I usually come here often and have always tried to be kind and patient, but my visit today was disappointing. I was overcharged for some reason. My total should have been around $17, but I was charged $23 instead. It looks like I was possibly charged twice for an item. I understand mistakes can happen, but the service is always very slow and it makes the coming here frustrating. I really like the food here, but experiences like this make it hard to want to come back. I hope management can look into this and make things right.

I can’t believe how it’s currently taking 2+ hours to receive my food I don’t even make reviews but this is ridiculous. I called for the status on my order, they went to go check and left for 10 minutes. Once they came back they hung up on me. And this isn’t the first time I had a issue with there timing they’re always backed up, if you can’t handle the customers get a bigger or quicker crew.

This restaurant is the worst place to pick up an order. The waiting time is ridiculous. You’re gonna take forever and the customer works like they don’t care. I really don’t understand why it takes so long to make the orders. I need to do better.

Customer service sucks ! They take forever you can order online and still have to wait a hr min in store for your order ! Worse customer service ever ! And the employees always have a nasty attitude !

Food(brown stew chicken) was not good and I had a piece of hair in mine. I also had to wait an additional 15 mins for my Doordash order and it was only a medium curry goat.

I have been a loyal customer even rave about here to people to order from here. But twice I have received poor customer service and It hurts to make this decision because I love their food and drinks but the customer service SUCKS. They do NOT care and is us the customers who have their business in operation. I have been working in management for years and I have full respect for my customer relations no matter what they want to say about me. Their favorite line is. 'It is out of their control take it up with Uber' etc. A bunch of crap. Rude. Out of order. Who do they think they are? Careful how u treat people. God and Karma will teach us lessons. Such a shame. Very disappointed in my caribbean people.

I normally do not leave bad reviews, but I have to let this be known! I ordered yesterday, 2 small brown stew chickens and 2 beef patties. THE PATTIES WERE SPOILED! It smelled so bad idk how anyone can serve that to a customer! It turned me off to the entire meal! I advise please do not order here! Unless you want food poisoning!

This restaurant is the most disgusting in all of New York. They are very undisciplined, arrogant, and disrespectful towards customers, especially delivery drivers. They treat them terribly, and regardless of the cold weather, they don't allow delivery drivers inside and they don't take care of their order They treat them like sheep.

A total waste of money. The festivals are so hard and you can taste that they use Some old oil. The banana flitters are so oily can taste the oil. It's just a waste of money. They need to change their chef.

I ordered food here from Uber eats and would you believe that the chicken was spoiled, some parts of the rice uncooked and the food smelled so badly my son almost throw up. I will never spend money here ever again.

I will never order from this restaurant again the staff is rude, and treat you as if your begging food when your paying for it. Customer service, and treating your customer with respect goes along way. To the owner retrain your rude staff because this is absolutely unacceptable. I will never order from you guys again and I’m going to make sure my friends and family don’t order again as well. I wish I was able to give no stars but the app won’t allow me. If I could grade you the grade would be down in hell!!!!!

Dude you won’t freaking believe what I found. Now mind you the bag was sealed so I doubt the door dash driver. There was a beetle in my bag or cockroach. DUDE! My appetite went completely out the window, I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. THIS IS UN ACCEPTABLE! WTH never in my days although the foood came inside other brown bags with aluminum plate and cover, I STILL FEEL disgusted and disappointed. NEVER AM I ORDERING OXTAILS OR ANYTHING. BUYER BEWARE! This is absolutely ridiculous, I also filed a complaint with door dash management.

Staff is very slow with no care in the world especially the ones preparing the Uber and DoorDash orders. They would rather dance and have conversations behind the counter rather than getting the customers in and out.. Slow service and very long wait time to order or pick up food if you order online. Try another Restaurant.

Oxtails were a hit, I've eaten here once at 1am and then during normal regular buisiness hours. Always consistent and good food. At night it can be a wait sometimes to get food because they are busy but always tasty. Edit: returned to this establishment on 5/28/22 a little after 6pm, I called in advance for oxtail large with rice and cabbage, and the lazy man who picked up said "yeah we have just come in and order we will have for yah. " Didn't let me place a pick up order. Then I arrive and there's a long line. Had to wait 45minutes due to slow business and line. The restaurant is falling apart and dirty in the back with dirt /dust balls falling from ceiling. Definitely will not be returning as service has declined in everyway
