Excellent dishes, mostly meat and cheese-based, almost all of which are homemade. For example, the stuffed pasta, such as ravioli del plin, is made by a local pasta factory, but the filling ingredients are supplied by the Cascina. The signature dish is the burgers, cooked in various ways and served in two different sizes: 130 and 200 grams. The mixed platters of cured meats and cheeses are also excellent, served with honey and caramelized onion and accompanied by crostini with anchovies in salsa verde. The portions are generous. Meat and cheese are also available for purchase in the shop downstairs. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I had to remove one star from the ambience because, despite the pleasant and welcoming decor, it is too noisy even with just a few tables occupied. I would recommend using some sound-absorbing material.

Healthy, good food from producer to consumer. A Canavese excellence that I recommend for its quality and care in both production and preparation. They have excellent products, and they remain so even in their preparation and production. Delicious meats, cured meats, and cheeses, and as if that weren't enough, they also have excellent artisanal ice cream. I've been going there for a few months, both for lunch and dinner, and even for ice cream snacks! Always satisfied! I can only confirm my 5-star rating. I hope they always maintain this level of quality and courtesy. The staff, both in the dining room and in the shop, are always kind and courteous. They know how to treat their products and their customers. I will be back often.

An excellent establishment that combines a good restaurant, open for lunch with quick menus for work breaks, as well as more traditional and complete dinners, and a shop selling delicious products, mostly home-made, such as meats, cured meats, dairy products, milk, and tomini cheeses. A warm welcome, efficient and fast service, quality preparations, and authentic ingredients make the restaurant highly recommended. The shop makes your mouth water just walking in... Excellent.
