Very nice Burger Location near to the Canal Street and Chinatown Very delicious Burgers, big portion of fries and onion rings. All in all Very good and at a reasonable price level. Will come back soon and try the other types. Definitely worth to visit.

This was my and I first time in New York and we wasn't disappointed. The service was great compared to how you hear about New York. Fresh cooked burgers and fries. Very good taste. The fountain drinks could've been better and the shake also. Small place but great food.

One is my new favorite burger spots, too bad there are none conveniently located near where I live. The angus burgers were grilled to perfection and super-juicy despite asking for them well done. (I like my steaks rare, ground meat not so much.) The fries, seasoned curly, were crispy and tasty; standard frozen seasoned curly fries, nothing special, but still good. For my first visit I was very pleased. I'll be back.

Perfect American style burger. I got the black burger: 8/10 Great buns! I always appreciate a good looking burger. The only thing was the veggies were a bit hard and felt out of place on the burger. The texture and sauce were next level. Interiors is small but has barstools to look out the window and people watch. Can get crowded inside. I’m still on my quest to find the best burger in NYC I think this cracks the top 15. Will be back to try another one.

My visit, Saturday, Jan.10 around midnight. Unfortunetely a very weird experience due to the guy.attending the counter at the time. Kind of screaming, swearing in both english and spanish. I didnt feel safe or pleasant. Had not choice to stay and sit there to have my burguer (that was just ok). Being aware this is not a gourmet place, still is kind ofackward have people like this in front of customer service. Never come back (even of.it is.late night, Im hundru and it seems the only place open)

I’d leave zero stars if I could never order delivery from here. I ordered delivery and after an hour and a half of waiting, they canceled my order. It took me over 40 minutes to get it refunded. With no explanation of why the courier canceled my order and since the deliveries by their own staff, I have to assume one of them ate it. Anyway, definitely don’t order delivery from here.

burgers are good unfortunately the guy at the counter isn’t. Take and check your receipts. Make sure he isn’t tipping himself off your card without your knowing. Shady as hell. What am I supposed to tip for anyway? Passing me a burger? He barely says hi and he never seems like he wants to be there. Oh well there’s plenty of good burger spots around the city to go to. Avoid this one.

This place used to be great. I gave them several chances, but the morning shift consistently fails to cook the burgers the way I ask, and the night shift also has ongoing issues. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit. I travel frequently to New York City for business, and I clearly remember that about three years ago this place had outstanding food and customer service. If I recall correctly, the best employees were Jerry and Moe. They had an excellent attitude, worked seamlessly as a team, and truly understood what customers wanted. Their attitude was welcoming, their teamwork was obvious, and they handled everything with professionalism and a genuine smile. Service like theirs makes people want to come back—not just for the food, but for the people. It’s disappointing not to see these two anymore. To whoever owns this business now, I wish you good luck.

I came across this restaurant and was immediately put off by the sign out front (see photo). Using the phrase “Once You Go Black, You Never Go Back” as a marketing slogan is highly disrespectful. This saying has long been tied to racial and sexual stereotypes, and seeing it used casually to sell burgers is disappointing and offensive. Restaurants should create welcoming environments for all customers, and this kind of messaging does the opposite. I hope the owners reconsider their branding and choose language that doesn’t rely on racialized or insensitive stereotypes.

Worst double patty burger I’ve ever eaten. Wasn’t worth the 22.50$ it was dripping grease. Couldn’t even eat the fries. Way too greasy. And the guy that was making my shake drank out of the milkshake cup where he made my smoothie and my friend. Felt weird drinking my shake after my friend told me he saw that. First and last time.
