This is such an amazing place. I came here while walking by one, and this is my second time. The food is really really good. And there service is top notch, extra ordinary. Strongly recommend them.

Second time coming here. Both times were amazing service. Food was excellent and fresh. The all you can eat sushi is hard to come by with service and fresh food.

Food was fresh and delicious. The server Ryan provides the best customer service - answered all of our questions and was very pleasant. I had the all you can eat from Pulsd and it was worth every penny. Definitely will come back.

You get bang for your buck in this place. The sushi was phenomenal as were the apps. Mind you, we had the all you can eat Puls’d deal, but the experience here was phenomenal. Definitely will come here again!

I went here with my wife after visiting the new Wegmans and we were pleasantly surprised! We ordered off the lunch menu, with my wife getting the Salmon bento box, while I stuck to the good ole cheeseburger. Both of our meals were delicious and extremely filling! The burger was huge, very tasty, and came with delicious crispy fries. The bento box came with miso soup, a salad, salmon, a California roll, two spring rolls and rice. The prices were extremely reasonable, and the service was quick, friendly and attentive. Highly recommended, we will be back!

I took my girlfriend out for Valentines 2023 here. The service was excellent and the server Isiah was very friendly and helpful in walking me through how to order. I had no issues at all and will gladly come back anytime. Thank you!

This is definitely one of the best modern Japanese/fusion restaurant on the east coast. It is newly opened for 5 months and the quality is top notch. We visited them from central NJ and it's worth every effort. The service and quality of food went beyond our expectation. Salmon, tuna, yellowtail, sweet shrimp, sea urchin, king crab, you name it, all fresh. They have THE BEST red surf clam I've ever tasted - SWEET, TENDER, and JUICY. We ordered the sushi sashimi combo, omakase, uni ikura don, eel don, and a few appetizers. Both quantity and quality are better than any other Japanese fusion restaurant we've been to. You just can't beat the value. We couldn't finish everything so we packed the leftovers to go. We were welcomed by the owner. Simon is the man. He gave us free beers and free desserts! Amazing desserts by the way! We signed up for their free membership and will definitely go there again. I strongly recommend everyone to try this place! If you like Asian/Japanese/Fusion food, you will LOVE this place.

Extensive menu of Asian Fusion, available to order by phone, even if you're at the restaurant. Nice plates & bowls for photography. Really, really great staff led by Simon. Definitely want to return. Often! Thank you for a great experience.

Very nice place for sushi and even to have a drink. The waiters are more than friendly and their sushi rolls are out of this world. The best i had for years. I would definitely recommend this place for every sushi lover.

Best sushi restaurant I’ve been to. Quality fish, great presentation, and the service is insane! The owner is such an amazing guy and always makes sure I have a great time. Definitely recommend.

I didn't expect such finely crafted food here, but someone in the kitchen really knows what they're doing. The ambiance is stylish, maybe overly so considering the neighborhood, but hopefully this is the start of a new trend. The staff was very proactive and friendly. Definitely worth checking out.

This place is a MUST visit ! You can get unlimited sushi and small plates for just shy of $40 . Food is delicious and the restaurant is very spacious and clean . They also have a full bar.

Great spot for unlimited sushi, really really nice and friendly staff team. Answered all my question (first time eating sushi so ya I had a lot of questions about what’s in it) and even recommended rolls based off my likes and dislikes. American Dream roll was 🔥

We found this restaurant by chance while looking for wifi to call an Uber, and got pleasantly surprised by a very helpful staff. We came back for dinner the next day - major tasty surprise! We had Salmon Sashimi Pizza, a modern take on tacos, avocado and salmon that is amazing if you're a fan of spicy mayo, followed by the Sashimi regular plate. Please see the photo, there's nothing regular about a plate of fresh fish on ice lit by blue light :) Our main dishes were Pork Lo Main, amazing comfort food taste, and Pork and Rice, again a mix of modern and tradicional flavors that played incredibly well. We can definitely recommend this restaurant for all visiting NY or living nearby :)

We bought an All you can eat Pulsd deal for two and this place did not disappoint. The food was fresh and delicious. The restaurant is very nice and the service was exceptional. I would recommend you give this place a try.

Dined at 66s fusion today and had an amazing experience! Service is impeccable. Sushi is fresh, and taste. The spicy miso is the BOMB dot com. I ate till I couldn’t eat no more. Great vibes! 10 out of 10 recommend.

Tony one of the waiters there is just pure awesome. Went there with my husband and son and asked what kind of sushi was best and he recommended 3. We picked one and it was DELICIOUS! Never dissapoints with the customer service. And he is just so kind. Oh and the food is just great. 6 stars to them.

