Everything was great. My wife had the SkinnyLicious Asian Chicken Lettuce Wrap Tacos and I had the Grilled Fish Tacos. Trinity was our server and she was awesome!

It's been a while since we've visited, but The Cheesecake Factory still delivers the same amazing, consistent service! Today we came with one mission: to get those famous macaroni and cheese balls—and they did not disappoint. Crispy on the outside, cheesy on the inside... Mmm mmhm good! Their bread? Still hot out of the oven and perfect with that melting butter. For entrees, we ordered the herb-crusted salmon, the parmesan-crusted chicken, and the four-cheese pasta. Every dish was cooked to perfection 👌🏾. And be warned—the portions are massive, so we’ll be enjoying leftovers later. Of course, you can't visit without trying the cheesecake! We sampled the Original with strawberries, the Black Tie Mousse, and the Oreo Dream Extreme. We only managed a few bites since we were stuffed, but those bites were so worth it. Our server, Emily, was amazing—attentive, polite, and incredibly warm. She really made our experience extra enjoyable! If you're in the area, definitely stop by. We made reservations to make things smoother, but depending on the time of day, you might not them.

The atmosphere felt upscale yet welcoming, and the attention to detail in the decor really made the experience special. Me and my mother had lunch there today it's been a long time. Omar our server on the patio was great. The food and atmosphere is always good and beautiful. Will be back soon.

First time at location in Brandon. Service was slow but the place was packed. Food was very good. Had Chicken Medeira and was worth the visit. Will go back to try other dishes.

I just stopped in to grab lunch after shopping. The hostess was super cool and fun. I was seated immediately, I had plenty of space, and my area was clean. My server didn't tell me his name (now that I think about it), but he was very attentive and pleasant. I ordered the tossed green salad and added chicken breast as my protein, along with the balsamic vinaigrette. My salad was YUMMY. All in all, I was able to enjoy a quick, quiet meal and head on out.

Got the Cauliflower App, and the chicken Parmesan sandwich! We got stuffed from the app and bread that we could barely eat our lunch! The cauliflower was awesome! The sandwich could have used more red sauce but still good! We are rewards members so for our free cheesecake birthday gift!

Fresh Food: they do not use Sysco crap here. The Chocolate Mousse Cake is My Favorite! Everything Ive ever ordered has been good. No complaints.

Tony, our server, was absolutely exceptional: professional, attentive, and genuinely outstanding. He made the experience seamless. Big credit to the kitchen team as well—the food arrived hot, fresh, and perfectly timed, which says a lot in a busy restaurant. A great example of what happens when a strong team works together. Highly recommended.

I love a bartender who takes the time to give a run down of the menu and recommendations without even being asked. Justin took care of us. He suggested the thai wraps and miso salmon. WOW! Food came out quick and service was great.

I've been to The Cheesecake Factory for decades all across the country and I have always been pleased but never to the extent to leave a review. This afternoon I had lunch with my wife at the Brandon, FL restaurant and the server (Daniel S.) was fantastic and the food and atmosphere were equally good. The moment my fork pierced the Cajun Salmon I knew it would be good and it was, as were the sides (mashed potatoes and sweet corn). It's amazing and a testament to Cheesecake Factory leadership, at their headquarters and out in the field, to the consistently enjoyable experience that's provided to their customers. The Branden location may be even better than most, if that's possible. P.S. I don't generally write reviews for restaurant chains, but this chain and it's Brandon, FL location is deserving.

Great atmosphere! The menu is huge but there is lots of variety! Cheesecakes all looked amazing! The food and service were good! We'll definitely be back.

Cheesecake Factory is one of my favorite places for an occasion, but that doesn’t mean it’s excellent though. I like the decor in this place, however. It has clean floors and good color schemes. The service was good and friendly, but it took a long time to get to our table. The food here is generally good, but not great. The cheesecakes however always taste better than anything else though. The bread and crab dip were not too exciting, but the chicken Parmesan and Fried Shrimp were delicious. Both had good flavors in them. Overall, would recommend Cheesecake Factory! Just don’t expect it to be top notch.

