Il menù è molto vario e spazia dagli antipasto al dolce senza far mancare nulla. Il fiore all'occhiello sono gli hamburger (e le birre ovviamente dato che è una birreria xD) che si distinguono per la qualità degli ingredienti e il sapiente accostamento delle salse: sia quelli gourmet che quelli normali valgono da soli il prezzo del biglietto.

Sono stato qua con dei miei amici a mangiare la settimana scorsa. Il cibo era ottimo, ho preso del brasato con patate arrosto e spinaci semplicemente delizioso. Il posto è carino, ed ha anche la possibilità di mangiare all'esterno, cosa che noi abbiamo fatto (forse ingenuamente, perché poi la serata si è rivelata essere più fredda del previsto). Si può anche mangiare all'interno, ma è bene ricorda che per quello è necessaria la Carta Verde (Green Pass). Le cameriere che ci hanno servito erano gentili e disponibili, e sono state molto attente all'igiene, il che è un fatto molto apprezzabile in questi tempi di pandemia. Infine, abbiamo ordinato due cheescake e un tiramisù. Il tiramisù era ottimo, mentre le cheescake non erano esattamente fatte in maniera tradizionale, ma erano servite in bicchiere e sotto forma spumosa, con una base di biscotto sul fondo. Credo il suo gradimento dipenda dai gusti. A me, personalmente, è piaciuta, ma non all'altro amico che l'aveva ordinata, che avrebbe preferito la sua versione tradizionale. Tutto sommato, credo che il ristorante comunque 5 stelle se le sia meriti.

è la 3° volta che torno in questo ristorante per mangiare un hamburgher di carne chianina, pomodorini, insalata, maionese, formaggio cheddar + accompagnato da patatine, maionese e ketchup. Prezzo ovviamente non economico.. panino così composto circa 13,00 € + birra + acqua + caffè sicuramente non è un prezzo economico, ma è l'unico posto in cui io mi fidi a mangiare l'hamburger. Preferisco spendere qualche euro in più, con la speranza (non la certezza) che la carne sia di qualità. Non ho MAI e non assaggerò mai gli hamburger di catene famose es. Mc donald o burgher king. Bravi.. ottima carne, ottimo formaggio, buono buono dimenticavo.. ogni volta, come attesa dei piatti ordinati, portano qualche pezzo di focaccia con delle salse di tre gusti differenti, davvero molto buone. P.S. Tempi di attesa: circa 20/30 minuti prima che arrivi il panino, dal momento che si comunica la comanda. Ma non abbiate fretta! siete in pausa.. godetevi questi momenti e chiaccherate un pò!

Ottimi hamburgher,diversi tipi. Io ho preso il voronoff (spero sia scritto giusto.!) Molto buono sfumato con brandy.patatine fritte ottime,anche la birra rossa merita.ottimo e attento il servizio.prezzo adeguato.

I've eaten here several times. The atmosphere is great, and the tables are spaced far enough apart to maintain privacy. The service is friendly, attentive, and unobtrusive. The food is excellent; I highly recommend the burgers—I'd say they're the best in the area. Excellent.

There are nights when you need dishes that speak for themselves, smelling delicious as soon as they arrive, and winning you over with the first bite. That's exactly what happened at Fermento. As soon as we sat down, they brought us a bag: soft focaccia, warm bread, and crispy breadsticks—the perfect start to whet your appetite 😍🥖✨ Then our dishes arrived: 🍗 Chicken cutlet—double-breaded chicken breast, golden and crispy, the kind that crunches when cut. Served with hot, light fries. 🔥 Pulled pork—BBQ pulled pork, cooked at a low temperature, incredibly tender. Accompanied by cabbage, honey-mustard sauce, and gherkins, which add a fresh, sweet-and-sour note that balances everything out. Here, too, fries complete the dish. Every bite was a different combination: crunchy, soft, sweet, smoky... and we were commenting like two true food addicts, exchanging tastings and approvals with every bite 🤭✨ If you're craving comfort food done well, Fermento is the right choice. And you: are you more team crispy cutlet or team juicy pulled pork? 🍽️💕

Online booking was quick and easy. As soon as we arrived, they seated us and immediately provided us with a high chair for the baby and a bowl of water for the dog. The atmosphere was family-friendly, warm, and well-lit, with plenty of space. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Ordering was quick, with a wide variety of choices and a sense of excellent quality. The first courses arrived without a long wait, and all the dishes were delicious, both the meat (chicken curry and turkey) and the children's first courses (exquisite risotto). The price was reasonable. The very clean bathrooms were also noteworthy, with (almost unheard of) spare diapers and a potty for the little ones. This demonstrates not only the quality of the service but also the special attention paid to all types of customers, young and old. Highly recommended!
