over them. The windows had handprints all over. The inside of the restaurant was gross. The burger was delicious but definitely need to take a better time with your cleanliness. Makes me question with the kitchens like.

Don’t eat at these places, they are so bad for you! Also you’ll get extras inside your food, like plastic bread ties!

TL;DR, there's a McDonald's across the street go there instead. I don't think I've had a worse cheeseburger in a long time. I'm pretty sure everything was freezer-burned. The buns certainly we're - they looked like they had been put in and out if a freezer several times, and ours were the ones squashed in the bottom of the bag. The meat tasted old, and the onion rings bland and funky. It was so bad the neither my wife nor I finished our burgers, and that's saying something considering we were on the road for ten hours. She said the milkshake was good, however.
