First time here and it was pretty good. Our server was on point her name was Hailey G. The food was great and was able to watch the Longhorns play. My Son had the garlic parmigiana wing and Jamaican jerk wings. He said that the spice was perfect and the ranch dipping sauce was amazing. The balance of garlic to parmigiana was also great. I had the honey sriracha and peach habanero wings. They were both delicious not as spicy as I thought. Military friendly establishment which is always great to see and hear 🇺🇸. I will be definitely coming back to try other sauces! Keep it up!

Love the casual atmosphere with the big game touch. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the Queso blanco, lemon pepper wings, Korean BBQ wings, mild Buffalo wings, tots, and a hurricane (which they did not short us on the rum). We had a great time. We did have to battle flys, but we enjoyed ourselves none the less. And our server was very attentive and had a great attitude.

Under sauced and over cooked wings. Burger was acceptable. Service was good for the most part, but I was getting ready to leave after waiting 10 minutes for drinks.

Let’s go! GOTTA COME! This place is amazing! Service was good and quick. Sat down quickly during lunch hour. It was nice and toasty on there deck. They have plenty of space inside and outside. THE WINGS ARE PHENOMENAL. Seriously, they’re my favorite food in the world and this place HIT. Great size, great price, very fair value. And I asked for extra saucy and let me tell you. They WERE SAUCY. I was able to get each bite wet and dip my fries in the sauce. Reason for three stars? I asked for blue cheese instead of ranch. I got ranch. My friend asked for buffalo sauce instead of ranch. Got ranch. And we got charged for the extra sauce when we asked for the correction. Not cool. BUT. Will come back and hopefully the server is better!

I do not know what happened here but DAMN! The food was extremely underwhelming. The drinks selection... well, if you want beer or water, you are hooked up. We used to love treating ourselves to wings here... yeah, no thanks... the wings were so over cooked the sauce was even dried out. The beer was warm and flat... it USED to be a much preferred place in Boerne... the best thing was our server. She was top notch!

I use to love this place! This visit was horrible. I drove from SA for a late lunch for my birthday. Our waitress took our order and served us our drinks. Never saw her again. I ordered garlic parmesan boneless wings. My wings had minimal flavor. I would have asked for extra garlic parmesan but the waitress never checked on us. The beer was cold and good. I would have loved a 2nd one. We went to the front to pay since we never received the bill. The waitress came and I explained. Her response, sorry and handed me the ticket. I said I came here for my birthday. Still just I'm sorry and walked away. I asked someone else for the manager. Same response, I'm sorry with no concern. I'm so happy the people that were suppose to join couldn't make it. I will never recommend Sauced again. The only good thing was the beer but you can't get more than one.

Great atmosphere, great service - far less than acceptable food. The wings we ordered were mostly coating and a little chicken. My wife's ceasar salad was a joke and the french fries weren't even close to good. None of the food that we or the people with us ordered would I consider good.

I just don’t understand why you order a salad and then have to pay &.75 for dressing. I didn’t order extra dressing. My husband loves the buffalo chicken sandwich. The fries were way too salty.

The service at the kitchen was terrible. The wings were dry. My order was for 50 wings with different flavors. They thought I wouldn't check my order, but they put all 50 in two boxes. They never would have fit all 50 in there. I returned them and made them put everything I paid for (over $100) in the correct order. The service was awful, it's not what it used to be, and the flavor was horrible. It tasted like there was water in the dressings. If you order takeout, check your order and demand what you pay for.

SECOND TRIP ... Thought I would Try Again. I thought I would try Sauced again. Sometimes restaurants just has an off day. I had a LENGTHY conversation with the Hostess about our first experience and she assured me their food is great! I once again ordered Classic 5 with medium sauce. Same experiences as the first time. The sauce was separated and half of it was oil. Not edible! For $10 for 5 wing covering in spicy oil is just gross! The food is bad! It is not an off day! What is worse, is the staff thinks this passes for good food.. There are other places in town if you want wing.

Disappointed with Our First Visit I recently moved to Boerne and heard great things about Sause Wing Bar—many said it was the best wing spot in town. I thought it would be a great choice for a work lunch with the office, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. Our order was ready 15 minutes later than promised, and one of the meals was completely incorrect. I had ordered the Class 5 wing piece with Medium Buffalo sauce, but the sauce was separated—half of it was just oil. I could only manage to eat one wing. I also ordered the mac and cheese, which was undercooked and had a lumpy, hardened cheese sauce. We called to have the order remade, and while they agreed to do so, we were charged again for their mistakes. My assistant picked up the replacement and paid for it, not realizing we were being double-charged—so I ended up covering the cost myself. Overall, this was not a great first impression. The food quality was poor, and the customer service didn’t make up for it. Disappointed and unlikely to return.

The fact that this has 4.3 stars is concerning. I don’t know who has done most of the reviews for this place but whoever y’all are have the worst taste buds. I had the chicken strips and fries and this was some of the most soulless food I’ve ever tasted. It tasted like a cubicle feels. This food reminded of a spread sheet. This food tasted like the suburbs, I should know because I live in the suburbs. This food tasted like it was made by AI. I’m not against chains but this was the chaniest chain restaurant food I’ve ever had. I’d rather eat at an Applebees. And the price?!?!? If I paid half of what I paid for that meal I’d still be disappointed. Do yourself a favor and find a local restaurant to eat at, that way if it’s bad you’re supporting the local economy and not some soulless strip mall chicken spot that clearly doesn’t give a damn about putting out a quality product. Howdy there, we visited last night with high hopes we had finally found somewhere to eat in boerne, it was busy I thought for sure it must be good then. I was so wrong, please read on if you would like the full story. We were seated quickly GREAT! Apps came quickly awesome! Then it was all down hill from there. Food was delivered. All chicken was dry as a bone and only have our order was tabled and the other half took another 15 minutes or so to arrive those being two salad,, so as my kids and husband were eating my mother and I sat wishing for our food...... then when it arrived my chicken on my salad was also dry, my kids chicken dry, the wings dry. I paid 15 dollars for my Cobb slad, I got almost all hearts of Romaine barely any leaf. My bacon was bagged bacon bits not fresh bacon I received one cup of dressing for a huge salad but frankly did not want to ask for more as I felt I'd probably never receive it. The only thing we did enjoy was the queso Blanca dip man was that yummy! On my trip to the restroom I passed a table, I'm assuming where the employees sit when not busy or with a customer. A waitress sat there was holding her tips in the air "this is all I've made tonight" she had them fanned out showing each bill "134 for a full day!" she seemed definitely upset about it, as customer I don't find that very appropriate. we had a discussion with the manager who said he would try to help take a little off the bill because the food was not up to par with the price and experience but did that happen? Nope, he walked over to the screen and sure acted like he was going to, but it never was done. This establishment seems like it is owned and run by children that couldn't care less about the quality of the food vs the price they are asking. If I'm paying upwards of 14 dollars for a salad I'm sorry but I expect it to be well worth it and atleast dining at a chicken restaurant for all of our chicken to be edible. The worst was being told one thing and never having it done for us. so the hunt continues, will we ever find a good restaurant in boerne worth spending our money at? Only time will tell.