Food is always on point here! I highly recommend the chopped salad, it's enough for 2-3 people to share. We enjoyed the corn cakes, and sweet potato fries as an app. Service was slow, the place was dead, and the server took forever every step of the dining experience, other than that he was great. My only major complaint was sub artic temperature. We were shivering at the table. I was praying on the way to the bathroom that there were hand dryers to warm up with. There was not.

Food was excellent all around, Service was very poor. The 4 of us were at the table for almost 2 hours, It was not busy. First time visit, Only one person at our table got drink refills the whole visit despite 3 empty glasses. Very long times between drinks/bread, apps and then the longest time waiting for the dinner. Definitely seemed like the server forgot to send the order back. Same with the cheesecake, almost 25 minutes for one slice... Again, it wasn't busy. And to top it all off, they left the paper on the cheesecake slice and covered it up with Whipped cream....

Overrated. Way too expensive for such simple dishes. The pasta is definitely not worth the price — the sauce could’ve been much better. The Thai noodles lacked flavor, and the steak in the tacos was tough. The fried calamari and mac & cheese balls were tasty, but overall, I can cook much better meals at home. Also, I had a reservation, but still had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. I don’t recommend their food.

I visited this restaurant today because I remember the food was excellent when I had eaten there before. It had been a few years and from today's visit, it has really gone downhill. I had the soup, sandwich, and salad combo. The salad appeared to be fresh but like the rest of the food, it was very bland. The soup tasted like it came from a can. Even the cheesecake dessert didn't have much taste. The only positive is that the service was outstanding. Too bad the food wasn't.

Placed order for 3/2/26 and I got the New Orleans pasta with chicken, macaroni & cheese balls & a slice of cheesecake. I waited longer than 10 minutes for curbside order and never got extra sauce for the entire or the appetizer. $48.

I went to Cheesecake Factory to celebrate a loved one’s birthday and was highly disappointed with our experience. After a wait time of 15 minutes we were seated and found our cutlery ( not properly cleaned) sitting in the bare table. The waiter was kind enough to bring us a glass of hot water upon request so we could “sanitize” them ourselves at the table, but as guests it’s not something we should have to do (he did not offer to replace the silverware). After a long wait we received our food and everyone in our party of 9 was disappointed. The rice dish I’ve pictured below was severely undercooked. I could not even nibble the rice because it tasted as if it just came fresh out of an uncooked bag of rice. Furthermore the curry that came alongside it was cold despite being freshly brought out and there was little to no curry on the plate compared to the amount of uncooked rice. The only thing edible on the plate was the chicken, which was all I ate. As for the birthday boy, he ordered the pasta picture below and did not like it, when we politely asked the waiter if we could switch it out and he caught an attitude and told us they are closing in 10 minutes. I do empathize with the waiter as we had no idea they closed so soon however the majority of our wait after being seated was for the food and no one was happy with what they received. I’m not sure if the kitchen was on a rush to close but it was the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in years. I will NOT be coming back.

We recently visited The Cheesecake Factory at Brandon Exchange and unfortunately had an unpleasant experience. Even though the restaurant was not busy when we arrived, we still waited about 20 minutes just to be seated. Service remained slow throughout the meal, and when our food finally came out, it was cold. On top of that, the food itself wasn’t good. The jambalaya pasta was dry and not fully cooked, which was really disappointing. Overall, it wasn’t worth the wait or the price. I hope management takes steps to improve both the service and food quality.

My visit was horrible. I ordered chicken and waffles and the waffles had eggshells in it. I also ordered brunch. My English muffin was as hard as bricks. The drinks were not good. The service overall deserved less than a one star. The prices are expensive. The service does not match the cost that they charge for the food. I will never ever return to cheesecake factory the manager came out when I shared with him the eggs in the waffle, the egg shells in the waffle, and he just gave a mild apology and never returned.

