Absolutely excellent!!! The food is perfection! The service is top-notch! My recent visit to Rraci was for my anniversary, the appetizers, main courses, drinks, and desserts were cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. I love the atmosphere of the restaurant and love that they do not rush you out. It's truly an experience, from the moment you sit and they provide you with your drinks before you ever see a menu. I love that they want you to settle in and take your time before picking a meal! The food comes out timely, and you get to enjoy your plates without having to rush through. It allows for an enjoyable dinner and experience. You definitely pay for what you get here.

Daniel our attendant was great,knowledgeable, friendly, available but not too much. The food was exquisite, carbonara just right and the dark meat chicken was soft with a hint of red cherry pepper. I need to visit here many times to try all the dishes I didn't sample tonight. Great wine selection and attention to detail at every turn..can't wait for Dolce Vita and cappuccino...a definite stop if traveling anywhere within 3 states...

Food was excellent, although portions a bit small. The entree's came with a starch & vegetable. I got mashed potatoes & string beans, not sure if that changes daily. Salad was not included. The ambiance was nice, candles on the tables, soft lighting which I like. The wait staff was very attentive.

Looking for an upscale classy joint but don’t want to go down into the city? Look. No. Further. From food to service to ambiance and all of the deliciousness in between - you have to try this place, you will NOT regret it. Forgot to take pics of the apps and entrees - but remembered the (housemade) desserts.

This restaurant excels on all fronts. Atmosphere was cozy, modern, and welcoming. Service was excellent and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a special place to eat.

What an amazing experience! I haven't enjoyed a meal like this is a long time. My sisters & I shared many appetizers all delicious and I was extremely impressed with the waiters knowledge of the menu and specials! The atmosphere was dark & elegant and upscale feel of NYC. Everything was soo good right down to dessert & cappuccino! I cant wait to go back soon for a martini & dinner next for date night!

We always have an excellent experience at Rraci's. They were packed on Christmas Eve, as expected, and the staff never skipped a beat. They were hustling and cheerful! Food was awesome, as usual. We love spending holidays here.

My fiancée and I had our first experience at Rraci last night and had the best date night. The service was phenomenal and thoughtful, the pasta appetizer stuffed with veal(?) and chicken was to die for, my snapper was perfect, and the osso bucco fell off the bone. Lastly, the creme brulee was some of the best we’ve had! 10/10 and would SO go back!

Great service and delicious food. I had the special which was a Shirmp Fettuccini and it was delicious. Their Tiramisu was also very delicious. Very formal and nice place. I will definitely come back im the future.

Had a pleasant experience! Take out order was right on time despite the restaurant being fully packed on a Friday night. Surely the tastes stood out for the crowd appeal. Hope they add more vegetarian options. The staff were friendly and greeted everyone despite a busy evening. The carrot cake was truly delicious

Eloquent atmosphere. Very busy so waiting times to sit (even with reservations) and for food to arrive were less than ideal but not horrible. I thought the food was very good however not mind blowing. I would return for a fancy dinner experience again.

What can I say. 1st time eating here and only 5 minutes from home. Always packed and had to see what its all about. The atmosphere is upscale, the interior is beautiful and the food was delicious. The server and host were spot on. The service provided by the server was above and beyond. Celebrated my 12th year anniversary and they made us feel special with all they did. Thank you and we look forward to return.

Me and my Gf went last night for Valentine's and it was a great dinner! The staff was great and very friendly. The whole vibe was perfect and the food was great as well.

Food was good, staff tried to be accommodating however, Every table was accounted for and staff were very busy. We pre ordered our dessert and still waited quite some time for it to be served. Due to the amount of people the place was very noisy. I think a week night would be better than a Saturday.

I’ve been here twice: one for Easter, once with my partner. The food is great - straightforward Italian. They have an excellent selection of wine. It great for a first date or special occasion. The place itself is gorgeous and they have a wide range of seating - from large parties to bar seating. I would recommend dressing business casual.