My friend treated me here for my birthday. Wonderful all you can eat sushi menu. The entire staff was so kind, polite, and attentive given the number of food/drink items they need to coordinate. You order on your phone while at the table and the items start to come out of the kitchen. Loved the ambiance and music. Spring rolls were hot and tasty and of course the sushi was delicious, the wasabi and yuzu miso dipping sauces were a great addition. Just try to give yourself some time between your orders so that you have time to let your food settle. Your eyes will be too big for your stomach.

The owner Simon was an incredible host and showed us nothing but hospitality. It was our first time and we were treated like royalty. The food was also incredible. Thanks 66 fusion for the free shots and the awesome experience. We will be back soon!

This is one of the highest-quality Sushi Restaurants I have been to (compared to those in Manhattan that cost > $200/person). Before the pandemic, I went there roughly once every month, and the food there never disappointed me! During the pandemic, dine-in is not available anymore, which means people cannot enjoy the "all you can eat". Now, everything there runs back to normal; last night, I just tried the "all you can eat" with a couple of friends for the first time since the pandemic, and I have to say, the food tastes even better/fresher than before! Overall, you pay ~ $45-$50 (including tax, and tips) for very high quality, super fresh sushi/sashimi, and a very elegant dining environment; I feel this is a great deal in New York.

I live around the corner and it's convenient to have a decent sushi joint merely a block away. I have ordered take-out multiple times and dined in once during lunch special hours. The food quality is excellent all-around. The staff is attentive and friendly. Price-wise, it's similar to the inferior sushi restaurants on Myrtle Avenue so no reason to go the places on Myrtle. Will try dining-in for dinner with friends and/or family soon.

I live a block away and just tried this place 2 weeks ago. Have gotten take-out twice since then. My friend is a very picky eater and said they make the best chicken fried rice she's ever had and I agree. My other friend loves the shrimp fried rice and her husband said the beef teriyaki was really good. Now they ask me to pick-up food from here and bring to work. Also, love the spicy scallop sushi roll and the chicken yaki udon. Highly recommend!

New Modern Place in the community. Super clean establishment. I always use the level of cleanliness in the restroom as an indicator of the overall cleanliness of an establishment and this place gets and A+ In regards to food! We got the all you can eat special, and we was given a paper sheet menu to order from. I can't believe how many options was on that paper, i felt like i was taking the SAT exam! Everything we ordered came out fresh and timely. My only regret is not trying more of everything. (Stupid new years resolution diet) Before coming here I thought i knew Sake, but the selection here is out of this world. Would I come again? Definitely. Parking is super easy in this neck of the woods and in a safe area.

I’ve been saying that 66S is probably the most under-rated sushi spot in all of NYC. Their unlimited specials are the best. Always a great experience dining at 66s. The servers are warm and friendly and the food comes out fast and freshly prepared.

Had a great experience here. Food was very good. Took some time initially for us to find a good rhythm for ordering but once we found it we were basically eating non-stop, there were plates coming in consistently. Space inside is roomy, bathrooms were clean. Location is a bit off the beaten path but the Wegmans being down the street helps anchor the place to the area. Can’t wait to go back to this place, it’s my new fave ayce sushi joint

Good food, good service, nicely done space. The lunchtime offers are extremely good value but finding them in the app is currently buggy (July 2022) because the default link to take up the offer leads you to a full price item. The deals are still there but you have to read the menu rather than follow the link.

This is my first time here, I had a wonderful experience. Once I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm welcome. Lovely smile on a cold breeze day. Without asking I got my water and hot tea. very caring. I asked for recommendation for unique appetizers. very knowledgeable. I m very amazed. total satisfaction. great selection of hot and cold appetizers. entree is the best part. Don't wanna miss out on the Miso Chilean Seabass. It is off the hook. very good food, very attentive service plus very reasonable price. with all that promotion and special going on. I ranked it #1 in New York. Definitely I m gonna bring all my friends here.

Resident to this area for almost 8 years and 66 is my go to! The staff is amazing and attentive, Simon runs a tight ship but the proof is in the experience… I was sad to see that they were on hiatus during the pandemic BUT they came back with a bang!!!! Salmon tataki is my fave!

Definitely will come back again! Very tasty uni don and yellow tail. Much cheaper than East village with a high quality uni. They directly import uni from Japan and California.

Amazing all you can eat sushi restaurant. Lots of appetizer, sushi, and sashimi choices. They even have Ramen soup on the AYCE menu! The tataki steak was prepared with a torch table side as you can see in the picture. Kevin and the rest of the crew met my family with warmth. They even sanitized the high chair thoroughly before my baby sat in it. All in all I look forward to being back!