We didn’t get off to a good start since our table was filthy and the bread plates were dirty. Service was pretty slow, but the food came out quickly once we did get to order. The burger sliders were excellent, but the pretzel appetizer was a waste of money. The “cheese fondue” looked like spoiled milk and had no flavor at all. We each got a piece of cheesecake for dessert. The chocolate cherry and the peach one were good. The mango key lime cheesecake was disgusting. It had a harsh chemical taste and pasty congealed nasty crust that tasted like it’d been sitting in the cooler for a month. Worst of all, for two apps, three fountain drinks, and 3 pieces of cheesecake it was $110 after tip. Absolutely insane. I have no idea why this place is always so packed. We won’t be back.

I must say, the food here has to be the worst bang for your buck of anywhere Ive eaten in 4 continents. Not only is everything egregiously overpriced with the lull of imitated luxury, but I felt I needed a covid test after eating their pasta. No, I did not feel ill, but the food lacked in such flavor, I figured my taste buds had simply stopped working.

I found a foreign object in my food! I dined in and ordered the chicken madeira, taking the remainder home as leftovers in a to-go box. About an hour or so after leaving, that same day, I projectile vomited all over my bathroom and my body completely purged the meal I ate from the Cheesecake Factory in Brandon. The next day, I opened my leftover container and found a rusted metal screw/bolt in my meal which explains why I was so sick the night prior! It looks like this foreign object fell off a lid or some sort of kitchen utensil and was served to me. Immediately I became concerned for not only my wellbeing, but also for the health of my unborn baby since I’m 32 weeks pregnant and the contaminated food caused me to become extremely ill. When I contacted the establishment, I was only given a partial refund and a gift card and I did not receive any clarity on where this object came from so that I could take the proper health precautions and be aware of what myself and my baby had been exposed to even though I asked multiple times. I’m shocked that after speaking with management about this crazy situation, they wouldn’t even offer a full refund and gave me an electronic gift card which doesn’t even cover the cost of the full meal…not to mention I likely won’t be returning in fear of being sick again due to contaminated food! I never make reviews but I was super disappointed in what happened and the response from management.

My stomach hurts… as I’m eating my dinner a family of stray cats come on the table & start licking and eating left overs from the previous guests that left 20 minutes prior off of the plates & cups. I’m sorry this is a health concern to have stray animals eating off of the silverware and dining ware you utilize for guests. The waiters walked past these animals multiple times and no one did anything… I had to go inside and tell them to clean the food off the tables. This is disgusting and sad cause I was a regular but after seeing this I no longer wanted to finish my meal.

Food was very slow coming and when we got our chicken and waffles the chicken was dry and hard and no powdered sugar and my hubbys chicken and waffles Benedict had a different chicken, hard boiled eggs instead of poached Manager is hopefully making it right!

Unknown object found in my food. Specially in the broccoli. Long nasty string like substances, NOT Cheese. Strong string like texture. Management didn't care enough to stop by and ask about our service or dining experience. Besides that the Bar staff was amazing!

We dined here on Saturday, 12/10, at the Brandon Exchange Mall location and did not have a good experience. The food took far too long to come out (to no fault of the server that had too many tables). The food was terrible. We ordered a small plate of which was supposed to be crostini topped with whipped ricotta and truffle honey, and it was basically bread and cream cheese and looked nothing like the description. We also ordered Korean barbecue and I kid you not, there were five gummy chewing nuggets coated in BBQ sauce and a BUNCH of rice. Tasted nothing like Korean BBQ. We never do this but sent back 2 items that lacked flavor, were inedible, and looked terrible and exchanged it for another entree that was, surprisingly, even worse. We were like, “We can’t go wrong with a salad.” The Cobb salad at ($21, btw) didn’t include eggs as stated in the description, and was basically lettuce and a sour vinaigrette. I couldve made this at home for $4 with eggs. The only decent thing was the cheesecake. I’ve been going to Cheesecake for 25 years but this is the first time that we left hungry and had me thinking that the prices are definitely not worth the food. Such a disappointing experience for the amount spent. To the manager that will respond telling me to contact Cheesecake directly - did this first before deciding to post a review and never received a response.

I ate at the Cheesecake Factory on 3/2/26. The food and service were fine but my meal was brought out on a plate that was clearly dirty. When I took it from the waiter you could feel the grease and food particles still left on the bottom of the plate. I pointed it out to the waiter and he went back to the kitchen and returned with a cleanly plated meal. Then my fork was also dirty! Ugh. No matter how good the food or service was it was difficult to get over the dirty plate wear and utensils. Really turned off. Won't be back.

