Large servings of ice cream. A bit of confusion between the baskin Robins side and dunkin. But good nonetheless. Donut was dry.

Awful service and this establishment hasnt had hot fudge in over 12months!! What baskin robbin doesnt have hot fudge?????

I ordered a medium mango smoothie and they gave me an over sweetened chunky mess. I asked for blueberry instead and they put the same mango smoothie back in the blender. I asked multiple times for blueberry. I called corporate for their lack of customer service. DO NOT GO THERE. Plus it was super crowded.

They need help in there for real the girl at the register tried to give my nephew a stale donut when right next to it was a fresh batch we had to tell her give us 1 from the fresh batch then she tried to do the same thing with the ice cream smh. A guy waited 10 mins for a soda and walked out without one n the milkshake was basically just milk i should of just went home and made one neva again will i go in there zero stars but i had to put 1 star to post it

Wow I was so excited to come here and get a Reese’s Sundae. This location is in a Dunkin donuts and a sign told us to order at that counter so I say my order of the Reese’s sundae to the gentleman and he replied with “okay a sundae, what would you like on it “ and I say “with everything that comes on it” (because it’s a specialty sundae, set ingredients and toppings)and he proceeds to tell me it’s like a build your own so I look at the pic and tell him I want wants in the pic. He disappears in the back for 15 mins fo find what I know know was expired toppings. There was a lump of black fudge that was suppose to be the fudge drizzle topping . Which is solidified and he said it was just a little hard but I tasted it and it tasted like burnt rubber 🙃 save yourself the time, they don’t have employees for the baskin Robbins Lololololol