We got there on Tuesday night. Place was clean and empty. Service right away was very attentive. We ordered sashimi platter, 2 different speciality rolls and wague beef. Everything was delicious, except probably for wague beef which was a bit overwhelmed by its sauce. Cucumber martini - 10/10.

The price might be $39 per person, but the food quality is definitely worth it. The food tastes very fresh and comes out super fast. The staff are very friendly and accommodating as well. If you're looking for a nice date night, or just a spot to get a great spread of food with some friends. This is definitely worth the trip.

Between the customer service and the food, I can’t begin to describe how pleased I am. The Ambiance was top tier, and the value for the all you can eat sushi was beyond a steal. We got quality sushi and service for such a low price. It felt too good to be true. Definitely will be frequenting this establishment.

Came here for dinner and it was an amazing experience. We had the all you can eat option. Once you scan the menu, it shows you all that you can order, we were able to order multiple times and try a variety of sushi 🍣 and rolls. Everything tasted fresh and looked great. The service was top notch. Our waiter was kind, attentive and knowledgeable. He checked up on us throughout but was not overbearing. The servers brought out our food in a timely manner and took plates that we were finished with. The venue was spacious, clean and decorated nicely. There were tables for patrons as well as a sushi bar area. The bathrooms were also very clean and spacious. Overall I loved my time here and will definitely be back again! Keep up the great work! 🙌

I was worried after reading some of the negative reviews but I ended up having a great time at 66s fusion. Came in on a Wednesday at 6:30pm. Walked in to a friendly server who gave us our choice of seating, brought us some water and explained that all orders are made online and if we had any questions we could call on her. I can see how people would be confused/frustrated with the ordering system but after taking a look and navigation to the AYCE tab it was pretty straightforward from there (thought the menus was limited at first but the AYCE applies to everything on the menu except drinks and dessert) Here’s what I had: Shrimp tempura (crispy and tasty) Chicken Gyoza (flavorful) Takoyakiz (Fried octopus ball) - texture might not be for everybody Steak (medium rare and tasty) I M Q Yellowtail Scallion Roll Shrimp cucumber roll Razzle Dazzle American Dream (my favorite!) Teriyaki Salmon (well done. Flaky and just the right amount of crisp) Karaage chicken (just okay) 66s Fries + spicy Mayo(a bit too salt for me) Fried Chicken ( a bit over fried and bland) Chicken fried rice (Not too bad) Note: they don’t indicate the names on the dishes when they are brought to you. You have to figure it out/ask Drinks: the Long Island Ices tea was STRONG! A bit too strong for me but the bar tender was so lovely and accommodating and helped tone it down. He was kind enough to make a new cocktail drink for me too! Cost: spent about $50 per person because of the included service fee and tax + $30 for two Long Island iced teas Ambience: it was clean and somewhat empty (2-3 other parties were there) which I didn’t mind. They had an amazing playlist going (courtesy of the bar tender) and if it was any louder and darker that’s exactly the kind of club/lounge I’d like to go to. Service: had friendly servers who cleared dishes in a timely manner. Food came out quickly too. Since it’s all online they don’t pay as much attention but when you’re able to get it they get you what you need. A++ to the friendly bartender!

Best valued lunch special / bento box I’ve ever had. Three huge chunks of salmon with rice, soup, shumai, and California rolls. Miso soup is so delicious.

Perhaps it’s because we went on a quiet weeknight, but we didn’t have any issues with service; everyone was friendly, and the food arrived promptly. The quality of fish (aside from the uni) was far better than any other AYCE spot in the city. Their ordering system isn’t sophisticated, but it’s much faster if you use Apple Pay.

Place was very clean and new. Very nice atmosphere. Customer service was top notch (shoutout to Simon). Ordered tonkotsu ramen it tasted delicious but i wish it was broth-y/creamy. Boyfriend loved shrimp tempura bento. Server was very generous and kind enough to replace order that was mistakenly ordered. You order online thru QR Code and pay thru the app too!

This place was awesome! The food was incredible! Simon is the man! I would recommend this to everyone, the all you can sushi dishes give you a variety of different types all expertly crafted sushi and will even serve you appetizers and if the sushi isn’t your thing then not to worry that they have cooked dishes as well. I don’t know how they do it but I will be back!