**Title: Unacceptable quality—who is even running this kitchen?** I am beyond disappointed with my experience here. I ordered ahead, expecting a decent meal, and instead, I got a complete mess. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan "Pizza Style" with Alfredo noodles—a signature dish—and it was a disaster. First off, the chicken was **burned to a crisp.** Large parts of it were literally inedible. How does a cook look at a piece of charred meat and think, "Yeah, send that out"? To make matters worse, the Alfredo noodles were bone-dry. No sauce, no moisture, just dry pasta sitting in a container. It makes me wonder: Who is checking food quality here? Is there a manager on duty at all? This is completely unacceptable for the prices they charge. At this point, your safest bet is to order something simple like a side of fries, because they clearly can’t handle the main menu. To top it all off, I specifically asked for utensils, and of course, they weren't in the bag. So I’m sitting here with burned, dry food and no way to even eat it. Come on with this type of service. SMH. I won't be back.

DO BETTER! On December 19th approximately around 4:50pm. My wife and I arrived at the cheesecake factory on (781 Brandon Town Center dr. Mall Brandon 33511) to celebrate our anniversary. We gave the hostess our name to be seated. We asked to be seated on the outside section as we noticed there was a few tables available and the weather was nice. She asked for our phone number and said it'll be a 10 minute wait. My wife and I sat down and waited. 20 minutes go by and we noticed other couples were being seated right way as they came in with no reservations. I approached the hostess and asked how much longer it would take, she responded with "right now" as she looked surprised to see us there still waiting. We finally get to our table on the outside section. We seat down at a table where the sun is directly on our faces. I asked the hostess to please bring down the shades, she agreed and walked away. We waited more than 10 minutes and the shades were still up. After being in our table for just over 20 minutes without being acknowledged we finally get a waitress to approach us. I stated to her as well to please bring down the shades because the sun is in our faces. She agreed to bring down the shades and walked off without asking us for drinks. After seating at our table for 30 minutes with no drinks and without the blinds rolled down, we finally had enough!!! The waitress finally came back. I asked to speak with the manager after I let her know that the blinds are still up and we were never asked for drinks. At this point we have being seating at this table for 40 minutes with no service. The manager of the last name (Perez) came to the table and did not make any attempts to resolve our bad experience. We calmly stated that "we are living and will be filing a complaint". Be advised I am a business owner and I would never let a customer walk out of my establishment with a bad experience, i would do everything in my power to satisfy the customer. An evening at the cheesecake factory that was supposed to be joyful with my wife turned out to be a disaster. My wife and i left your establishment and walked over to Red Robins where the service was outstanding, big difference from your establishment. We will no longer visit the cheesecake factory and will share my experience with others. For the amount of money you guys charge on your menu we expect better customer service. "DO BETTER"

We dined here Feb. 1st 2026, around 7:30PM. We came here for our anniversary dinner since it was getting late and we were in the area anyway, and wow, this place has taken a serious downturn since dining here frequently years ago with my family. - Host staff were very standoffish and seemed to be annoyed that we were there. - We had two servers since one was training the other, which is fine, but: The main server seemed new himself, was awkward and was forgetting to put in items. The guy he was training legitimately seemed like he was coked out or something - super weird and aggressive person. They both admitted to forgetting things like putting in orders and drinks. - The food took FOREVER. A table of 8 sat next to us after we ordered, got all their food before us, and left before us. Absolutely ridiculous. - On top of that, the food was an extreme disappointment after all that waiting. The Chicken Madeira had almost ZERO Madeira sauce on it. The Spicy Vodka Pasta was INSANELY spicy, the stuffed mushrooms were a little ridiculous for the price. (Almost $13 and you get six, nearly tasteless mushrooms.) The only decent items were the corn tamales and the chocolate cake. This place is garbage now. Which is a shame, because I used to love it growing up. I have fond memories of coming here with my family for special occasions. Now it’s just an expensive Applebees that can’t keep up with their own menu and customers. I would’ve rather gone to Chilis or something if I know we’d get this level of service. It seems like having a good experience here is a completely coin toss. 100% expecting the owner to comment on this review and say how sorry they are without offering anything or changing anything about the restaurant.

