Great diner with great service and food. Bacon is always done just right. I usually get breakfast food but my next stop I will try something different. My waitress was nice and attentive. This place gets really busy between the patrons, deliveries and takeout but the service is always on point. It’s in a busy area so if you want to shop there are stores around the area or if you want to relax there is a park across the street as well as field if you are up for some fun.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and it’s one thing that I can say is that the food hasn’t changed which is a good thing for me because I had a great experience as a child and now that I’m an adult and I visited today with my dad to have mashed potatoes, turkey slice and corn it was beautiful. And not to mention, the lady still remembers me after so many years. God bless her memory and their restaurant and most of all God bless her for treating me like family.

I love getting breakfast here. I always order the egg and cheese omelette with a side order of fried potatoes. Their fried potatoes are nicely seasoned and delicious. Not just plain fried potatoes that you get from most places. The owner and the employees are also really pleasant.

I love coming to this place because the food is always fresh and good. I am never disappointed after eating at New ranch. The staff is really fast so don’t be afraid if you see many people in there. They seem to have a good system working for them because its always a good experience. My Breakfast order comes with a tea or coffee which is cool. I always get home fries, scrambled eggs, bacon, and a toasted bread. Just writing this review makes me hungry lol I’ll be going here as long as I can! (Side note: Sometimes you guys forget to put jelly in my bag after I ask for it and that makes me sad lol 😂)

Update: The Ranch is Opened! Yay! Hello! As of today, June 10, 2019, the Ranch is still not open. But it will be in 2 weeks. One of the owners told me that. Can't wait! I love their menu. Okay. I went there today, June 30, 2019. The restaurant is still closed. There was no information posted on the gate. This is getting sad. I walked passed the restaurant today, July 6, 2019. It is still closed. No further information right now. July 10, 2019, still closed.🤔 July 26, 2019, still closed.

I didn't like that it is cash only. There is not a lot of seating or an waiting area for dinning in. The food is amazing. Nice flavor and cooked the way you want. Its all cooked to order. French toast is a must try and steak and egg you can't go wrong with.

They have started giving less food for more money, maybe its cause of the pandemic.

Went to buy food for take out, saw that it comes with meal and coffee. Turns out, doesn't come with coffee and price on the menu isn't the same when ordering take out. Spend 25 for two meal and no coffees.

Went for the first time today since I work nearby and try to find new local businesses to frequent. Unfortunately, today will probably be my last time. I walked in and placed an order at the counter, there was a bit of a miscommunication due to the chef’s accent, which no issue, I just tried to rephrase and ask him to clarify. He says “I’ll take your order when you’re listening” and stormed off to the other end of the counter… Ok? I said sir can I order? The owner is nearby and clarifies for me and he takes my order but says nothing else about the outburst. As I wait I continue to be polite and patient even though I felt disrespected by the man who took my order. As if aware in the wrong, they speak much kinder to me when finishing the transaction, but I can’t help but be annoyed that I’m being asked to move up and down the counter to make the order, pay for it, then pick up. The customer service needs to prove, as well as organization. If things weren’t so chaotic maybe staff wouldn’t be so flustered and snappy with guests. Food was decent.

This is sadly not the 1st time the food has been disappointing. My Son actually told me order something simply that they cannot mess up. I figured they can’t mess up a grilled cheese & fries, however, I was wrong. The fries had been re-fried & were greasy & luke warm. When I sent them back the waitress told me, I knew they were not good. At this point I asked then why did you serve them to me. My Son told me last time I was here a customer also had to send the fries 🍟 back. The grilled cheese with ham was toasted on one side & greedy & completely soggy on the other. It was on Rye & therefore, not big but I was just not able to eat it. It was simply too soggy. When the waitress told the counter person collecting my payment she advised him & told him about the soggy grilled cheese & he told me it’s crunchy when they 2st make it & then it gets soggy. I told him from here to there less than 10 feet it went from crunchy to soggy, it was already soggy when it was put on the table. My Son asked for Orange 🍊 Juice & they gave him a container of OJ & a straw. I literally had to ask for a glass for him. My Son’s toast was over buttered & only toasted in middle. How, I don’t know. We’re eating in a Diner so why are you not providing a glass for this overpriced Juice. The food prices have gone up, food portions have gone down & the quality of their food is completely nonexistent. I figured because it was a work day at 10:30am & no real breakfast rush I’d have a nice brunch at The Ranch. Thought Wasted! Still A Huge Disappointment! Absolutely NO Pride & A Total Waste of Money 💰

I go here to pick up an order for my mom because she ordered for pick up now I get there. The owner himself is actually dealing with a customer. He takes their money. Let them pay for that order and it goes to the next woman and takes her money and let her pay for her order, ignoring me saying good morning to him, now this guy has just came from using their ATM as I’m trying to explain myself like I’m here to pick up an order he goes to the next guy takes his money. Let him pay for his order me while my whole order is still sitting there he turns his back to me and goes. Yeah ma’am what do you want ? I’m like you know what I don’t think I feel comfortable ordering here anymore. I don’t know if it’s because I’m black, but I feel very disrespected and I don’t think I will be ordering here anymore. I have been going here since I was a child since I was five so that kind of treatment made me feel highly uncomfortable .

Very bad service, horrible experience I placed two orders and they give me the wrong orders I returned and they make me wait for almost 40 minutes for a lousy service awful people.

We had lunch there this afternoon. I order bowl of pea soup..THE SOUP WAS TOO WATERY. IT TURN ME OFF.

December 4 2021 I went inside new ranch hopeful to get a good breakfast but instead I got a roasted roach in my home fries and a rude waiter that was speechless when I brought my plate to her attention the owner looked back and apologized…… a roach was in my food and they just apologized like if it was a small accident.

This place used to be good years ago blonde er now it’s is unorganized n the food does not taste the same. Placed an order over the phone had a man take it 1 1/2 hrs later the meal never came when I called they said they don’t know about the order they will put it in again I told them to cancel I don’t want it. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN TBIS OLACE IS DISGUSTING AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY DONT EVEN TAKE DEBIT YOU WOUOD THINK THEIR SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH. Do not recommend this place at all.