Went here for Valentine's day and was tremendously disappointed. Rather than doing what's right closing reservations when they knew they were exceeding capacity, they overbooked which resulted in a 1 hour plus delay in seatingndor many people. I had an 8:45pm reservation and was seated by 9:30. By the time a waiter came around to take our order, it was close to 9:45. The menu for the night was fixed to a handful of options and we got our salads pretty quickly but then waited nearly 40 minutes to get our main course. By the time dessert was served, it was 11pm. Tables around us had been sitting for nearly an hour and never had anybody come to take their order. Somehow the restaurant thought comping a single glass of wine for the subpar experience was suitable on a 250 dollar dinner. I've eaten here before and the food and service was phenomenal but they clearly let their greed cloud their judgement when taking reservations on this day. Quite a shame. -Edit: Staff reached out and acknowledged there was a service issue on V day. They offered me a very generous compensation to offset the inconvenience. This is above and beyond what I would ever expect. Truly classy move

Very nice place,our food came out exactly how we wanted it and the servers were great. Definitely one of the best spots in the area!! My only complaint would be the that the waiters took our plates before we were even done eating(there was food on both of our plates). Seemed alittle rushed. Also the deserts were mid the blueberry soufflé made me feel like i was eating a giant marshmallow.

Great bustling atmosphere, I ate at the bar. Service was fine but I was not treated at all like most of the bar clientele who were regulars. I understand from them that the food is great and I just ordered something that's not what they are known for which are the meats. I got the lobster ravioli special. I couldn't eat the stuffing as it was so poor so I scraped it out and ate the pasta with the extremely good sauce. I was really surprised by the low quality of the deserts. The Napoleon was shameful but the apple tart was pretty good. I'm going to try this again and stick with their mainstream dishes and I imagine I'll be happy with the results..

We tried to eat here for dinner but it was packed and (to our fault) we didn’t have a reservation as we just came from out of town. Hostess told us we’d have to wait a bit and could get a drink at the bar in the meantime. Bar was jam packed as well, not really even standing room, and when we finally got our drinks, they were honestly terrible. Boyfriend got an old fashioned. They muddled cherry and orange and constructed the rest of the drink directly in the glass, not even a good stir before handing it over. I got a French 75 but it seems he forgot the sparkling wine topper as my glass was half full, wasn’t bubbly and tasted only like gin and lemon juice. After that we still had no update on a possible seating arrangement, so we decided to leave to meet some friends elsewhere. The hostess and (I think) manager or owner came to us and were both very nice and attempted to accommodate us on our way out, but we just didn’t have the time. After the drink experience, I was skeptical about the rest anyway. I understand it’s Italian and wine is the staple, but I still expected better when ordering two classic cocktails from an upscale restaurant.

Traditional Italian restaurant. The food was decent. We started with the bruschetta trio - quite tasty but very messy to eat. We ordered the Veal Martini and it was very delicious. We also ordered the duck and the skin was not crispy and it was overcooked. My daughter ordered the lasagna and that was ok too. All the portions are on the small side. But the main reason for not returning is that we waited 1.5 hours for our food. To me, the food just wasn't worth that wait. The restaurant was busy on a Sunday night. And the service was good as well.

Nice dining area by far the best quality of the restaurant. Food wasent amazing but not mediocre either, prices seemed somewhat fair but the service did not match the food or atmosphere at all. Our waiter was too busy playing with his friends “the other waiters” laughing and running around with them. I deem the 5 ⭐️ reviews are not correct.

Made my reservation for Valentine's Day over a month in advance. When I showed up, the place was swamped and clearly overbooked. My reservation time was for 7:00pm and I was not seated until 7:40. Not a great start and while this was not the most expensive prix fixe event I've ever been to, I think for this price the wait was a little ridiculous. The host told us to wait by the bar but there was nowhere to sit and there were about 20 other couples who were also waiting so we ended up just standing in the corner. However, once we were seated, things picked up slightly. The only reason the service did not receive 1 star is because the wait staff were pretty good and carried the service on their back the whole night. My water was never empty, and our waiter came by many times and checked in. It did take a while to be seen at first, but once the waiter came by the first time, it was fairly constant service the rest of the night. Every waiter working on 2/14 deserves a round of applause in my opinion. I enjoyed my food (Pollo Martini), but I found the tiramisu lacking compared to some of the other Italian restaurants I've been to in recent memory. Overall, I am kind of getting sick of these restaurants charging premium prices for these events without premium service. I went to Gabrielle's of Westport last year and it was the same thing: overbooked to hell except there the service was even worse. If you want to act like a premium location for Valentine's Day, maybe don't allow the whole state of NY to book a reservation. Would rather spend a bit more and not have such a bad experience on what was supposed to be a romantic evening for my lady and I. Will not be coming back for Valentine's Day 2027.

