First I’d like to start off by saying, sweetest woman ever. This would be my second time going back to her and each time I felt like I was family. The first time we went last year in April, we were seen right away, filled out paper work swabbed us and we got our results through email very quickly. This time we expect nothing less. Results came in 3 business days. The technical was so gentle, she knew how to keep my niece and nephew calm with coloring books, and she was so professional. I had recently scheduled my appointment at 2pm but I ended up getting off of work early and Yvonne was able to accommodate me by letting me walk in a hour early to do my testing. I really appreciated it because it was raining. I have never done any type of DNA testing before and I was super nervous but the moment I walked in I felt extremely comfortable. The office was very clean and they most definitely follow COVID19 safety guidelines. She was very professional and informative about everything that would take place so that I would understand what the process was. She didn’t mind answering any and every question I had to ask.
