Jenn is an AMAZING person. I had a funeral for my grandmother today, and needed a catering order by 3 today (I called her around 11). She had it ready 10 minutes before 3pm and even gave her condolences. We WILL be back! Give this lady a raise!!!
I know what you're thinking, "It's just a Subway..." But, this particular Subway is clean and has fast and friendly service that gets your order right the first time! The owner is also an awesome person that takes pride in her business, and I think that the quality shows, even as simple as something as a Subway sandwich.
The cleanest restaurant, freshest food, and wondeeful staff.
Ate Lunch which was quickly prepared. It was delicious. Sub was 3 meat variety with my favorite vegetables. I choose a meal which offered me a drink, chips and cookie. Quick , Easy and Deliciously Fun !!!
I have to change my review. You did have 5 stars because I love your food, and your employees were always fantastic, until this evening. My wife went through the drive through, and asked twice for my sandwich to be toasted. The second time, she was sighed at. When she got home it hadn't been toasted. Minor details... But minor details are how you get a satisfied/repeat customer. 5:30ish pm, Monday May 12th. I'll be spending my money at the Chandler location until employee attitudes and standards change.
Love the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sub and salad. Just wish they had their soups. Not many places in Boonville have soup.
I've had mixed experiences, I've only been here twice. The first time the woman that waited on me seemed very unpleasant and unhappy. Although she said nothing to me directly she just didn't need to be at the counter. My second visit about the same time of day went very well. I believe that may have been the manager standing there. What ever the reason I had a great second experience there, the food was good place clean. I've no complaints.
Absolutely love this place! Always so nice and polite. Megan makes the best wraps! Hailey is always making and dressing my sandwiches just right! They are always helping the local schools out having sandwiches ready for kiddos who have after school sports. Best Subway around!

This is one of the cleaner Subways that we have visited. Food was typical of most franchisees. We prefer this one to several others in the area. Service was good.

Changed my rating for Subway. Disappointed they discontinued the chipotle South West sauce and others. They do however have a variety of choices and made to order
The girls working today need to be respectful when helping the customer. I will think about whether I will be back to the Boonville ,Indiana Subway.

The food is good but they are never open. It's 7:45 on a Friday night and they are closed!! Tomorrow, they don't open until 1 pm, most people eat lunch between 11am and 1pm.
I'm just so disappointed that they wouldn't honor my coupon! I received a publication that has 14 different coupons. They will not honor 4 of the 14... Management has decided that it's ok to turn away a customer vs honor a coupon!!!

They never make my food right
Very, very poor service! Had to wait at counter while 3 staff members were walking around & saying how busy the restaurant was, but no one was taking orders or cleaning or refilling, etc. Only 2 people inside eating & no one in line but myself. After some time had passed & the 3 staff employees looked at me waiting several times still no service until I raised my voice to ask about ordering a sandwich, then I was finally able to order. Very unorganized for attempting to make a sandwich as well, asking each other how many slices of meat to put on the sandwich. As I was in line waiting for mine to be made another customer came in who said he had been waiting in the drive thru for quite some time, this customer said "someone (employee for drivethru) told me on the intercom to hold on a minute that she would be right back but never came back on intercom to take his order so he had to park & come inside. He finally was able to place his order as well. Very poor service! Not pleased with food flavor/taste either.
So with having 15 minutes left until closed and 1 person in front of me that got to order, I pull up and they say they are closed. I go to the doors, locked. Really Boonville Subway. Not the first time this has happened. If it says closed at a certain time then that's the time you close, not 15 minutes sooner.
It was 6:52 pm and we pulled in to order a pizza for my daughter they locked the doors as my husband walked to the door and just walked away. Time on the door even said they close at 8pm

