Brisbane Lunch Truck

Finally tried BLT after driving by it for almost a year! The portions are very generous and well worth the price. Food was very good and quite filling. Better to order in person than online as they have specials and things might change. We will definitely make this one of our regular spots. A neighborhood gem!

My first meal in Cali and the California cheesesteak was amazing! The homemade chips are really good too. Super fresh ingredients and great friendly service!

The Brisbane Lunch Truck offers a really nice menu of simple and tasty food. My favorite is the California cheesesteak as it’s always nice and juicy/crispy and comes with their signature chips and Star cookie on the side. The service is awesome and the atmosphere is very positive. Definitely recommend if you are looking for good grub!

I've been eating lunch around the area for a bit now and this is by far and away my favorite! The entirety of the staff are always doing their best to make the food and experience the best it can be. Their fish sandwich has become my regular order and something I look forward to all week. The number of places that remember a regular's name and order keepsd shrinking, I hope this one stays for years to come!

We were passing through on our way to southern California with our dog. We stopped for a quick bite and had the best lunch experience the entire trip. Great food, friendly conversation and service. The strawberry soda blew us away, it's like drinking a strawberry. Our pup even sat for some treats. Thank you so much for a great lunch on the run. The next time we're traveling through, we'll make it a point to stop by for some good food. Did I mention the porta potty is the cleanest and best smelling one I've ever been inside?

Phenomenal!! Food is very very good! The chicken and fish sandwich are amazing! The lady even cut it and put one on each plate so my girl and I can each try one! Brought to our car and even check on us! Highly highly recommend!

Saw this place while passing by, we stopped and found a dope food spot! My philly steak sandwich was juicy and flavorful. Chips and cookie are included with the sandwiches. Service was great and the patio was nice to sit at. Dog friendly too, they made sure our pups had a fresh bowl of water!

Came here today with my coworkers, we all had a different sandwich let me tell you guys my BLT was so good with the jam they had in sandwich and the pieces of bacon was good and crispy just the right amount of everything. My other co worker had the fish sandwich and the other one had a cheesesteak and they was also saying how good it was. The chips and cookie was also good . You can tell it was made with love . Not to mention the lime orange drink and mashup smoothie so refreshing and good . Cant believe i pass this spot up so many times and never gave a it a try. Definitely will be returning.

Had the salmon sandwich special. It was delicious. Came with a side of handmade chips and a mini cookie. Ill def be back. Outside patio was nice - dog friendly even had a water bowl for my dog!

Tried the dinner for the first time. I love Japanese curry and their tofu katsu curry was wonderful. I live 40 minutes from Brisbane and it was still hot and crispy when I got home. The side salad was delicious and the custard dessert with thinly sliced plums was so good. Ill be back to try other dinners.

One of the best little lunch spots on the bay. Food is always amazing and the owner is friendly. Very dog friendly. It can get windy while sitting on their patio so dress accordingly.

No words for how good the West Coast Fish Sandwich is - So good every time (about 6 or 7 now) I literally have dreams about it. If they didn't close at 6 we would probably eat here twice a week! The young woman always attending the stand is very friendly. Even taking your order to-go, the bread is dense enough to make it saucy and not soggy. The chips are homemade and dressed with black sesame seeds, garlic and herbs. The butter cookie is a wonderful finish and so simple yet effective. The LOL (lemon orange lime) lemonade is a MUST and I love the paper straws. Will be back!

My second time coming here. Previously got the Yokohama chicken sandwich to go and really enjoyed it, so I’ve decided to dine in this time around. Service was quick and super friendly! Chicken was tender, hot, juicy, and well seasoned. The slaw goes great with the soft bun and crispy chicken. Chips are soft and crunchy with umami seasoning. The cookie is a nice way to end my meal as well. Ordered spam musubi to go and they had it ready by the time I was heading out. Served fresh. This is also a very convenient location, right by the Samtrans bus stop and plenty of parking. Everything is very tasty and will be coming again regularly!