Probably my favorite all you can eat sushi spot in NYC. The price range is slightly higher for an "all you can eat" spot, which is $36.00 (typical price range is around $25 to $35). But the quality of the sushi and food you pay for is a lot higher. So first, you need reservations which can be done online. If you want to sit at the bar (for 1 person) you can just walk in. This location is slightly different from other all you can eat spot. Other locations typically have it as a buffet style or you get then menu and keep ordering whatever is on the "all you can eat" menu. Here, you order online, pay and then they bring out whatever you chose. You can't reorder something else (at least, not that I'm familiar with). So it's a one and done deal. The food is AMAZING. There wasn't a single dish we ordered that me and my SO did not like. From their kani and yellow tail, to the volcano and avocado rolls, and even to their wagyu - GREAT. They also have a great selection of Japanese whiskeys. Highly recommended. 10/10.

Simon the manager was very nice, including our server Ryan was very pleasant! The food is amazing, very upscale for all you can eat. We used a Pulsd deal and had no problems. Enjoyed our glass of wine and unlimited food. Would definitely recommend if your in the mood for a cuisine with variety of dishes to choose from.

This is my new favorite sushi spot. Everything I've tried thus far has been amazingly fresh and flavorful. I stumbled in after getting a Pulsd. The all you can eat menu had so much variety that I was able to narrow down my favorites for future visits. I would highly recommend for ambiance and great food.

Highly recommend their omasake. I tried the 10 course version for a special discounted price of $55! Ingredients were fresh and all the dishes were very well made. It’s not the sketchy cheap all you can eat kind of sushi place.

They have the best soups which I’ve had. The kimchi seafood soup and Miso soup are fantastic! You have to try the beef they cook, they really have the skill for it. They are really caring the customers, the service is great too. They are very nice people, we had great time there.

I

The food is almost good. They offer good discounts and deals because the location is a bit out of the way. The birthday omakase special is nice. As well as the lunch buffet and happy hour deals. But that being said.. dont expect very high quality food. It's alright for the price.

B

All you can sushi. We keep coming back everyday cause it's a good price for all u can eat lunch. But don't get the tonkatsu ramen. Definitely just noodles w broccoli, carrots, zucchini thrown in. Would not order it again.

S
Scott Strait

It's what you expect for all you can eat sushi at $40 per person, $45 with a beer or wine. The restaurant including the bathrooms are clean and has a nice atmosphere though it would have been nice if the lights were dimmed a bit and personally I could have gone for a different style of music. The food was presented nicely on what felt like high end dishes which resulted in a nicer experience than most other all you can eat spots. There is a nice selection of soups, apps, roll, sushi, sashimi and entress to choose from. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Could it be better? Of course but then would they be able to offer such a great bargin? I'll definitely be back!

M
Michael Fuller

Great spot for sushi and ramen. They have a sick lunch special for 3 sushi rolls and a cup of miso soup for like 12 bucks. The ramen is 14-16 dollars and is super flavorful and filling. They also have buy one get one happy hour beer special from 2-5pm on weekdays, which goes along with a full bar and tons of sake options.

We did the all you can eat off of Pulsd for $40 for a dinner for two with a beer each. Value was INSANE. There were so many options and it felt so worth it. Service was A+ and the food was yummy. Sushi was fresh but was pretty standard, didn’t blow my mind. Would definitely come back.

The food is pretty good! They’ve gotten better with the wait times since they’ve hired more staff. I went in June and we waited 45~1hr for our food but recently went back in November and was served quickly.

Some sashimi's were a miss but overall the place was really good for the price we paid with a pulsd coupon. Plating is beautiful and would definitely come back again for the salmon, scallops, and sqimuid. Tuna and mackeral wasn't that great.

First time trying their food, the delivery was fast, driver was polite, price was average. But the food was good!!! Fresh salmon and their eel was delighted. I have to drop a 4 star so they can improve more. Definitely ordering again next time I’m in the hood.

The food was good, but service can be slow. This isn't a problem when you're visiting on your free time, but do keep the slow pace in mind if you're trying to eat in during your lunch break from work.

