Bacon cheese burger is delicious good size. Onion rings are good too large portion and loaded potatoes are good average size portion. I called because I wanted to specify how I wanted the burger cooked and they listened can't wait to try again and actually come to the bar I bet the food tastes even better fresh out of the kitchen even at 1 hour old tasted delicious highly recommend

Amazing burgers. Even if you get them as take out they travel well. Great service on app or over the phone and the drivers are always super pleasant to deal with.

Just received my order from this place , ordered medium hot wings and a bacon burger with French fries and let me tell you it was so delicious ! The Bean Post Pub is a great local pub in the heart of Bay Ridge. They've got a great beer selection and their food menu is amazing. Great fried bar food awaits you. The wing sauces and rub choices are almost limitless. Great place to take friends. They've probably got the game on too!

This place is beautiful! The service speaks for itself. I have not been this impressed with service and food quality in years! Welcoming, very respectful and serene environment! Everything on the menu is good. You gotta see for yourself but you will not be disappointed! Best part of LA! True Gem!

My brother's go-to spot to catch up with drinks and to watch some games. The food is great and they have a good selection of beer. It's got that low-key vintage feel where the music isn't too loud and everybody is very friendly. The men's bathroom has some... stimulating photos :)

Nothing like a awesome hole in the wall bar and restaurant. The food here is great especially when you're out and about late at night and you want a delicious burger and a beer. Hit them up next time you're in the area, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic place during quiet hours, and unbelievable fund when crowded and the game is their TVs. The food is the hidden secret. They recently merged with a local deli and have full spectrum bar fare and sandwiches. The best bar tenders in NYC.

Got the wrong order item, but the owner was very reasonable and called back on getting to a solution. The homemade mozzarella sticks were fantastic, and I would come by just for that.

I found out about this place during Wing Wars 2026 (iykyk). Extensive is not a strong enough word for their menu, and based on what I got to taste that day, they have some delicious food. I'm def going back to check out more of their varieties of wings (over 30 varieties and flavors on the menu. Seriously) If you're into pub grub this is your spot

Parking in the neighborhood is tough. Fiance and I were tired and didn't feel like waking so we gave it a try, what a win! My fiance is super picky about her bacon and they nailed it to perfection. Super yummy sandwiches and burgers and good fried pickles. We now hope to find parking nearby when we're in the neighborhood.

Ordered food for Super bowl. Nothing crazy , wings , pot pies and some other appetizers. Everything was great the Mac and cheese bites and breaded mushrooms were a hit. The mozzarella sticks did not travel well but all in all the wings made up for it. Got an iced cold growler to boot.

We just had the most delicious burgers at the Bean Post Pub. The bartender, who was also our waiter, was a very friendly guy. We also ended up talking to a guy named George who ended up being an uncle of a person I work with, LOL, small world. George also knew just about everyone we know in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn and beyond. Happy we stopped by this old neighborhood gem! It has a friendly atmosphere with pleasant people to talk to.

Tried this spot via DoorDash first and the food was excellent. Owners Favorite + spicy BBQ is fantastic. Finally a kitchen that puts a respectable amount of bacon on a burger! Tried it in person today, was even better. The fries are also excellent.

This is seriously Cheers. I visited as an outsider with some insiders and it was crazy how everybody knows each other. Not exactly my scene, but an interesting and fun experience nonetheless.

The nachos are sooo good They put onions and peppers which give them a unique flavor. They also have good burgers, fries onion rings and wings as well as many other food options off the menu. This is a great place to watch the game and have a beer or any type of drink you like!

This is one of the good places in Brooklyn where you can find good pub food, beer, and catch up with some of your favorite sports team on the big screen. I’ve tried one of their famous BBQ wing dish, which was infused with rum, and the taste was pretty unique, not your average BBQ wings for sure! Verdict: it was simply delicious, and you can definitely taste the rum. Prices are not that bad, and there are plenty of draft beers to choose from. A few more tables would be good tough, since this place does get crowded at times.

Cool neighborhood bar with a good selection of beers and a decent walk of alcohol. The place is not the ideal weekend hangout spot but more like a beer on Wednesday type of place. Prices are ok and so is the food. It is mainly visited by locals. They have a few tv screens showing sports but no volume so if you're looking for a sports bar this may not be your place.

Ordered Boneless in Medium Buffalo. Sauce is very thick and sweet, tastes more like spicy ketchup than Buffalo. Prepared well but I don’t care for the sauce.

Pretty standard bar menu - wings, burgers, mozzarella sticks. Picked up the extreme flavored hot wings. Nothing extreme about it, I barely broke a sweat. Also wings were a bit dry. Food here is probably fine after a few pints but the bar was closed when I went. So with a clear sober mind gotta say the food was a bit disappointing. Would come back to try a few pints at the bar when they’re open. Note that you go to the M&M deli next door for takeout.