We dined here on Saturday, 12/10, at the Brandon Exchange Mall location and did not have a good experience. The food took far too long to come out (to no fault of the server that had too many tables). The food was terrible. We ordered a small plate of which was supposed to be crostini topped with whipped ricotta and truffle honey, and it was basically bread and cream cheese and looked nothing like the description. We also ordered Korean barbecue and I kid you not, there were five gummy chewing nuggets coated in BBQ sauce and a BUNCH of rice. Tasted nothing like Korean BBQ. We never do this but sent back 2 items that lacked flavor, were inedible, and looked terrible and exchanged it for another entree that was, surprisingly, even worse. We were like, “We can’t go wrong with a salad.” The Cobb salad at ($21, btw) didn’t include eggs as stated in the description, and was basically lettuce and a sour vinaigrette. I couldve made this at home for $4 with eggs. The only decent thing was the cheesecake. I’ve been going to Cheesecake for 25 years but this is the first time that we left hungry and had me thinking that the prices are definitely not worth the food. Such a disappointing experience for the amount spent. To the manager that will respond telling me to contact Cheesecake directly - did this first before deciding to post a review and never received a response.

Unknown object found in my food. Specially in the broccoli. Long nasty string like substances, NOT Cheese. Strong string like texture. Management didn't care enough to stop by and ask about our service or dining experience. Besides that the Bar staff was amazing!

Food was very slow coming and when we got our chicken and waffles the chicken was dry and hard and no powdered sugar and my hubbys chicken and waffles Benedict had a different chicken, hard boiled eggs instead of poached Manager is hopefully making it right!

My stomach hurts… as I’m eating my dinner a family of stray cats come on the table & start licking and eating left overs from the previous guests that left 20 minutes prior off of the plates & cups. I’m sorry this is a health concern to have stray animals eating off of the silverware and dining ware you utilize for guests. The waiters walked past these animals multiple times and no one did anything… I had to go inside and tell them to clean the food off the tables. This is disgusting and sad cause I was a regular but after seeing this I no longer wanted to finish my meal.

DO BETTER! On December 19th approximately around 4:50pm. My wife and I arrived at the cheesecake factory on (781 Brandon Town Center dr. Mall Brandon 33511) to celebrate our anniversary. We gave the hostess our name to be seated. We asked to be seated on the outside section as we noticed there was a few tables available and the weather was nice. She asked for our phone number and said it'll be a 10 minute wait. My wife and I sat down and waited. 20 minutes go by and we noticed other couples were being seated right way as they came in with no reservations. I approached the hostess and asked how much longer it would take, she responded with "right now" as she looked surprised to see us there still waiting. We finally get to our table on the outside section. We seat down at a table where the sun is directly on our faces. I asked the hostess to please bring down the shades, she agreed and walked away. We waited more than 10 minutes and the shades were still up. After being in our table for just over 20 minutes without being acknowledged we finally get a waitress to approach us. I stated to her as well to please bring down the shades because the sun is in our faces. She agreed to bring down the shades and walked off without asking us for drinks. After seating at our table for 30 minutes with no drinks and without the blinds rolled down, we finally had enough!!! The waitress finally came back. I asked to speak with the manager after I let her know that the blinds are still up and we were never asked for drinks. At this point we have being seating at this table for 40 minutes with no service. The manager of the last name (Perez) came to the table and did not make any attempts to resolve our bad experience. We calmly stated that "we are living and will be filing a complaint". Be advised I am a business owner and I would never let a customer walk out of my establishment with a bad experience, i would do everything in my power to satisfy the customer. An evening at the cheesecake factory that was supposed to be joyful with my wife turned out to be a disaster. My wife and i left your establishment and walked over to Red Robins where the service was outstanding, big difference from your establishment. We will no longer visit the cheesecake factory and will share my experience with others. For the amount of money you guys charge on your menu we expect better customer service. "DO BETTER"