B
Buongustaio Italiano

(Longer review on yelp due to google lower character number limit). Place's spacious, at least felt like it due to being nearly empty. Just 3 tables with 2 people each (including us), odd for 7/8pm on a weekend, ie. "peak" dinner time. Ambiance Not bad, feels too "modern generic". Nothing exuded specific style not asian, nor fusion, comes across as lacking personality. "Fusion" in the name sets expectations for decor, unclear what elements are involved birthing this culinary "alloy". Applies to look, atmosphere, food. Not inherently a negative, just confusing and a missed opportunity to craft and leverage a well defined character identifying the place and drawing in patrons. Sport bar feel conveyed by large the TVs showing sports, news, farm animals documentaries, doesn't help its case. The lack of style didn't bother us much, but music played did. While not trash metal, it wasn't a pleasant background filler either, nor an easy listening, or relaxing selection. Instead was rather annoying/aggressive contemporary teen-pop played on the too-loud-for-comfort side. We wouldn't mind upbeat music and it's not like we'd be expecting Vivaldi's Four Seasons to be the sound bed accompanying dinner at a self-defining "fusion" restaurant... unless that was fusing with a mid 1700 theme that is! :D The loudness and selection was just borderline unbearable as background music and it also had the effect to immediately turn the feel of the place into a "Queens, bubble tea shop catering to teenagers" and to be clear, there is nothing wrong with that, provided we had stepped inside such an establishment. Everything in a restaurant plays a role. From decor to music, to food quality to service, including how everything is handled by everyone involved in any interaction with patrons coming to dine at a given establishment. Any of the items above can become disruptive to the overall experience. It's not terribly difficult to be a nice restaurant in a newly developed neighborhood, even when missing on the opportunity of using the decor of the place as a point of leverage. We're not talking about trying to be "upscale", just nice and pleasant alone would already a brilliant achievement on its own! For upscale, overpriced, pretentious there are already quite a few in the close by areas that shall remain unnamed. Sadly there the overcharging for average to good food is a necessity given the outrageous cost of rents... therefore quite sadly in most such places the word "spectacular" will mostly apply to the bill one will end up paying. Price Speaking of high prices, here is where instead we saw one upsides of 66S Fusion. Their pricing (so far) while not "cheap", was quite reasonable, provided the portions will remain the same in future. Service Going back to the service, as the place wasn't busy, one would have thought service would be more attentive and food would arrive quickly. Not the case. Wait staff was "average friendly", but failed to acknowledge us while waiting more than what would be reasonable especially due to (again) being nearly empty. Wouldn't expect special treatment or freebies, a simple update would've been enough. Also no "discrete courtesy check" was ever done to see if we needed anything and if food was to our liking. Waited 30 min. for first entree (Ramen). Sashimi arrived much later in a "grandiose" presentation, but was pretty good. It's unfortunate we got the appetizer after first entree, defeating the point of ordering one. Likely forgotten or prep timing was poorly managed could've been held and finished once we were done with the appetizer, with the upside that doing so both entrees would have come at the same time. Food Ramen: definitely not "rich", nor flavorful albeit not entirely tasteless Appetizer: squid 2-way was 3/4 one way, 1/4 another. Squid was medium/large and tender, 3/4 was served in teriyaki-like sauce. Taste was tiring after a couple rings, another 5 rings were battered and fried, missing lemon at the very least. Sushi/Sashimi: Over-presented, but delicious. Portions were satisfying.

15% service fee for dining in! $40 for the all you can eat sushi now. Plus, you need to tip servers but they don't take your order. You order through QR code on table. We are pretty quick with our phones but it still took us about 15 minutes to put the order in because you have to type in your credit card number and name and info. We ended up ordering the Ramen because when it came down to it, it was so expensive to eat there! We both got the Tonkotsu Ramen and it was okay. Not gourmet, but tasty.

Food was tasty and staff were attentive and friendly. This was the appetizer which was good but small for $10. 3.5 stars for that and because the ramen was not hot.

I went here on a first date. Thank goodness he was great company, or this would've been an overall horrible experience. Maybe money is low, and they're trying to cut back costs. Idk. I have never been so cold in a restaurant before. All patrons were eating with their coats on. There was only one waitor who was doing the job of 3 people (host, waitor, bartender and bus boy). This left us waiting much longer for service. We remained patient, only because we could see how hard he was trying. Then, because their actual bartender wasn't there, we weren't able to order cocktails. Only beer. Fine, I guess. The sushi rolls were slapped together. I really should have taken pictures. The saddest dragon roll ever made 😢 💔. The decor was cool, u guess. It's hard to appreciate when you're sitting there shivering.

Svce is almost non existent as the single mgr seems to do the work of 3 ppl .. food ordered thru a Take-Out app, not taken on person, drinks took too long. Food was quite tasty and rolls were not small, but Dine-In svce was terrible. Place is good for Take-Out mainly given poor svce and non existent parking

Ordered 4 rolls for delivery. Two were ok (a lobster tempura roll and a salmon avocado). The other two were simply awful though (spicy tuna and spicy salmon). It tasted like the oil used or whatever they mixed it with was extremely old. Both rolls were simply too bad to eat and were thrown out.

