If y'all have not tried the 🥑 Avocado toast it is superb!!! I highly recommend 10 outta 10! atmosphere and wonderful smoothies!!! They always have stickers for the kiddos!!

Always greater with a smile and always tries to make sure I take advantage of any offers available. I also like the special dietary options always available. Inside is always clean and tidy in appearance and the folks working at this Boerne location are always kind and friendly. A+++

Smoothie King Boerne has made great improvements in their customer service and smoothie making! I used to frequent this location, but about a year ago, the service and quality had declined. I recently started coming back this summer and the customer service is top notch! Today, my husband and I went in for two smoothies and the customer service was amazing. They were pretty busy with both drive through and in store orders, but all staff, Kaitlyn, Danny, and Grace were hard at work and being so polite and respectful. The taste of our smoothies were so good! One complaint we used to have was the grainy texture and either too bitter or too sweet tasting smoothies. This time, smoothies were made promptly and were delicious! We will definitely be making it a point to come back more often!

The staff are always VERY nice and d friendly. Shakes and bowls are delicious. One complaint… your music is awful. I would stay a bit longer but the music sucks. Smoothie King opened up in the 70’s.. why not play music that represents the decade it opened? Sneak a modern one in occasionally. Or allow the 70’s playlist to grab anything new that is similar . Some of the songs played when I come in are awful. But I love you smoothie king. 😊

I always LOVE getting my favorite smoothie from here The Angel Food with Peanut Butter. I also decided to try the Avacado Toast and it was delicious! I’ll definitely be back to have it again. Great smoothies and great service!!!

My daughter and I visited smoothie king on a Friday morning before school, a high traffic time. I ordered on the app prior to our visit. Tamala went above and beyond to make our order correctly. The order took longer than expected, but she communicated her apologies, as it was very busy. I can not speak highly enough about her customer service and positive attitude. She really made my day being so upbeat and amazing!

Sunday afternoon. The music was so loud I could not hear the girl taking our order. As we waited for our smoothies. The 3 girls working repeatedly threw things around making even more noise. Their next flaw was that they didn’t charge us for a bag of chips even though she saw my daughter take the chips off the wall and place it in front of us during our order. As we completed the order I got the sense from the the girls that they didn’t charge for the chips. Though I could t verify bc I chose no receipt. So I asked and they said no. I just don’t think it’s wise to have the only employees working to be high school aged girls. They aren’t assertive enough to stop and apologize to a customer for not ringing up an item and to ensure that it got rung up. They also just simply unaware of how the music type and volume impacts the environment for the customers. Their loud noisy kitchen manners on top of the loud music was annoying. Lastly my daughters smoothie tatsed very different then it usually does and we order the same thing every time. However couldn’t do anything about it as we have already left when she first tasted it.

Ordered online and made 2 simple switches to the recipe by switching protein for protein and milk for milk, as well as adding almond butter. I do this regularly at other locations and have never had a quality issue. This was the worst smoothie I’ve ever had from Smoothie King, I would not revisit this location.

In line in the drive thru for 27 minutes, placed my order of a 32oz shake and PB Bowl, 9 minutes later I get my shake, 5 minutes later I get my bowl. I asked how much longer, the employee asked everyone in the store who was working on my PB Bowl. No one had a clue or communication. 35 minutes later, I drive off. It wasn’t even busy.

Actually horrible. I placed a mobile order and waited inside for 30 min to it to be made for me even when I told them it was missing 15 min in and once my smoothie was ready it wasn’t even full. Will not be returning to this location it’s ran by high school kids.
