This is the first time I went to Fogo De Chao in Brooklyn. I’ve been to the city and many other places and other states including Atlanta. Just added a touch of hospitality that is not very common in New York. Justin is very sweet, thorough, attentive and personable. Characteristics that are expected in the food industry, but sometimes missing. We truly enjoy the food, the services, the ambience and most of all the hospitality. This is a place with all the hustle and bustle of New York, Brooklyn. A place where you feel attended to after a long days work and fulfilled for the money you pay. Great experience I would recommend to anyone.

Went there for the first time today for a birthday and I'm impressed! The atmosphere is super chill and warm and the servers, including Justin and Flor, are very kind. The manager Dominique a ROCKSTAR. Everyone is kind and helpful. Definitely coming back!

One of the best happy hours in Brooklyn! The staff is very friendly. the place is bright and and very inviting. they give you large portions off the happy hour menu. the food is very fresh. The Brazilian caipiranha was very well made. deliciously sweet! it's definitely worth stopping in there for the happy hour. the bar was packed with the lunch time crew.

We tried Fogo at the mall, and the food was definitely the highlight. The grilled meats were excellent – perfectly charred on the outside, tender and juicy inside. The long bone ribeye was outstanding, and the lamb (though served a bit late) was also flavorful. Starters like the lobster and jumbo shrimp were just average, but the meats really made the meal worth it. Service was a bit slow and not particularly attentive, though to be fair, we went around 3–4 PM, between lunch and dinner time. Overall, the location is convenient, the food (especially the beef) is fantastic, but the service could use some improvement.

had an amazing time here! The food was incredible, and I would definitely recommend the Bone and the Gold Rush drink both were absolutely delicious. What really made this place special was the customer service. My waiter, Mya was amazing. She was extremely patient, had a wonderful personality, and provided outstanding service the entire time. Even though it was a busy Friday night, she made sure we felt taken care of and never rushed. The entire staff was incredibly kind and patient while handling a packed crowd, and they truly did their best to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves. I also have to shout out the bartenders they made fantastic drinks and were so charismatic while juggling bar guests and drink orders from tables. Overall, it was a great experience. 10/10 I would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely be back! 🍸✨

This is my first time at this Fogo location. I usually go to the midtown location. The staff here were so pleasant and a lot of fun. They recommended delicious drinks and were quite pleasant to engage with. Kids under 12 are charged half price for the churrasco. Which my son and I both ordered. The cuts- prime rib, lamb, chicken drumsticks and thighs, short ribs, filet mignon, tenderloin were all seasoned perfectly and charred deliciously. I think the midtown location had a better salad bar with more options. We had fried polenta, mashed potatoes, sweet plantains, and smoked salmon also. The beet tartare was delicious. They have mushrooms, pineapple, olives and the typical salads. The little cheese puff breads were so good. I hadn’t had those before! All of them were delicious and the staff had good recommendations. The seating is a bit close. If you want an intimate dinner for two - you may not get it on a busy evening. We went on a Saturday at 330pm with a reservation and were placed quite close to a couple- even though it wasn’t crowded. They happily moved us to better seat. It would have been a tight squeeze to go back and forth the salad bar or restroom. I don’t think I would come here during peak hours. The bar is nice and at the entrance. I would definitely go back. We had a great time and it didnt disappoint! My son loved it. He said it was much better than the California location we visited over the summer.

***This review is solely based on my first experience*** At the onset I feel the entrance needs to be moved, you walk in directly on people's dinning experience because there are tables right at the door. Next, our service was very poor. Our server was extremely unattentive. We waited for water then had to call him to us to order drinks and appetizers. Most items are shareable but we didn't get the costumary two plates until the last appetizer. At the time of him dropping off the plates and appetizers, we asked to order a salmon dinner...And then he was gone...we didn't see him again until we saw him walking out with his backpack. We waited 45 mins the salmon never came, no one cleared our table and when they did we discovered the order was never placed for our dinner. Lastly, my drink, I ordered an espresso martini. When it arrived it didn't taste correct so I asked to add Baileys to it...an up charge. When a server finally came to us again after that long wait he told me "oh I see you added Baileys since there isn't any coffee liquor" 👀 Excuse me? It's an espresso martini, the coffee liquor is essential. How do you make it and not share with the customer you are missing a key ingredient? Food was overall okay. The meat quality was decent in terms of freshness, and the frequency of offering meat was acceptable. However, the bread was not fresh consistently. We did ask the server for fresh bread, but unfortunately it was forgotten. Service-wise, we had two servers taking care of our table, but the check-in frequency was still quite low, especially considering the restaurant was not full at the time. We visited on a Friday around 4:30 PM. That said, the staff’s attitude was friendly. As for the atmosphere, since there weren’t many people, the dining experience was comfortable and quiet. It wasn’t noisy, which made the overall dining quality pleasant.

I gave 2 stars giving them grace because the food was okay! Buy baybeeee the amount of disrespect and Rudeness was crazy! First Gabriella (bartender) was SOOOOOOOO rude! Let me explain! When we first came 2 girls at the bar recommended us to her however she wasn’t there when we sat down. So when we seen her come (which we didn’t know it was her) my sister asked “are you Gabriella” she said “What?, then said yeah im Gabriella” VERY RUDELY! We told her that was rude and asked her why the rudeness and she said because “usually when a customer ask for your name its bad” which we were taking back because miss we don’t know you and we are customers so why would it be bad? So after some back n forth Gabriella told another bartender she was going to get a manager so then we asked for a manager. When we asked for a manager which was (Roberto) he was Rude as hell as well smh! (Most likely this is the same manager Gabriella said something too)! Its Sooooo crazy because my sister was bragging about this place just for us to get here and have a horrible experience! NEVER AGAIN!

This restaurant has traditionally been one of my favorite dining spots in the area, but unfortunately, the last few visits have been quite disappointing. Today, I decided to give it another try after some time away and opted for the $70 enhanced dining experience, which included lobster tails. The meat took an unusually long time to be served, and our waitress was not very attentive—frequently forgetting items we had requested. I asked for chimichurri sauce to accompany the meat, and was told it would take approximately 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, I followed up again, only to be informed that they still did not have any available. When the steaks were finally served, they took awhile to start bringing more meats around so we spent a lot of time just eating from the bar and ended up full. The lobster tails arrived near the end of the meal and were well-prepared, but at that point, the overall experience had already been compromised. The enhanced dining package also included dessert, but we were told they were out of all options except Key Lime Pie and Cheesecake—meaning five dessert selections, including anything with ice cream, were unavailable. To his credit, Rogelio, the restaurant service representative, was very kind and offered complimentary dessert for a future visit since he didn’t know they were out of desserts until I brought it to his attention. However, given the consistent issues during our last two visits, we will not be returning. On our previous visit, we were seated and left unattended for 15 minutes, prompting us to leave without being served. My sincere recommendation: work on improving service efficiency and consistency. This establishment has great potential, but the customer experience must match the price point and promise.

Terrible Service. Shitty meats, most of them are overcooked when I asked them for M.Rare. I got most of them cooked well done. Some of the Pao de Queijo are burnt also. We were seated at 8:30pm and did not received any green/red cards. Asked for it plenty times, the waiter didn’t took it into consideration. No one checked on us for the first 30-45 mins. Absolutely disgrace, disappointed. I’d been to other branches in California and Midtown Manhattan, never let me down. Definitely don’t come to this branch, absolute trash.
