First time here. Food was great. Got the pernil. It was tender and yummy! The bartender, Ricky, was amazing! Attentive, made delicious drinks! Highly recommend coming here!

Guarapo Latin Fusion is such a gem. From the moment you walk in, the vibe pulls you in — great music, beautiful lighting, and an energy that just makes you want to stay and enjoy. The food is absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. Every dish we tried was a hit. What really made the experience special, though, was the owner and the overall hospitality. You can feel the passion and love behind the place, and it shows in every detail. We even came with our baby, and honestly, he loved it just as much as we did — the lights, the atmosphere, and yes… even the food 😊. It’s rare to find a spot that feels both exciting and welcoming at the same time. Amazing food, great mood, beautiful vibe, and wonderful people. We’ll definitely be back!

This place has a great vibe for sure. I sat at the bar and the service was absolutely on point. The bartender/server was funny, attentive, and made excellent recommendations, which made the whole experience even better. I came in craving mofongo and wow — the portion was massive. So good, but definitely enough for two people because I couldn’t even finish it. Everything from the atmosphere to the food and service hit just right. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be back.

This place is legit! Stopped by on a Monday night after a work event nearby. I was immediately impressed by the overall esthetic of the restaurantand bar areas, and the food was even better than expected. I had the ropa vieja and enjoyedevery bite. Can't wait to go back to try something else!

Incredible place! I love it here and it’s my new favorites. I ended up here randomly and stayed so much longer than I thought I would. Aesthetic on 10, drinks are bomb, and the service is top notch. The manager approached me multiple times and made sure I was having a good time. If you’re looking for good vibes in Williamsburg, this is definitely the place. Had the pernil and churrasco, both excellent. Tender, not overdone and the fat on the pernil was well rendered. Portions are well sized as well. Service was pretty good too, attentive but not overbearing. Cash is preferred as there is aparently a fee for card use. Overall, excellent food, would come again.

I stopped by for dinner and everything hit the spot. I started with a red sangria that was hands down one of the best I’ve had in Williamsburg, maybe the best. Perfect balance of fruit and flavor, not overly sweet. For food, I had the alcapurria as an appetizer and then the pernil platter with arroz con guandules. Both were excellent. The pernil was tender and well seasoned, and the portions were generous enough that I left full but still took food home. What really makes the experience here even better is the service. Nora always takes care of us, making sure we feel welcome and looked after. Between the quality of the food, the portions, and the hospitality, this place is definitely worth coming back to.

5 stars to Guarapo, me and my girls go to Pilates nearby (solid core) and this is a wonderful snack spot right after sweating off all our calories. We get all the healthy things on the menu such as salad, salmon and whole wheat tacos. NORA is the best and is the reason why we come to this establishment. She suggests the best things on the menu and we roll with. If your Williamsburg location please stop by you won’t be disappointed. We’ve also celebrated two birthday here with some bubbles on the side ;)

I recently visit el Guarapo and overall 10/10!!! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with so much love! The atmosphere was amazing! The fooooooood was impeccable! I tried the trifongo and trifongo was beyond delicious! We also had a mixture of appetizer and they were so good! The Passion fruit margarita was Sooo good! I definitely recommend this place !

My partner and I decided to try this spot for our anniversary we came by on a Thursday night it wasn’t pack we got seated right away , music was good & when I tried their drinks and food I was blown away !! The service was good , the was food was amazing , the drinks were the perfect amount of alcohol and sweetness, the dessert was soooo good ! . The owner was sweet enough to send us some shots for our anniversary 🫶🏼 which was really nice and sweet … I will definitely be back soon !!

This place is my absolute favorite Latin spot in Williamsburg! The vibes and music are on point, creating the perfect atmosphere. The food is incredible, and I can’t wait to try more from the menu. It truly brings me back to my Puerto Rican roots. Plus, they host fun events like karaoke and have an amazing happy hour. Definitely a must-visit!

Went here for girls' night out. Had a great time. The food was absolutely delicious!! The music and ambiance was perfect. The only thing we didn't like was when the waitress had given us the menu after we were done ordering she practically snatched it from our hands and once the food came she kept coming to ask if we were done. Clearly we had food on our plate and were talking. She did this about 5 times. She was trying to clean our table while we were still eating. That was weird. Aside from that we'd love to come back. The food was just too delicious.

I would've given it 5 Stars because we had a great time with the fabulous DJ spins. Fun! I had arroz con pollo which was very good and had the coconut flan which did not taste the coconut and want as good as I would think. We had an issue with the waitresses way of attending the table. Not friendly at all and tried to charge us $16 for a drink that stayed $14 on the menu. I thought it was an error until she said that drink has 4 liquors,. I explained that it didn't matter if there were 10 liquors in the drink, when your menu states differently that's what you charge. Hope the manager or owner has a talk with her to be friendlier. Also no coffee which is weird being that it's Latin.

On 12/31/2025 at around 3 pm, I went to this restaurant. Only one person was doing everything. The food was okay, not to my expectations. The waitress was not that friendly, and on top of all that, she add to the bill her tip which is fine but she added they had 18 % 20% and 25% for a bill 225.40 which on their bill if you spend 256.00 the tip should be 30.78 and if the bill is 259.69 the tip should 34.20 and if the bill 268.24 the tip should be 42.75 now this is on their bill but my bill was 225.49 so the tip should had 30.78 the waitress took upon her self to charge 20 % instead of 18%

I came here for a small birthday dinner with two of my friends on 03/06/2026 for a 7:30pm reservation and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. After we were seated, our male server (who was absolutely splendid) came over, took our drink and appetizer order, and everything started off great. We had just received our drinks and calamari appetizer and were catching up while we ate. While we were still in the middle of our appetizer, a female server (who was not our server) approached the table and began removing our menus. I politely said, “Sorry, we still need to order our main dishes.” She continued taking the menus and told us she would leave us with ONE menu. Since there were three of us, I explained that we would like to keep our menus so we could look through them and decide what else to order. Despite this, she continued trying to take them, and the interaction went back and forth for a moment. She then visibly became upset and tossed the menu back onto the table. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, which made the entire interaction even more confusing. Regardless, even if they did needed them back for whichever reason there’s always a respectful way to speak to guests, and this unfortunately left a really bad impression as we felt very uncomfortable throughout our whole dinner as she kept on passing by with a clearly upset visible face. It’s unfortunate that what should have been a pleasant birthday dinner was overshadowed by this interaction, and for that reason I won’t be recommending this restaurant.

Stay away from this place ! Misleading Happy Hour advertisement. The sign clearly says Happy Hour is Monday–Friday from 4–7 PM with $7 drinks and $10 food. We were there at 5:57 PM, well within that time, but were charged full price $15.95 for sangrias and $16 for calamari. Only after we received the bill were we told that Happy Hour pricing only applies if you sit at the bar. This was never explained when we were seated, and the sign does not clearly state that drinks are bar-only. We were also told we “didn’t specify” we wanted Happy Hour, which doesn’t make sense if it’s advertised during those hours. There was also a 3% admin fee added. Overall, very disappointing and felt misleading. Transparency would go a long way.