Maybe I came on a bad day, but my experience left a lot to be desired. Don't be like me and come in with low battery on your phone because ordering is done through your own personal device using an online platform, which also includes a service fee. I was planning on trying the AYCE option but a number of things I wanted were all sold out, and ordering sashimi costs extra vs sushi. I ordered a Agedashi tofu and katsu bento box instead. The katsu was good and portions were nice, but the other items not so much. The miso soup had a little bit of miso taste but not much else, but the Agedashi tofu came with a Thai sweet and spicy sauce instead of the usual dashi sauce and toppings, an interesting choice that kind of works. Overall a cool place, but I didn't have the greatest experience.

J

ordered pickup online, but wasn't notified that they were out of salmon or chicken or soup until I actually got there. Waited nearly 45 minutes in total only to get something I didn't order. Giving two stars instead of one because the food I didn't want is actually pretty good and they added extra pork

J
Julia Timmons

I was really disappointed with my experience here. Food was ok. Nothing to write home about. I had a rotten piece of tofu in my miso soup and at that point I really wanted to walk out. The sushi itself was ok. I didn't get sick thank God. Service was abominable. The AYCE online ordering system is horrendous. It's confusing, frustrating, and slow as hell. They somehow misplaced one of my orders and I had to remind them twice that I placed an order that I waited on for over 40 minutes for. It was my birthday... they really made it a memorable one. Not in a good way.

Incredibly slow kitchen. Staff is trying their best not to screw up but always manage to do so on a take out. I had ask to confirm that sauce and utensils are inside the bag, however when I got back to the office sauce was missing. A tall guy upfront is completely spaced out messing it up numerously

I ordered the lunch menu and didn’t like it. It tasted like cheap asian fast food tbh. In the end waitress came to me and said my card was refused and nothing more - i had to suggest that maybe i needed to add my pin...

This review is written purely on the customer service and structure of the restaurant. You have to order food from your phone. The service is terrible and it took me more than 10 minutes to load the menu. There's never anyone around to ask questions for recommendations etc. There is one person who is doing the serving really just delivering the food to your table since you have to order it on your own) the busing etc. It feels very much like a cafeteria. If I'm going to have to order and pay on my phone then, I'll just get takeout. I have eaten here before and the food was good, portions however, are average size. I thought I would give it another try but the ordering food from your phone is ridiculous. Just hire some servers. Not to mention the daily buffet for lunch does not look fresh....like Golden Corral quality.

Might be an ok place for quick delivery but don’t bother with a sit down meal. Sadly this place has changed a lot since it opened. The food used to be decent, not great, but enjoyable and reasonably priced. Now the prices have gone up, the quality has massively declined and there’s no quality of service, as you order everything from your phone. I got the all you can eat for three people, with tax and tip I spent about $160. I’ve never spent so much on sushi to be so… sad? Not a single roll was a standout, most of it wasn’t even as good as some grocery store sushi… even the basics, the miso soup, the chicken, the gyoza… all flavorless. I love Japanese food, but this’ll be the last meal I ever eat here.

Very mediocre sushi.... Was surprised they didn't have a physical menu. Only qr barcode to order. That was a bit frustrating, especially since they refused to take the order verbally. Then, the quality of the fish itself was subpar. I didn't expect a 5-star kitchen, but the few sashimi and sushi pieces I ordered were tasteless. Overall, it was my first and definitely last time here.

Came by for a late lunch with a friend. While my ramen was quite delicious, my friend’s poke bowl took forever! It didn’t come out until after I had finished the ramen, which must have been close to 30 min. The ordering experience was also awful. There are no physical menus and the web UI is buggy as all hell. Prices and portions OK.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Do not be fooled into coming because of the Pulsd voucher. The other 1 star reviews are from real customers while the shady owner layers in the positive 5 stet review as a disguise. Terrible dining experience as we sat for 2 hours waiting food to slowly come out. The sushi and rolls are PACKED with rice but only little pieces of fish. Decent appetizers (takoyaki and kaarage). Would absolutely avoid if you are eating the sushi as you will be glued to your seat hostage waiting for food that rarely comes. P.S. the table behind us was so frustrated trying to flag down the waiter that they walked out!! A lot of leftovers on their plate so that should speak volumes of the quality...

We had the worst experience here. The ordering system for the all you can eat it’s not efficient and the staff struggle explains how it worked. You have to pay and tip before you get your food or finish your meal (what?!) Then the most upsetting part was that when we place the last order we waited 40’ to the point we had to call someone to the table to ask what was going on. We ended up leaving the place without having the last order. Another problem is that you have to spend a lot of time on your phone getting the orders in and the staff was almost acting annoyed when we asked for help or for the missing soda. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

I made reservation at 9p when I arrived 10min early and they said they are too pack and won't honor my reservation. Yet they had plenty of seating at the bar (which I see many people done at in the past) After a long day at work I planned to just have a simple party with my partner and wrap up my night. Dine at your own choice they pick and choose

The server we had exhibited poor communication. Although he wore a mask 😷 we couldn’t understand him at all. Lastly, he charged us for sushi that we did not take out even though we came in for bottomless $39 day. Don’t waste your time here as the communication will be poor for a 30% gratuity. 😬

P
Phoebe Kim

Made a reservation 3 days in advance and called ahead to confirm - which they did. Walked in the day of only to find the place completely empty and told it was closed! Poor service and lack of communication… would not recommend for anyone that likes to plan ahead.

