Been to this location twice and they were horrible both times. First time waited an hour for my order as the workers were vaping in the back with the backdoor open and looked like their friends were there. Now we had a door dash and they forgot the marinara and the pizza puffs were literally bread with no marina inside. I tried to call and the phone just rings and rings. Waste of money.

This man was loud and obnoxious. Yelling from the bathrooms to employees in the back. He was kicking chairs in. Than slamming chairs on the tables. Yrying to not let people sit and stay. Its barly 7pm sir. Horrible experience. Sitting and waiting for our pizza. Cause nothing was Hot n Ready.

Ordered Detroit deep dish style supreme and they didn’t cook anything on the pizza the dough was not cooked mushrooms were not cooked no crust on it. Forgot bell peppers while the cooked the thin and crispy fine.

That's not cheese, it's uncooked dough. Though I shouldn't expect much knowing the employees probably only make minimum, the manager a few bucks over minimum, and this place was recently shut down by the health inspector.

Been here 3 times when it says open and there closed. Call no answer. Clearly someone came in turned on the lights and the open sign. Honestly I've never had this much trouble at a Little Caesars it's the most basic of pizza places. Get new workers please or ownership. Also how do you have the door locked at 12:30 can see movement in the back and yall don't open the door when yall open at 11?

There's a reason this chain is called Little Skeezers. My daughter was taking my granddaughter to a birthday party this evening. She volunteered to run by this establishment and pick up pizzas that the host had ordered for pickup at 530. Mind you, she made the order at 3 o'clock. My daughter arrived at 530, and the pizzas were not ready. They hadn't even been started. In fact, numerous people were waiting, and little progress was being made. She checked every 15 minutes, and she received the same "we're working on it" each time. The pizzas weren't ready until 645. You might think this is the worst part of the ordeal. You would be so wrong. The "gentleman" at the counter was in need of a serious attitude adjustment. My daughter had told him that she was picking up the pizza for a friend. In the entire time, he never informed her she needed a portal code to get the pizzas. When the pizzas were finally cooked, my daughter asked if those were her pizzas, he answered yes, laughed, put the pizzas in the portal and locked it. She had to call her friend to get the code. Utterly juvenile and reprehensible behavior on his part. He is a true detriment to the business. Anyway, I would recommend anyone considering purchasing a pizza from this joint, reconsider your choice. They in no way deserve your money, and don't care to have a manager who can properly schedule pizza prep, maintain employee discipline or recommend appropriate staffing.

The food quality at this location is average — about 3/5 stars — and generally fair for the price. However, the customer service and management are severely lacking. Wait times are consistently unreasonable, often extending well beyond an hour, even for “Hot & Ready” items that are supposed to be available immediately. The staff’s appearance and attitude reflect a clear absence of leadership or accountability. The store also appears unclean from what can be seen behind the counter, further emphasizing poor oversight and low standards. It’s evident that employees here have little pride or sense of ownership in their work, which ultimately falls back on management’s failure to create a positive and professional environment. This location does not represent the Little Caesars brand well. Boerne deserves better — either a major turnaround in management and operations or a complete replacement altogether.

Came in to get a pizza. The logo is hot and ready. They had pizza stacked up. Employee looked at me made eye contact took him over five minutes to come up to the counter. Maybe you guys should staff better your pizza is not great. It’s just hot and ready, but I can’t get it if you employee won’t sell it to me after five minutes plushe comes up to me and ask can I wait longer? I said no I can’t wait longer. he shrugged and walked back behind the counter again.

My family and I got food poisoning last night eating your pizza, this sealed the deal of not coming back. The kids working there need better management and more education on how to handle food safely, this is not their fault. I’ll also be reaching out to corporate to report this so no one else gets sick, and can be investigated.

I ordered online through their portal and your able to track when it’s ready. I arrived and waited for it to let me know when it’s ready. I get a message on portal that says it’s ready and says you can skip the line and use the scanner to get it right out of the portal oven. I go to scan but doesn’t work. So I ask and show her on my phone that it says it’s ready and she says oh well there’s no pizzas in the oven so it’s not ready and should be coming. So I sit and watch 15 walk-ins get everything they want! I finally after waiting 20 minutes get back in line and tell her why is my phone saying it’s ready when it’s not. By then Uber drivers and in coming calls are complaining and trying to get refunds. So they put my order back in after waiting 45 minutes and ordered a hour and a half before. Now they don’t have the cheese steak puffs I ordered earlier. Will never go back there again. Horrible experience. I should have at least got a free drink.

Please believe all the bad reviews!! All the tables filled with people waiting on orders that seem to never get done. Walked in trying to get one order of crazy bread. Was told they were in the oven and it would be 10 minutes. I sat down. 8 minutes later a lady walked in and asked for crazy bread (she had not preordered) and they handed it to her. I spoke up and they said ‘oh yeah’ and handed me a bag. It was burnt, and cold at the same time. Dried up too. What a joke this place is. Never had a good experience here and will never return.

It astounds me how this place can continue to lower the bar time and time again. Expect to wait 30+ minutes on a good day. The manager does anything but manage the store while it’s full of customers waiting on backed-up orders - preferring to smoke outside the front door and chat with his friends. Figured I’d try ordering online this time to see if it would make a difference. My order was estimated for pickup between 6:57 and 7:02 but the tracker showed it wasn’t put into the oven until 7:04 - about 30 minutes after my order was placed. 20 minutes later, I finally receive the email saying my order is ready. Walking in, I’m greeted with the all too familiar crowded lobby of disappointed customers who chose to visit here on a day that ends in “Y.” Lo and behold, my order was never even started. If this was a novel occurrence, it would be understandable, however, this has happened time and time again without fail. I’m done with this place. If you want a refund, attached is the number I was given as they apparently can’t issue one themselves. If you want pizza, they don’t have it here.

Each order continues to decline in both quality and service. To start, the worker handed me the wrong items. When I pointed it out, I was met with attitude, as though it were my fault. The pizza slices were unevenly cut, with no two pieces matching in size. The Crazy Bread was undercooked, nearly raw in some parts. Overall, a very disappointing experience and the worst to date.

Well, the pictures should say it all, but was someone eating the filling inside the crazy puffs before they sent them home with me? Or just really unable to their job? I have never complained before, to any business, but opening 4 pizza boxes to discover that every single order was only partially there.. or honestly, I don't even know what happened to these. It's worth mentioning that there is obviously no quality check before orders are sent home. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
