Good bang for the buck! Latin American cuisine. Tight bathroom and free wi-fi. Al fresco seating in season. Flooded by customers from the nearby hospital. Fresh baked goods like cakes and pies. This restaurant faces two streets, so there is a frontal and rear entrance. Overall, this joint is clean.

I ordered a chicken hamburger and coca cola. The chicken from the burger looked like it has been sitting out for some time now, and when I went in there to ask for a burger, a worker looked at me dead in the eyes and just pointed to another worker.

I only come here when I’m absolutely starving and have no other choice. The food is overpriced for what it is—bland, uninspired, and lacking any real flavor. The portions are small, and for the price, I expect at least some seasoning. The only reason this place gets two stars instead of one is because it exists when I need it. But if I ever have another option, I’ll take it in a heartbeat. Also, it really depends on who serves you, but they will OVERCHARGE you, especially in the evening. I noticed it's always a man who raises the price a few dollars.

I go to this place almost every day out of the blue they decided to jack up their large coffee to 50 cents and went from $2.50 to $3 in less than a week time

***RACIST ACTIONS*** on this trip I entered the store and stood in front of the sandwich table to place an order..to my immediate left was a Caucasian male to my right was another Caucasian male while I, an African American male, was waiting my turn...a male from being the counter, who later identified himself as the manager ( who I found is the owner) asked the first man if he needed help. The gentleman told him no. He then proceeded to walk pass me and ask the other gentleman to my right if he needed help...feeling slated I informed that I was next...he told one of the other gentleman behind the counter...he was now busy and instructed them to help me....I voiced my issue with him regarding his actions ...I was offered a half of an apology with an excuse that I called next. 10 outta 10 will not recommend.

The place is good but they have a tendency to always mess up your order you always have to go back and forth to get your order right. The Spanish guy always talks back like he is always right, what happened to customer satisfaction… Real attitude problem always thinks they are right. Order fixed but always waste of time. Gave them a couple tries bc of the convenience next to the hospital but definitely not a returning customer.

I hope the owner of 3in1 sees this post. I have to say that I am very disappointed by the poor level of customer service that I received from Maggie today at 3In1 Kitchen. Mind you I am a regular at this place. I eat here all the time or at least I used too. Here is what happened. I called this morning to have breakfast delivered. I placed an order that totaled $7.25. Maggie says you have to order something else if you want the food delivered. I said why? How much is the minimum for delivery? She says $7.00. I say...okay how much is my order? She says $7.25. I say... okay I meet minimum so why cant you deliver the food? She says...Because it is really busy right now so unless you order over $10 I cant send it to you. She says...just order something else...like a water or anything else. So I said...so you are basically telling me that unless I add $3.00 more to my order you will not delivery it that does not seem fair considering I meet the minimum for delivery. I say...Do you think its right that you are making me spend $3.00 more of food than I want or need. She says... sorry I only have one delivery guy. Then she says...you know what if you want to wait and can send you the food if I get another delivery in that direction. I say...so you are telling me I would have to wait until some one else orders food and wait until that order is in my general direction all with no guarantee that my food will come is that correct? She says yes. I said it okay. Thank you please cancel the order. I hung up with her I walk over to my kitchen and made my own breakfast and you guys just lost a sale of $7.25. Actually you lost much more than this because I will be taking my future business to your competitors down the street.