Ordered on Uber eats. I received no updates on my order. Waited for over an hour, I called twice before cancelling and now I’m being told I can’t get a refund. Yet I called TWICE seeing as I placed my order around 6 pm and was supposed to receive it at 7:30 pm, then they said 7:34 pm. Then I checked the time and it was 7:56 pm and still no food. Then it was 8 pm. Only thing I saw was that the order was still being prepared. Why would I wait over an hour for 3 items. I want my money back.

awful.. service extremely slow. lunch. over an hour to get your food on a day when there are 3 other customers. tempura (few pieces of broccoli and purple sweet potato) served with spicy mayo. they dont have tempura sauce. cheap takeout rice. $10. will never return.

If your phone is low on power or dead, you're screwed. Staff unable to provide a paper menu. Tried to enjoy a Pulse deal here. They couldn't accomodate. Restaurant forces you to order from their website. Spent the whole time with waitstaff trying to place an order on their awful website. Finally placed an order, 45 min later, still not served. We left. Worst restaurant experience and total buzzkill. Went for unlimited sushi, left hungry and never wanting to return.

I came here a few weeks ago with a friend and it was an embarrassing experience. For AYCE, we were told not to order more than 6 items, which we didn’t. Then we were told we could order more if we wanted. We tried. Nothing came. Paid the bill and left. Nice looking place and the food tasted decent, but the service leaves something to be desired. No wonder the place was empty on the weekend.

I really wanted to like this place but the service and ordering just sucked. There’s no paper menus you have to order on the website and the UI is super buggy and slow. It froze several times while ordering. Not only that but the food takes a REALLY long time to come out. There were only 2 other parties tonight and it took over 30 mins for 3 non specialty rolls to come out and another 30 for 3 more. I used the pulsd app deal which is SUPPOSED to be all inclusive that’s the point of the app instead they charged $25 extra on top of the $40 I prepaid online. Pulsd needs to flag that because that’s false advertising, I would not have come if I new about the $25 fee on top of what I bought online. $65 dollars for 6 rolls in 2 hours not worth it

Came here for lunch- the place was empty, there were no servers, and only 5 in our party. Three of us were waiting for food for an hour after we ordered, one lunch order never arrived at all despite asking for all the food multiple times. The manager refused to refund the order that didn’t come, just gave us 4 diet Cokes and kept saying “it’s almost ready” Server forgot the soups and salads that were supposed to come with the meals too, it was a terrible experience all around. I’m convinced all the reviews are fake and this place is a money laundering front. Don’t go.

Never been there because they seem to ignore people who got a promotion through Pulsd. Hate the fact that they are on it when they clearly do not care about these customers as well. Made a reservation days in beforehand and they said that they would confirm. (I made it well on time and chose an available timezone). They never got back at me through their messages and they never picked up the phone when I called. Instead, it sounded like they picked it up and hung up instantly. Terrible way of treating other people. If you make a reservation normal and not through Pulsd they might actually treat you like a human being. If you do not want to serve dinner for 39$, do not offer it on Pulsd. What a scam. In the process for getting a refund now and will never recommend this to other people on Pulsd.

I had an 8pm reservation, arrived at 8:23pm and the place closes at 10pm. Multiple tables were available, as the place was about 60% full. Upon walking in, we were told "take out only" at this time. We were told that the kitchen closes at 9. I don't believe the kitchen closes at 9. I think they're just trying to close early since the worker told me that he's the only server and theres only one chef working at this time. I'm still in the restaurant (sitting on the bench trying to figure out where to go next) and I overheard the same server tell a group that was already dining, that they can't put in any more orders. That was at about 8:36pm. About 1.5 hrs before closing and they were cut off?? It's not the workers fault that they're understaffed at this time, but the company gets a 1 star for these practices.