Very disappointing experience last night. We were seated at 9:00 pm, by 9:20 we did not even have our menus yet. We finally were able to flag someone down for menus and we ordered drinks. One of our glasses of wine came in a dirty glass (lipstick around the rim). I understand these things do happen, since our server was MIA I approached the bar and asked for the bartender to swap out the glass to which he responded loudly, “Swap out the glass?!” I replied, yes there is lipstick on it, to which he replied, “Lipstick?!” I put the glass down and he asked me rudely if I wanted him to change over the wine as well, no apologies and at this point any professional staff member should just take initiative to change over the wine, I certainly should not have to. So the night continues, we are still waiting to order our food 40 minutes after being sat. We finally flag down a random staff member and place our order- a few apps and an entree to split. The server offered to split our dish onto 2 separate plates. Food finally comes out, delivered by our original server and the entree is on one single plate, when we ask if there is another plate coming out (since it was suppose to be split) the server replied, clearly annoyed, “well they must have forgot, do you want me to bring another plate?” At this point we clearly feel like an inconvenience so we say no thank you. The portion size for the price was extremely small. It looked like they served the mash potatoes with a teaspoon. Overall the entire experience was not a positive one and definitely not a fine dining experience.

First and last time Too loud.people can't seem to talk at thier table without being obnoxious and loud.Couldn't hear if any music was playing. $35+ dollars for 6 pieces of lobster ravioli. Way over priced . Good selection of wine. Bread for the table with a oil and balsamic dispenser. Just wasn't feeling it! Hoodie and sneakers allowed. Saw table next to us with dressed down attire

My boyfriend and I were eagerly looking forward to our dinner at Rraci’s to celebrate my birthday as we had both been there before separately and enjoyed it.  It will be the last time we visit as the meal and service were not commensurate with the price of the bill.  We had a table outside for a 5pm reservation on Friday night and were the first table to be sat.  I don’t drink, so I ordered a club soda with lime while my boyfriend ordered gin and tonics which he found to be very weak.  Since this was a celebration, we decided to order the seafood tower for 2 at market price.  It included 1 lobster, 6 oysters and 4 shrimp cocktail.  It was fine, but nothing stellar.  We then split a Caesar salad, and I ordered the lobster and crab ravioli special, and he ordered the veal Sorrentino.  The filling in my pasta tasted as if it came out of a can, and the pasta was more of a deflated dumpling than a ravioli, but the sauce was good.  The green beans on my boyfriend’s plate were clearly frozen (this is coming from people who eat fresh, sauteed green beans on a weekly basis, so we know the difference).  The real insult aside from the overpriced, sub-par food was that our table service completely stopped. Even if we wanted to return the dishes, no one came by after they were dropped to check on everything.  A busboy came by nearly halfway into the meal to ask if I wanted parmesan and pepper for my pasta.  Not one water glass was filled, we weren’t asked if we’d like another beverage, and we certainly weren’t asked if we wanted dessert (which we initially intended to have, but I wouldn’t give them the satisfaction of adding any more money to the bill- we went to Carvel).  They literally stripped the table, and after about 15 minutes of waiting for someone to show us the dessert menu, we asked for the check and left.  Our waiter never showed up to our table again once the dinner plates came out.  As someone who ordered a second entrée to take home the last time I was there because the food was so good, I was highly disappointed in Rraci’s and won’t be returning.  I am including a copy of the receipt in hopes this review can make its way back to the smug waiter who couldn’t be bothered with us once he had other tables to tend to.  As a former server myself, this is simply unacceptable for the price of the meal we had.  We were expecting to pay more for a nice meal and great service, but that isn’t what we received and we feel ripped off. The next time we go out for dinner, we are taking our business to other local establishments where there is value in the food and service without the pretense.

Sad experience. The Staff really does not care. And, the dish ruined my suit. The Staff asked the typical, “how is your meal?” Shared constructively that the Veal Chop was toughest ever experienced. The Staff said, “ you ordered it Medium Well.” And, then he walked off. The Staff either doesn’t care or is clueless—maybe both. The dish arrives like a fajita, sizzling and throwing off grease on the table and me. The dish is too hot to eat so next time, let the sizzle settle so the grease spray stays in the dish. Tough, greasy, and messy combined with an indifferent attitude makes this restaurant a must miss.
