This is one of the best happy hours in the neighborhood, the prices and quality of food are excellent. It is a nice place to spend time with family, friends or with your partner. The servers are friendly and the place is quite spacious, clean and with an excellent decoration. First time going and they did not disappoint. Good affordable food. The music they were playing was on point. AC was on blast. Water kept being refilled. Amazing. Ordered gyoza, scallion pancake, fried rice, Geisha roll, spicy tuna roll & shumai.

Me and my daughter had an amazing experience. Very beautiful place, the painting, the style. I'm definitely coming back because the was amazing. We wanted to try different dishes so we had Tom yum soup and Miso soup, Salmon Tartar, Steam Buns, and the Sushi Platter. Everything was great.Our waitress was fantastic. We ended the night with some chocolate mousse cake, and a boba tea from next door, I believe they own that place too.

The food is always great and great portion. The drinks are good and strong. The atmosphere could be a little loud but energetic and fun. Happy hour is amazing , you can get the best appetizers here and the drinks are excellent! Love an a passion margarita. Service is good, but since they are so busy you may have to wait a little , but not too bad while you drink you won’t notice. The manager J. Is friendly and funny ahah ask him to do different Latin American accents :)

This has been a local fave for the past few years but I stopped coming for a while. This timeC I went on Monday afternoon at around 5PM, right on time for the happy hour specials. As an appetizer I ordered steamed vegetable gyoza (dumplings). The taste was okay. Without the sauce on the side it would’ve tasted very bland. I also ordered the Yummy yummy roll which was amazing, filled with shrimp tempura, eel, cream cheese and topped with sweet plantain and spicy mayo. It sounds like a mess but it was delicious and flavorful. Overall, they have good food for reasonable prices and their customer service is decent!

I have been to Geisha more times than I care to admit…..shame on me I guess. This is the most wildly overrated and overpriced establishment in the neighborhood. Food is mediocre at best, but that’s not really the issue. The issue is the service. When I was there most recently I rarely saw the server (he was very nice, but had to run back and forth between both rooms) - isn’t there a manager anywhere that can step in and help him?! The male bartender once offered to sell me a watch which was BIZARRE, but not as bizarre as him telling me my hair was dry and strangely trying to sell me conditioner. So flipping rude. Very used car salesman vibes from that guy. The other issue is the ambience. I noticed a mother and their child trying to celebrate a birthday together, but they could barely enjoy each others company due to the LOUDEST techno music. Who blasts tiesto at 4pm? Ladies - pro tip — ruse the restroom before you go. This place needs to be shut down on multiple health code violations.

Extreme Food Safety Issue 10/3/2025 Posting anonymous, the resturant has my contact information. I have ate inside multiple times and have always had a great experience, however today I ordered take out at 3:22pm and came for the lunch sushi take out. I got the tuna avocado and shrimp tempura with a miso soup. As I was checking out with one employee, I joined the membership they have and the man told me to wait to ask the other employee who was assisting another customer as he would have more information. While I was waiting, I ordered a large Thai iced tea. While the employee was making it, the other employee said he has no idea how the membership works and he thinks it’s only for online orders but he’s not sure. I look up and I see the man making my drink putting his finger on the ice cube to push the ice cube down. I told him that I just saw him put his finger on the ice cube to push it down, he said he didn’t but he would remake the drink. I watched more intently as this was happening. The other employee began to assist the man making the drink and he dropped the ice scoop on the ground, he picks the scoop off the group, takes it over to the sink and barely washes it maybe for 15 seconds max. I told him that he can just leave the ice out my drink since the scooper isn’t thoroughly clean. He tells me he can’t make the drink without ice and he will just give me a refund. I ask the customer beside me if he saw what I saw and he was like oh that they ain’t wash the scoop and I said yeah. The employee then tells me he washed the scoop and I tell him that I have worked in food service for years and that was not thoroughly clean. I get my drink refund and immediately call to speak to a manager. The same man (I think) who dropped the ice scoop answered so I called the Washington heights location and explained briefly to that locations manager what happened and how I am going to throw that sushi I got away because if the employees do food safety issues in front of patrons, what do the do in the kitchen, he told me that the Hamilton heights manager will call me. I am awaiting that call. I am expecting a refund because this is crazy. They gave me 6 dollars and 60 cents, which is NOT the full refund for the beverage. Moreover, I checked the sushi when I got home and two of the pieces are grey meaning that it is old and likely spoiled. Thank god the food was disposed of. Point blank, food safety is the most important thing. I don’t care that the guy was a jerk, I do care that he improperly made drinks that break food safety law. Article 81 states “any utensil that has been dropped on the floor is considered contaminated and must be removed from use immediately for a full cleaning and sanitizing cycle”, this was not done and the cameras can prove this. Moreover, the employee who made the beverage never washed their hands nor the employee that dropped the scoop on the ground. This is also breaking food safety law. I will be reporting the resturant to the city for food safety issues. They are putting our community at risk with this slack attitude. Update 7:50pm 10/3: I called the Hamilton Heights location and the Manager told me that mistakes happen and they can give me a tea for free. I told him I need a full refund and that it’s not a mistake, that’s a food safety issue. I had to throw the food away and I never received a full refund for tea… He then handed the phone back to the employee to which the employee told me I’m complaining too much and talking too much, I hit record call and then he hung up on me knowing he was out of line. I called back and he immediately hung up. I called the Washington Heights’s location and they told me they would contact the Hamilton heights location to provide a full Refund and I provided my number for the owner to call. The lack of customer service at the Hamilton Heights location is Extremely disappointing and I would never have been spoken to the way that I was if I was a man that is for sure. Will update once I talk to the owner.

We went to pick up when we ordered cashier said that 20 minutes but it took 55 minutes and when we asked for our food they said kitchen is busy but at the restaurant only a few tables were sitting and when we took our order i told him this is the last time and the cashier was waving her hand like bye. Unprofessional cashiers definitely and they will lose customers hopefully. Because even the hostes was rude .I NEVER RECOMMEND .