Came here because I heard good things about the AYCE menu. However, service (and food!) was nonexistent. Despite there being only a few tables occupied (~5 tables), we never received most of our food. In our first order, some items were mixed up, although we just dealt with it and ate it. Our second order through the ayce menu just NEVER CAME. We watched other tables get served and patrons come and go. An hour after we placed the order, I went up to the counter to ask about the status, and they said they would start it right away. 20 minutes after that, we had to leave so even though we never got our food and were still hungry, we just paid the bill and left. We used the pulsd deal so thankfully we didn’t have to pay the full price of the ayce, but we were forced to pay an 18% tip on the full menu price of everything! I normally tip at least 18-20% everywhere but when we literally don’t get served half our food and drinks, it’s a scam to force us to tip that much. Other lowlights- servers forgot multiples times when I asked for a beer, to the point where I had to go up to the front counter and ask for a beer to carry back to my table myself. Online ordering system was extremely laggy and slow, making it a struggle to even place the order. Even for the first order with only a few other tables being served, it took us 30 minutes to get our food. Several high value ayce items were also out of stock (including uni), severely diminishing the value of the meal.

The place is beautiful. The food lacked. They do not have a paper menu, so you have to either order online ( while your there) or try to retain what you want to ask for with the waiter. Not only did they not have alot of items on the menu but they did not even have icecream or dessert that is on the menu but never taken off. There was no finess in the sashimi it was cut into huge slices. The place was empty, yet the waiter never came back to ask us if we needed water or anything else. just to hurry up because the chef is leaving. worst sushi experiance ever.

My boyfriend really likes sushi, so I decided to take him to this restaurant for the all you can eat sushi advertised outside. For starters, the "all you can eat sushi" wasn't actually all you can eat, it was just a platter with multiple items. The whole process of ordering is done on your phone, which is convenient, but it also means the servers NEVER come by. It took 20 minutes for someone to walk by us and notice we didn't have glasses for our water. You also pay in advance which means leaving your tip in advance, which wouldn't bother me so much if the food wasn't HORRIBLE. The restaurant also advertises a student discount, but there's no way to put that in with their ordering system. I don't like sushi, so I ended up getting the fried rice and it was HORRIBLE. The rice was soggy and sticky, and the vegetables were clearly from a frozen vegetable mix. Even the sushi my boyfriend ate was hit or miss. Out of 6 different kids of sushi, he only liked 2. Even the edamame I got as an appetizer was gross, smelled STRONGLY of fish, and was mushy in places.

Please for the love of God don’t eat here. Perhaps the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. I know the idea of $40 for all you can eat is enticing but it doesn’t mean anything if you can only stomach one bite of each thing. You order food here using a QR code web service that charges you a service fee as if you were ordering from UberEats, which isn’t included if you just order through human waitstaff. Throughout our ordering experience we learned they were “out of stock” of all cocktails, most beer options, all desserts, and many menu items. As we were served we received multiple incomplete dishes because they were “out of” certain ingredients for items we were allowed to order in the first place. I ate the worst ramen I’ve ever had (prepared and served concerningly fast), some mediocre gyoza, and sub-par sushi. The entire restaurant was served by a singular highly anxious, incompetent waiter who had the bearing of a man with a gun held against his head. Overall a bizarre, dissapointing experience.

I was very disappointed with this venue. First of all, I went with friends and when the sushi arrived the person delivering it didn't specify what the items were. One of my friends waited until the end of our entire meal before she got her drink and it was disgusting. Due to not knowing what the orders were one of my friends ate the other friend's order. One order had a modification note on the order due an avocado allergy and it wasn't honored. The food had to be remade for the incorrect order and nothing was done to rectify the non- specified order. I recommend that until they do some improvement with regards to their lack of servers that this establishment should not be frequented. I am disappointed in this night out with a special group of friends bad it definitely put a damper on our evening of celebration.

We got up and left, never going back & advising others to do the same. Service is terrible, unfriendly, and it seems as though their deals are just a scam to get you in the door unfortunately. Went in due to their deals that they frequently post about/send emails about. The hostess/waitress didn’t say anything when seating us, no explanation of how anything worked, the menu, no water, no drinks and walked to the back away from all of the customers. No friendly or inviting at all. On the door they have posted about a $9.99 all-you-can-eat sushi deal and upon arrival it’s about 3 rolls placed in the corner of the restaurant. The only other all-you-can-eat option is $39.95. This was fine, we decided to just utilize a Pulsd deal they also have, we tried to ask the hostess/waitress to make sure it would work, she avoided eye contact, stood behind the counter avoiding all of the customers, and when she finally came over, she have a short answer of no with no explanation or helpful information. There are much better spots in the area.

Absolutely horrible food. We got all you can eat menu. And we ordered only special rolls. They were the worst rolls we’ve ever had. They all tasted the same. Didn’t feel fresh and too much rice. We ordered spicy kani salads and it didn’t have any cucumbers at all, it was super dry.
