Sunny’s was a wonderful brunch experience. It was a chilly day and when we came in we heard it could be up to an hour wait to sit inside(highly recommend a reservation!) but the hostess was kind enough to find us a spot on the patio right next to the heaters overlooking the river and we only waited about 10 minutes. Victoria was our server and she was very sweet and attentive. The food and drinks were delicious and presented beautifully, but when my boyfriend, who can be a bit picky at times, didn’t love the Boerne Benedict Crepe, we were politely accommodated to exchange the plate for something else. I would highly recommend Sunny’s for an aesthetic atmosphere, friendly service, and an exploratory menu.

We went there for brunch, and we tried their tomato basil soup and eggs Benedict plus crepes. They were super delicious!!! Especially, our server Kara was awesome! She was so attentive, polite and professional. She even brought a huge bowl of water for our Golden puppy. She was amazing. We will definitely come back again!

Wonderful brunch—highly recommend ordering a few appetizers to share; they’re fantastic. A reservation is a must, as the place is understandably very busy, especially if you’re dining with a larger group, so be sure to book ahead. The staff is genuinely lovely and anticipates your needs like true pros. My mother loves hot tea, and they not only offered real tea options (hello, English Breakfast!) but also brought her additional hot water without even being asked. 10/10! Our server Rene was ON IT!!! The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxed—perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a great date.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing first visit today! Asheron was our waiter and he was incredibly polite, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu, which made our experience even better. We were referred by the Chamber of Commerce of Boerne and can absolutely see why—everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back! Also, whoever runs the TikTok/Instagram page deserves a shoutout… I love it! 🤩

I went for a nighttime sweet and had an amazing time. I got one of their crepes and it was very well made and worth the price. The outside atmosphere was lovely and I had an amazing server named Harrison. He was attentive and very open to making suggestions about the menu. Overall, a great experience and I can’t wait to come again.

Got a chance to get away for a couple of days and wound up in Boerne. Had to stop at Sunny's based on all the people we talked to. Experience lived up to the hype. Great food and wonderful service! Izzy was on her game! Gave us several recommendations from the menu and was spot on. Her outgoing attitude and smile added to the great time had. Would definitely recommend!

This is a great place to have brunch. The food and cocktails are excellent. Try the Flamongo. We had the grilled cheese teasers. The tomato soup it comes with really adds to the grilled cheese sandwich. I had the Birria Benedict it was very good. My girl have the chilaquiles. It was a little spicy for her. The service is excellent and our waitress was very attentive. If you know Boerne TX it can get packed but its a great place to visit. Definitely worth our 45 min drive. The weather is beautiful so it was perfect to sit outside.

We've been looking forward to checking Sunny's out since they opened but didn't have the time until now. We had to wait only about 10min before we were sat on a busy Saturday so that was a pleasant surprise. Our server Stevie was kind and attentive. To start we enjoyed the "Brie Mine"; Toasted mini baguettes topped with melted Brie, house-made fig jam and toasted pecans. For our mains; Harvest Bowl Anourishing bowl featuring quinoa, sweet potatoes, creamy avocado, corn, cucumber, lemon herb cream, feta cheese, beans, and a sunny side egg also The Loaded Bagel; Fried egg, smokey ham, bacon, avocado, chipotle mayo, arugula, and melted cheddar on a toasted everything bagel. Comes with a side of fruit. For cocktails I ordered the La Flor, which is essentially a pretty sweet margarita made with Cazadores Blanco Tequila, dragon fruit purée, hibiscus syrup, lime, pink salt rim. To be honest it was too sweet for my liking and I'll have to switch it up on the next visit. My husband ordered the Miss Bloody Mary which he said was pretty good. I also ordered a coffee Togo and loved the option of oat milk in the Salty Sidekick Layers of buttery caramel meet a hint of sea salt in steamed milk and espresso. All and all the experience was pretty solid and we'll definitely be back because they're plenty other items on this menu I'm looking forward to trying! 💯 Recommend.

First time visiting boerne and I loved it. Sunnys is such a cute brunch restaurant and everyone was so kind. The food was lovely and aesthetic. Very delicious drinks as well. The carrot cake latte was underwhelming but everything else was amazing. Thank you.

Looking for the perfect breakfast and brunch spot? This was it! One thing I love about Boerne and the Hill Country is how friendly everything and everyone feels—and Sunny’s fits right in. The preserved building is beautiful and welcoming. Not going to lie, the parking lot almost discouraged us, but I’m so glad we found a spot and went inside. The patio was tempting, but since we were short on time, we headed to the bar area instead. We were greeted right away, served waters immediately, and the service stayed attentive the whole time. My coffee was deliciously curated (thank you for the extra cinnamon!), and we decided to order two starters as our meals. I wanted something sweet, while my boyfriend wanted something savory, and it ended up being the perfect combo. I had the French toast sticks—so good—and he had the grilled cheese bites with tomato basil soup, which were just as tasty. Plates cleared, no crumbs left behind! Before leaving, I also grabbed a lemon mint juice, and it was so refreshing. Overall, 10/10. Sunny’s is an absolute must-go for breakfast or brunch in Boerne!

I have now been to Sunny’s half a dozen times. Luckily, I’m next-door and I love this place! The food is delicious, the service is wonderful. And our server today Tessa was fabulous. Pancakes are delicious. The eggs Benedict crêpe is my favorite. And the brie appetizer is to die for. The owner is a wonderful man and his family is incredible. They have brought some thing Boerne definitely needed back in this little community. We’re excited for breakfast here on River Road. Yum yum 5 stars all the way. Oh, did I mention the ambience is just perfect. The patio is my favorite. Come check this place out. You won’t be disappointed.

The food we had was very good my only complaint would be portion sizes on a few dishes. Service was pretty good and staff was friendly. Make sure to get reservations especially on the weekends as they were currently 2 weeks out for weekend reservations. During the week we were able to walk in and get a table for a late lunch.

Such a cute restaurant and ambiance. I loved the lighting and the design it was such a classy cozy feeling. We ordered coffee and cucumber mint refresher which were both so good. The food comes with big portion and has amazing flavor. I will say our waitress was a little off putting but there’s always one anyhow i will definitely come back and try more on their menu!

A nice, chill environment with a welcoming vibe. We had a short wait for seating because we didn't make reservations. Once seated, our server was polite and personable. He knew the menu well which helped us make our choices. Even with most tables being full, our food didn't take long to come out. The mimosas were good. I had the cucumber, mint and lime and ordered the smoked salmon crepe. It was really good, fresh and filling. My friends also enjoyed their food.
