Really enjoyed lunch here! Great food, good vibes, and wonderful service. We had the beef burritos, chicken enchiladas with mole sauce and the Chimichanga. Everything was delicious! I plan on visiting again soon!
A true gem of Flemington - we've been coming to this amazing restaurant since it opened, and we'll keep coming back! The family that owns this restaurant is so warm and kind, and their food is authentic and comforting. We are huge fans of the tortilla soup, carne asada tacos, and any seafood dish...but we've tried almost everything on their menu and have never been disappointed! You really need to come and enjoy their delicious food ASAP!!

We enjoyed a delicious meal at this delightful restaurant. The server was happy to prepare a vegetarian version of the Burrito and Chimichanga. They were delicious! Great service, lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend and we will be back.
Good authentic Mexican food. On par with my bf's mother's cooking from Oaxaca. :) I got the chicken enchiladas and bf got the birria tacos. Food was hot and tasty. Portions were good. Employees are always friendly too!
We got dinner here last night and I got the enchiladas! These were amazing and we will definitely be going back! The rice is also really delicious and I’m very picky about my rice.
I love bringing my two young boys here! This family owned restaurant is a Flemington gem. The daughter and son who serve us are very kind and you can tell that the food is made with love. Everything is made with simple ingredients and is always delicious. Thank you for consistently providing a fantastic meal!

My family loves this spot! From their steak, enchiladas, rice & beans, to everything else on the menu! Every time my husband requests takeout he wants it from here. We are so happy with our food every time we order! You will not be disappointed.

This place is so good. The food is great with a very robust menu. I love coming in. The service is friendly and great. My family and I have had many things on the menu and they are all great. I especially love the guacamole and the salsa.
Our family loves going to Mi Sazon. It’s a family-run restaurant with great food and incredibly welcoming owners. The prices are fair, and the quality is excellent. Don't skip the guacamole it is the best around. Their tortilla soup is a favorite in cold weather as well.

SKIP CHIPOTLE - Go Here :-) My son and I tried this gem… and what a great surprise! He is a Mexican Food ENTHUSIAST. GREAT Burrito with fresh veggies, AMAZING chimichanga - Best one I ever had truly, and the service was wonderful! The location is also very pleasant - enough parking and not the “hole in the wall” feeling. Just a very pleasant experience with fresh ingredients and flavor! Chipotle is good BUT MI Sazon is a DEFINITE better replacement - and the prices are very reasonable!! Next time we’ll try dessert but I’m sure it will be good. PROS: Food Taste (fresh), selection, BYOB, service, location, parking, variety of options on menu, vibe, fair prices CONS: Not really a CON but some may not prefer BYOB - I personally like it bc I can bring my own fancy Mexican beer or tequila. LOVED THIS PLACE.

Myself and 3 other family members stopped here on memorial day while in the Flemington area. We were greeted by Itzl who was also our server. She was amazingly friendly and always smiling. I had the shrimp burrito which I asked to made as a chimichanga and they happily accommodated. Other family members had tacos and other things and everyone was satisfied with the quality of their food. Mine was delicious as well. We ordered the Churros for desert worry which were also terrific! All in all, the food, service and experience was well worth the stop.
Mi Sazón deserves every bit of its 5-star rating! The beef burrito is simply divine, bursting with flavor in every bite. And let's talk about the beef quesadilla—absolutely perfect, each cheesy, beefy fold a delight to savor. Ordering through DoorDash was seamless, and the little surprise of drawings on the order added such a charming touch to the whole experience. Highly recommend
Have eaten here twice now. Easily the best Mexican food you can get anywhere near Hunterdon county. Rice: on point, Beans: on point, Chorizo: on point, Al Pastor: on point, Mole: on point, Soundtrack: on point. This food is so authentic, you’re going to feel what it’s like to have an abuelita.
decent food, i have had better tacos. May need to try more option's on the menu. However the interior was very much like authentic mexican culture. Cant wait to be back.
I’ve had better, and more food for less money. Not that good and yet I haven’t eaten in 18 hours and usually food tastes even better when you’re starving. I wouldn’t come here again tbh. Wasn’t bad, but overall lacking true authentic Latino cooking in my opinion. Tasted like something I could make at home myself by heating up some packaged dish. Sorry to say that but that’s what I think. Cute restaurant though
This is a cute place in the side of a shopping complex. The food was good and the service was excellent. Would stop again to try something else.
I saw 2 postings on Facebook about the hardship this restaurant is enduring, but looking at their menu, prices are ridiculously high!!!! A soup for over $20??? That’s wild!!! No wonder they’re not seeing a lot of support.
You would expect that carnitas tacos would be a no brainer for a Mexican restaurant. The second they came to the table, I smelled them. The pork smelled old and I should have sent them back right then. No, I ate one. It was subpar, the pork was old. I'll never go back. Server was nice. The restaurant was empty at lunch, that should have been my first clue!
