Had delivery to me motel room since I didn’t have a vehicle. Easy ap ordering, communication by text when it was to be delivered. Met driver in parking lot when I was walking the dog. Pizza and cheese bread hot n tasty.

I travel full time (van life) and have been to over 100 Dominos locations and this is one of the best. Lots of toppings, sauce and cheese which a lot of locations try to save a few pennies and skimp out on. This will be my go to pizza any time I'm in the area. Friendly staff and enough people working that it was quick. Tasted like a small town pizza place and not a bland franchise pie.

Had this delivered to my hotel room at the Motel 6. This was a good pizza place for the location and a visit to Blythe. I cannot complain about the food however the price was quite expensive for California but that is the California economy and how expensive the state is compared to back home in Wyoming. I couldn’t complain.

Staff is good... Food is hot and fresh but not tasty and I don't know why a 10" small Pizza is $17.99?! Normally 14" is $17.99. We were in hurry and didn't ask more questions. Luckily there was 20% off so we ended up paying $15.65 (not Gluten free and Not Medium)

Ordering online is a bit of a hassle. But recently Dominos has removed my wife’s favorite items from their online menu, Canadian Bacon/ham. Every time when I order from them I have to call in to get the pizza she likes! I also have pizza rewards as well, and tried to use the free pizza option, I have 4 free pizzas supposedly, but this time instead of a free pizza I got charged for it. I guess if you use the delivery option you don’t get a free pizza even if you spend $50.00 and tip the driver.

Consistently don’t slice the pizza, the chicken Alfredo is usually too dry with single digit chunks of chicken, the pizza is usually not cooked long enough, and $25+ for one pizza with deals most of the time.

Tried to contact the store and it would ring maybe twice and then the call would end. Minimal toppings other than the black olives. Ridiculous

I got the Pacific Vegetable pizza. It was supposed to have fresh tomatoes. I received a pizza with can stewed tomatoes and the minimal sauce? Looked like it was from the juice of the stewed tomatoes. This place sucks. The only reason I get food there is because of family. They like the pizza. I've ordered pasta, a chicken bacon sandwich, 12 piece chicken and the 8 piece boneless chicken. The pasta noodles were rubbery, there was about 2 tablespoons of sauce. Only about 5 pieces of chicken. Horrible tasting. Threw away. Got the chicken sandwich tonight. Bread is hard as a rock, only about 6 small pieces of chicken. Provolone and bacon was a melted mess. Sandwich was thrown into box, falling apart when I opened it. The only good thing I've gotten there is a salad and they don't make them so they can't screw it up. Also I have ordered things and I get charged for them but don't receive them. This has happened about 4 times. Calling corporate won't do anything, it's up to the owner and obviously he doesn't read the reviews, or care about whats happening in his stores, or he would make some changes.

Please stop sending orders to call center overseas. Worst decision Domino's could make. Terribly poor service. Receive proper order 50% of the time, at best. Please stop sacrificing trying to save money with poor customer service. Very bad reflection on your company.

Ordered online. App said to pick up at 8:13. Waited outside in the 109 degree heat for 20 minutes. Walked in saw my order marked as READY on the big screen display. They ignored me for 10 minutes as I stood there waiting. Finally a person at the make line told the order taker to turn around. Short version is they hadn't even started it yet. He told me its gonna be at least another 30 min. He was rude and said, "yup that's just the way it is". I asked him to cancel my order. Walked out.

Didn’t cut my pizza and didn’t add all the toppings that I paid for. Usually don’t complain but it has happened multiple times. An apology doesn’t fix things, I need action and results. No victims !

UPDATE: WAS CONTACTED BY THE MANGER OF BLYTHE STORE, AT 10:40PM. TELLING ME SINCE I HAD ORDERED ON LINE I WOULD HAVE TO CONTRACT CORPORATE, OR I COULD GET A FREE PIZZA ONLY GOOD FOR THE NEXT MORNING. SORRY I CANT COME IN TOMORROW. SHE THEN GOT VERY RUDE AT ME. I ASKED HER NAME, AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME. NEXT DAY. CALLED CORPORATE YOU CAN ONLY TALK TO A BOT ROBOT. Ordered on line the total was $38.26 I was debited 42.09 out of my account called Domino's twice. Manger was supposed to call back. Hasn't as of yet. Someone is making extra money at the customers expense. This could add up to hundreds of $ a day. WATCH YOUR RECEIPT AND COMPARE WITH YOUR BANK STATMENT, I'm just asking for my $4.83 back.

The driver called me and lied because he said the guy who answered the for said they didn't order a pizza. No "guy" lives here. He called me after he went back to the store. Said i was gonna get a credit for the mistake and a week later i still don't have my money back. For Over 5 years i have had pizza delivered with no problems. And in one night not only did i not get my order but was lied to. Never again Will i order from this place.

As I moved to the blinds I caught a glimpse of the Domino's pizza delivery man. Our eyes connected as he spoke on the phone and then he was gone. The sounds of his souped up car filling the air. As I was house sitting for a friend I wondered if he had ordered one for his dinner. He worked at the prison and has hours that vary. A pizza delivered to time with him getting home isn't unusual. I call....small town. I mean small town. 20 minutes on hold the delivery man answered. I don't blast names you know who you are. After explaining that I was trying to find out why he had been at my door his reply was he didn't understand why I had called. Keep your day job son. You've hit your ceiling.