Loved our stop here! Yokohama Chicken Sandwich (5/5) was divine — incredibly juicy chicken that seemed fresh straight from the fryer. BLT’s BLT (4/5) was also very good, but I would recommend the chicken sandwich over it. Mango smoothie (5/5) was amazing and the Citrusade (4/5) was refreshing but not as memorable for me. The umami chips (3/5) had a nice flavor but it was a mix between crispy chips and soggier ones. And the shortbread cookie (4/5) was a perfect end to the meal. Service was friendly and they even put 1/2 of each sandwich on each plate for easy sharing! Slightly longer wait than expected for a food truck (15-20min) but well worth it for the quality of the food. Bonus points for the cozy patio seating and eco-friendly packaging :)

Hubby had the Grilled cheese & again it was a generous portion of two different cheeses. The homemade chips are about the best I've ever had! Very clean outside dining in an excellent location on the corner of Bayshore & Tunnel Road. Be sure to give it a try, it is so worth it! 👍👍👍

The employees & the owner is very nice, they accept credit cards/Apple Pay, the food is delicious (I had the chicken sandwich which includes chips and a cookie), the area is nice,& parking is not an issue. They have a decent list on the menu, I will definitely return for the chicken sandwich and to try other items on the menu.

Discovered this place near the Doubletree hotel in Brisbane. Ordered the chicken with Rice Soup for my wife as she wasn’t feeling well. On our last day we each had the vegetable vegan soup and split the BLT sandwich. Very yummy! This place is a hidden gem!

The chicken was so juicy with the perfect amount of crispy, coleslaw, sesame and wasabi to add a little kick at the end. The BLT had perfectly crisp thick bacon with jam dressing.. it was our first time here and we weren’t disappointed. The owner is such a sweet lady. I highly recommend this place.

If you’re in Brisbane and want a quick lunch, then this is the spot for you. I had trouble finding the spot with google maps so I called up the shop and the lady was very nice and guided me there. I grabbed the Yokohama chicken sandwich, side salad and chips. The sandwich had a light and airy bite with a hint of ginger and garlic. Im a 200 pound plus dude and the sandwich filled me up. I ended up saving the chips and salad or dinner and will definitely be trying the other items on the menu soon.

Very satisfying. Got the jalapeño burger (it was big!) homemade potato chips and small cookie included. Just what I needed. Great service, great food. Thank you!

I live less than 15mins away, and have seen the great reviews for this place, so thought I'd treat myself for lunch on a busy workweek. First off, for a food truck they have a great setup. They have a few outdoor tables, and around 20 parking spaces which seems pretty much for them, as there is not much else on that same side of the street. When I arrived in the afternoon, there was no line. I ordered both their fish sandwich, and chicken sandwich. Each was $16 I believe, and each came with chips and a small cookie. Overall, I was impressed with them. I brought my food home and tried half of each sandwich. The fish was moist with good flavor, and the chicken had a nice crunch and was juicy. The chips kind of had a furikake asian flair to them, which worked. I would minus half star for the prices, which are a little high. And although I enjoy that they worked on my meal soon after I ordered, I probably waited 10-15mins for my food, so I would deduct a half star for the wait time. That being said, I would frequent this business again.

It’s was good. Went specifically to try the chicken sandwich. The fryer was broken, so I tried the cheese burger. Very decent and staff was nice. I’ll be back for the chicken.

Very cute setup! Grilled cheese had a great crunch and a nice flavor. I think the tomato soup is pretty good, but I don't really like tomato soup, so hard to say. Homemade potato chips were excellent. I especially liked the herbs - I think chives. And a complimentary little cookie, which was nice. Great seating area, very put together, feels more like a small restaurant than a food truck. The view of the water is lovely but it's countered by the cars rushing past along the road.

This is greasy American food with a Japanese touch. Made fresh and with a lot of love. While the food won't win any awards, it's the experience that makes it satisfying. We tried the fish sandwich and the tofu sandwich. Food was 3.5 on 5, but the service, location and owner made it a solid 4. Try out their specials, you can view a week in advance and go for the day you find something that makes you sparkle with joy.

At almost 20$, their signature BLT left me very hungry. I expected a much bigger sandwich for that price and I didn't notice reading the menu that it doesn't even have fresh tomato on it...tasted pretty good but overall it was pretty disappointing.

Small local business with delicious food. The restaurant selection in Brisbane is limited, to say the least, so I'm always looking to support new places. Unfortunately, the prices are just not worth the small portion sizes.
