We normally order from Armando’s Pizza. However, our last two experiences were not satisfactory. I live 5 blocks away from this locations and my pizza was delivered cold and the toppings must of slid to the side of the box in transit. I called the location to let them know and took pictures as proof and was told I could only order a new pie at a discounted price. Never again!

Margarita Pie is good, sauce is tasty. Sesame seed crust is delicious. Fair prices. With that said: Fresh pies tend to be soggy though & need to be crisped in the oven. They just put the pies in the box too hot; so they steam.

Not the best version of patties are cooked here. 100% take out option. I haven’t tried pizza any slices. Beef patty was taste but chicken empanadas were weak. Didn’t like shape of patty too.

Not going to lie pizza is amazing but the meatball parm on garlic bread was wrong it had soooooooo much garlic i couldn't taste the meatballs cheese or sauce just garlic so much that it burns i like this place but whoever made my sandwich has a lead foot

Not trying to be that guy but this pizza was trash. To those calling it nyc style must be from out of town. Bought a small cheese pie and only ate 3 slices becuase I wanted my money's worth. Im sorry but just go up the block to "krazy pizza and wings". I will try this again but unfortunately this is how im feeling 🙏🏾😭

I'm not sure if the recipe changed, but the flavor is very different. Its like they put salsa in the marinara sauce. The cheese is definitely not mozzarella. I think they are using Oaxaca cheese. The wings are great but I hope they go back to a more Italian pizza. Update 3/17/2025 Literally just ordered from here today. The salsa is still there and the fake mozzarella is just Embarrassing. This got to be false advertisement. Do we have to request mozzarella and no salsa? Is this place under new management? Very sad, I won't be back. Well, ill be back but for the calamari and wings.

I’ve ordered from here a few times not too often but the pizza has been okay. Nothing to go crazy over….. in October sometime I ordered a small pie for pickup and when I got home I saw they folded my damn pizza like it was laundry. Like the pie didn’t fit the box and they didn’t even care they just folded it to fit the box. So now last night Christmas Eve as I’m prepping for Christmas dinner I realized cooking dinner was not going to be an option I called to order a large Sicilian pizza $26 and everyone woke up sick. That pizza had all of our stomachs messed up. Won’t be ordering anymore.

I believe customer service is MAJOR. I called for delivery and we are literally just an 8 minute bike ride from them and was told they don’t deliver. They didn’t even seem like they cared. They wanted to be specific and say a 1 mile radius (which is hilarious) and when I put it on Google Maps our address said 1.3 miles. They really don’t want business. It’s okay Mike’s Pizza on Fulton Street is twice the amount of time away from us and they never had a problem. So maybe I had a blonde moment and just decided to order from Armando’s when I should’ve just stayed with Mike’s. It actually felt like I was cheating on my “barber”. You know the only one you go to because they are the best for you and you’ve been a loyal customer for years. I also asked to speak to the person in charge and he didn’t even put an effort. It’s okay they may have lost a customer just like that but we will continue to give Mike’s Pizza on 3324 Fulton Street, Brooklyn New York 11208 our business because we have never had a problem with them and their food is definitely one of the best.

Horrible pizza , (emergency spot only) and in person I never have an issue with the female at the register but today I ordered delivery, I asked for a margarita slice with extra cheese n other items n my margarita slice came in Sicilian I called and asked for them to please fix it I gave a tip to delivery. This lady kept me on the phone for about 5 minutes arguing instead of just fixing the simple issue, I only live 2 blocks away. Bad enough the pizza is mediocre, but the customer service over the phone is a nightmare, and all for nasty pizza.

I’m a regular costumer who orders pizza here. Today was order half Hawaiian/BBQ pizza. Once I look at it right away I question why isn’t there no tomatoes sauce. Basically eating bread. Pizza is pizza. I call and ask why isn’t there any tomatoes sauce on my order. According to the worker Over the phone (male) “only on BBQ and Hawaiian pizza doesn’t include tomatoes sauce”. Pretty upset, angry and disappointed at this. When is there ever a pizza without tomatoes sauce on them. Disappointed about this place. For those who will order pizza if you order BBQ or Hawaiian pizza is doesn’t have tomatoes sauce.
