We had the chefs table experience and it was memorable. The owner and chef were so delightful to speak to and they explained all the pizzas and ingredients. It was intimate and the truffulatta pizza had loads of fresh truffles on top. The Luxury pizza with Kobe beef carpaccio was one of the most unique pizzas I've ever had. They were out of the lamb shank pizza so we didn't get to try that one, unfortunately. A great date night experience.

Amazing pizza. There are many different interesting exotic flavors available, but the plain cheese pie is perfection in itself. While the pizza shop is takeout only, one can order a pie next door at The Wanderer (a cozy spot) and enjoy it there, with a drink.

Make a reservation for the Chef's table experience. It's a special meal you can't get anywhere else. Chefs Tory and Jesus are incredibly warm hosts, and getting to learn about all the top-notch ingredients and care that go into their work only enhances the experience. The pizzas were the best I've had! One was the special Chef's table version of their Tartufatta --omg YUM. Another favorite was a more elevated version of their lamb pizza-- which is likely something you've never seen before. So fun. We were there as a group of 4, and we spent maybe an hour and a half there, weren't rushed one bit, and felt like very important guests the entire time, from arriving to leaving. It was amazing. I'd definitely bring friends or family there for a unique night. The outing makes a great gift for anyone, foodie or not, in a friendly, non-stuffy setting with some really talented staff.

TL;DR - don’t sleep on this. Get reservations while you can, this is a very special experience and seats will go fast. Enjoyed a very luxe pizza experience last night at One World Pizza! It started with a delicious and beautiful amuse bouche seared tuna bite. They then served us a delightful salad with root vegetables in a light dressing. Loved that! Next we were presented with a truly special tartufatta with REAL truffle slices on top. So fancy! We also tried the North African lamb shank pizza that comes with little toppings you can add yourself, to your liking. The lamb is SO tender and spiced to perfection. This was my husband’s favorite. In a dinner full of show stoppers, the A5 Wagyu carpaccio pizza was absolutely incredible. The beef is sliced super thin, so it kind of melts. Really enjoyable! Next we had a surprising seafood pizza- fresh scallops, shrimp, and smoky bonito flakes on top. I’m not a fish-loving person but this was truly special and I went back for second…and third slices. After so much pizza, the dessert included in the meal felt like too much to enjoy right away so the chefs packed it up with our leftovers to take home and enjoy later. All said, this was SO much fun and great value for money. I’m already planning to go again with some friends from out of town. Highly recommend!

Wow! What a fantastic EXPERIENCE! Hubby and I were on a quest to satisfy our late night cravings, and we walked into One World Pizza — We tasted a top notch gourmet Tartufata, which rivals best Italian Pizza in Rome! What is the secret?! After finishing one “12 inch pizza, we sat in the car again and came back for another one… I think that sums it all up. One World Pizza offers everything other than a boring selection of pizzas. The owner is a class act, and the epitome of outstanding customer service! Thank you very much sir! We are happy to have such a gem of place in our neighborhood, and will come back with friends for a tasting menu experience!

One of the best pizzas I’ve had in Jersey City. It’s a creative take on pizza, with pizzas like chicken makhani, elotes and bulgogi. We tried the burrata and loved it. The crust was perfect! It was great to watch the chef prepare it live. Limited seating but very welcoming host and chef. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

Recommended for a pizza lover looking for an excellent pizza in Jersey City. I tried their 12-inch bulgogi pizza through delivery order on Tuesday September 30th, 2025, and I think this is the most worth it pizza in Jersey City. In the future, I hope to taste the pizza after it is fresh out of the oven. Note: One 12-inch pizza was eaten by one person.

We went here with our friends who have been here before. It’s an intimate 4 seat counter where you pay $50 a person in advance on a reservation. It’s a chefs counter experience. It looks like a whole in the wall take out place for pizza. The atmosphere and ambiance is nothing special. The service is impeccable though, I felt instantly welcomed. It’s very cool to watch the chefs make all the different pizzas. It’s a timed 1 hour experience and they really keep to the time. They ask you if you have any allergies but other than that you don’t get to choose anything, they serve you what they want. $50 a person to share two salads, 4 large pizzas plus each person gets their own desert is a great deal. Unfortunately the owner said he is going to raise the price to $100 a person but have pizzas with fancy ingredients like lobster, scallops, lamb shank, wagyu and caviar. It’s an intimate experience but it kept getting interrupted by people coming in for take out orders. Also if you go by yourself or as a couple the other seats can be randos, and then you share the food with them. The food itself is pretty good. I liked the Caesar salad a lot. I think the dressing has anchovies in it which I like. My favorite pizza was the mushroom one, which we got lucky on because he had fresh truffle and sliced a lot on top of the pizza. It was amazing. My friend likes the bulgogi a lot. Lots of interesting and unique flavors on a pizza done very well. I prefer the more classic flavors so I think that’s also why I like the truffle pizza the best. Also the desert was delicious, I inhaled it. Amazing little cheesecake. Very light and fluffy. Next door is a cocktail bar owned by the same person. You can bring the food there and eat. Amazing cocktails. We went on a special Negroni night and had a chocolate Negroni for only $12. Normally the drinks are $16 or $17. It was the best Negroni I ever had. So smooth, not too strong and I tasted the chocolate and it had a big juicy orange in the center. Lovely establishments kinda off the beaten path. Make your way out though you won’t be disappointed.

Chef's counter but make it pizza! One World Pizza is a unique experience and likely the first and only of it's kind in the area. With only 4 counter seats, you can have a private experience with some of the best pizza you'll ever have. I love the quote they used that they're not pizza chefs but they're chefs who make pizza. That's exactly the vibe here. While you'll still have your traditional red sauce pies if you want, they truly shine on the in the unique pizza offerings such as the Bulgogi pizza. However, don't discount the red sauce pizzas because the Burrata Pie is the best I've ever had - that sauce is incredible. Everything is made in house and the dough is absolutely perfect: crispy and thin with no flop. I highly recommend this place for any pizza enthusiasts!