Last place I would go to for processed unhealthy food. Plus they tresspassed my husband for no reason while making comments about his military service. My husband served in 3 deployments, 2 made front page newspapers. Understandably, my husband gave them a bad review and they removed it. Unless the veteran fits their stereotype, they do not support veterans. And I am hispanic, which gives them license to be rude to me cause I am not white enough. I think there is a word for that. 😁
This place use to be the only decent/clean fast food restaurant in Boonville but poor management and lack of caring this place ranks around the bottom now. Service is terrible the high school girls working act like you are bothering them by coming there to eat. Always on their phones and Very rude and unfriendly. Food is basically bread with a tad bit of meat unless you want to pay nice sit down restaurant prices. You got a 50/50 shot if they get your order right if you use drive thru. Place is never clean now and they close at 6pm. Probably because they don’t get any business at night…. Wonder why?? Seems this Subway has taken the path of Jared and sunk!!!!
Customer service has really gone down hill since the older blonde lady has been gone. Customer service and making customers order correctly should always be your biggest focus as a business.
We received a pg of Subway coupons in the mail a few days ago and decided to go thru the Boonville Subway drive-thru to order 2 subs. Time was around noon with no cars in parking lot or drive-thru. At the menu board, a recording came on and said "thank you for choosing Subway. Someone will be with you in a moment. " Less than 15 seconds, a employee came on and said " welcome to Subway, how may I help you?" I told her I would like 2 subs and I have a coupon for 2 for $12.99. She promptly replied "we do not honor those coupons at this Subway ". No "sorry"but her tone of voice was good and that's all she said. I gave her 2 stars for being nice. Looking at the pg of coupons in each coupon in very small print it reads: "Redeemable at participating U. S. restaurants ". Not too long ago, this Subway honored Subway coupons. I'm glad I mentioned the coupon because if I had gotten to the pay window, I would have not paid the extra and drove off. I looked on line and this Subway had a 2 for 1. The employee could have informed me of this and I would have gladly got out of the drive-thru and took the time to order. Before covid, Subway's deal was $5 Footlong. Coupon deal is $6.50 ea or + $1.50 or a 33% increase if my math is good. Why wouldn't this Subway be coming out ahead even with our current high inflation and a $6.50 sub?
I actually had to go back twice just the first time I sat in the drive through so long nobody answered me I left went somewhere else and then came back to see if they would answer me The food was horrible I wasted $40 The bread was so hard that I couldn't even chew it The toppings were a mess everything was everywhere it was just a disappointing entirely visit this isn't the first time unfortunately

I don't know what happened to this place but it used to be clean and great care was taken in preparing our subs. Yesterday, the place was absolutely filthy in all respects,. The floors, the prep area including the kitchen were absolutely nasty. When the employee wiped food off the counter area into the floor with his hand and then prepared my sub without changing gloves! As a bonus the bathroom was equally nasty. Even the entry door was filthy. I got into my car, took two bites and just couldn't get into it after all i witnessed. Not sure if the girl who worked there for years left, but the place used to be immaculate. As a result, we won't be going back.
Went today on Sunday 11/17 at 11:30 in the afternoon. VERY rude service in drive thru. Boonville doesn’t have many options as is and the amount of money we spent on two small sandwiches to get talked to so rudely when trying to order makes me want to take my money elsewhere. I really hope management takes this serious and trains their employees on how to treat paying customers like decent human beings. I’ve worked customer service for years-it is not that hard. Our sandwiches were a sloppy mess and looked like they had been smashed before they were wrapped. The Chandler Subway location is amazing. The staff is always kind and the manager in there is always so welcoming and have never had issues with our orders there. If you’re wanting Subway, I would highly recommend going to the Chandler location. You’ll at least get your order right and treated kindly while spending money.

Heavy set dark haired woman was completely unprofessional when making our sandwiches. The cookie container looks disgusting as if Noone cleanes it! Dirt all along the windows food and trash under tables. Sticky drink area, looks to be like mold where the drinks empty down at. This place continues to go down hill. And we won't be back.

And this time ordered 3 cookies, 1 chocolate chip and two white chip, but they misheard and made us pay more for 3 chocolate and 2 white. Tired of a cold sandwich as well as their service. 9 out of 10 would not recommend. Also, 14 dollars for one foot long and that's it, no meal, no chips, nor drink.
Went in to get my sandwich and when I asked if I could get extra green peppers on my sandwich, I was told I can’t do anymore because of cost reasons. Like what? Are veggies free or not? Not the workers fault because she was told by the owner or manager to “cut back on the vegetables”. Unbelievable, as an owner or manager you should be disappointed. Save yourself a little penny rather than make your customers happy. If something is free and I want extra… I should get it as a customer.

They put spinach on the bottom of the bowl and then grouped all the vegetables on top. The steak egg and cheese aren't pictured because they were cold and I had to reheat them.
Went to pick up an online order that my wife put in for me. While there they did not provide the 2 drinks I wasn’t aware that my wife had ordered DESPITE the staff looking at the receipt on the bag and confirming the order was for me. Got home, opened my subs and they were not toasted at all despite it explicitly being ordered. Called to complain and was told I had to drive all the way back from Lynnville for them to remake it and that according to policy they won’t refund under any circumstances. Basically saying I have to pay for their phk up. Absolutely not eating here again. Can’t even believe we added a tip for them too, and it was an online order! Poor service and consideration. Do better.
Ordered online went in to pick up my food, I ordered 2 subs one cold cut plain easy enough the other more complicated, a meatball flat bread lite sauce I got home with enough sauce to make pasta. See pictures