Nice place but we came at 10:56 and wanted to order the food, but they said that kitchen is closed , so they leave us hungry, even the table near us got the food after 10 min when they said that their kitchen is closed

Ordered from grubhub thankfully because the food we ordered was terrible and disappointing considering it had 5 stars on Grubhub. We had the Brooklyn Cheese Steak (small and lacked flavor considering all the grilled fixings salt didn't help); Buffalo wings (looked old and had BBQ sauce instead of buffalo sauce); chili (greasy and tasted old - only had grilled vegetables with chop meat no flavor either and lacked sauce); mac & cheese (ok but was fried triangles which was not specified in the menu) only enjoyed their waffle fries ($85 later). Wish I had taken pictures but was so angry that I had to order from another restaurant.

They wouldn't serve me because I had my dog with me. Their reason was because other people were eating. NYC allows your dog, as long that a person is dining outside. Other patrons saw what happened and they said they didn't mind the dog. I kept outside of their property and they didn't even offer water for my dog. Not cool, especially when it's 90 degrees outside. Dunking donuts offered water and therefore we decided to stay because the frozen drinks were good.

We recently visited Bean Post Pub after seeing it highlighted by a food influencer couple we follow, so we went in with some expectations. The menu is extensive, but overall the food was pretty average. We tried the mozzarella sticks — they were huge, but nothing special in terms of flavor. The wings were a bit of a letdown as well. While they do offer a wide variety of wing flavors, given the neighborhood, there are definitely much better wing spots nearby. Service was good and friendly, though we were the only table in the restaurant at the time, so it’s hard to judge how things would feel when it’s busy. The biggest disappointment, however, was the bathroom. It was in extremely poor condition — honestly the worst restaurant bathroom I’ve ever seen. Had I seen it before ordering, I wouldn’t have eaten there at all. Cleanliness matters, and this was a major red flag.

My husband and I really wanted some wings and were HEAVILY influenced by a video Brooklyn Bites posted the other day and decided Bean Post Pub was where we'd have dinner tonight. We arrived around 6:45pm, the bar stools were semi full but tables were mostly empty. There is a sign that says seat yourself, which we did. We went to the back, away from the door since it is cold out. As we were going to sit, one of the employees informed us that it was dart night (no signage at all so how would we know) and we could sit in the front instead (he was nice about this). We then sat at a table near the door and it took about 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us, besides just a side eye, to get any kind of drink/food order in. The bartender came and took our drink order and we told him we were actually ready to order food as well. He looked a little annoyed but took our order anyway. We ordered 2 orders of different wings, an order of waffle fries, and an order of 3 mozzarella sticks. The bartender confirmed we only wanted 3 and not the larger order and we said yes. He walked away and about 5 minutes later, another employee (the one who asked us not to sit in the back) came by to bring our drinks and then asked us again about the wings we wanted and what sauce. He recommended I get medium instead of mild since it apparently is buffalo sauce mixed with bbq sauce this way I get a taste of the buffalo sauce. I agreed and didn't think to mention the other items we ordered because it seemed like the bartender got it all. We waited nearly a half hour and watched take out orders come and go, along with the couple near us at the bar (who ordered literally minutes before us) get their food while we sat hungry. The back dart area filled up and it seemed like the focus was on those people who seem to be regulars- which I could understand since it was "dart night". We finally got our wings and the person who brought them (not sure if he was the owner or not) apologized for the wait and asked if we were okay. We said yes but didn't mention the other items we ordered since we figured it was coming out after and figured we'd eat our wings and then our sides would come. We were not checked on again after this. We were not even offered cups of water or asked if we wanted to order anything else. The food was absolutely not worth the extensive wait or the price but the wings were decent, good cook on them and they were juicy - the bbq/buffalo sauce mixture was a little weird but I was so hungry at that point I didn't care. We never got our orders of fries and mozzarella sticks but decided not to ask, especially because they basically paid us no mind, and we also did not want to wait any longer for any more food, nor did we want to cause a scene. We contemplated telling the person that we actually did order other food but in the end it just was not worth the hassle. Save your money and go elsewhere for better service, food and prices. I really like to support small businesses and figured since I live a walking distance away to give it a try but should have just gone to Skinflints or Kettle Black. Never again.

Worst wings I ever had. Dry, nasty, I paid over $26 for 24 mild wings. Never coming back here again. Disappointed. Ruined my Friday night. Bean post should be ashamed of themselves for even considering selling old dry, nasty, flavorless wings and then having the audacity to charge people over a $1 for 1 half of a wing?! I ended up throwing them away couldn't even Chew them they were so dry and nasty. Update, response to owner.: No need to get buthurt, just do better from now on.

Absolutely disgusting, dry microwaved wings, the wings are flavorless and the chicken is extremely dry. Waffle fries were gross too. Save your money cook instead, maybe the drinks are good. How can wings covered in that much sauce be that damn dry.
