I can honestly say I had a great experience and I owe it all to Yvonne. I had recently scheduled my appointment at 2pm but I ended up getting off of work early and Yvonne was able to accommodate me by letting me walk in a hour early to do my testing. I really appreciated it because it was raining. I have never done any type of DNA testing before and I was super nervous but the moment I walked in I felt extremely comfortable. The office was very clean and they most definitely follow COVID19 safety guidelines. She was very professional and informative about everything that would take place so that I would understand what the process was. She didn’t mind answering any and every question I had to ask. She also has great customer service skills and she genuinely cares about her clients. I would most definitely recommend this center to anybody who needs it. Five stars for me⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!

Called Sunday (3/8/2020). Spoke with Yvonne Monday morning (3/9/2020), and went into the office (very clean, quiet, and comfortable) at 5pm for DNA testing the same day. Yvonne was very sweet, inviting, and at ease. Everything was explained clear, and to the point. Swabs done quickly, and efficiently. Everything sealed up, and sent off. We were told we’d receive results by Thursday afternoon (today 3/12/2020) and we received them. Services were not expensive compared to other places I’d called. Very happy with everything. Recommend Yvonne, and her company. 5 ⭐️s!!!!!!

Yvonne is the best! She is truly God sent! She helped me to obtain an avuncular test to prove that my late father is indeed my father and even got my test results expedited in time for my court date. We were seen early before our scheduled appointment She immediately noticed the tension we had walking into the DNA office and, with her professionalism, helped ease the mood by making light of the situation. She was very thorough with the DNA retrieval process, explaining exactly how it would work and how long it would take to get the results. Throughout the process, she was friendly and made us feel completely at ease. With over 10 years of experience, her expertise was evident. I also appreciate cleanliness, and the office was spotless. Ms. Vasquez made sure to wash her hands and change gloves between swabbing, which reassured me. I highly recommend this Brooklyn DNA testing service, especially for paternity tests! PS: 'You are the father!' lol"

After calling several labs in Brooklyn, I chose Brooklyn DNA Testing because the telephone representative were the most professional and personable. The price is manageable. They offer quick appointments. The location is clean and bright. They had sanitizing products available for clients. All staff members were wearing masks and gloves. We had the pleasure of working with Yvonne. From scheduling the appointment down to swabbing our cheeks she was professional. She made us feel comfortable and assured.
