Had an awesome meal at this French spot! Sat outside, which was perfect. The server was super friendly and on top of things. Started with oysters and escargot, then had the spicy lamb burger and steak. Everything was top-notch. Definitely coming back! One of my favorites in Brooklyn
Wow! This is hands down one of the best brunch spots in Williamsburg. The spicy lamb burger was a welcome change to the average brunch menu. The eggs Benedict and croque Madame were spot on. If you are a fan of French toast and bananas, look no further. It’s my personal favorite so far. If you haven’t been to Juliette for brunch, go ASAP!
I came to this restaurant today. Gf and I really enjoyed the food and drinks. We sit at the bar and the service was amazing as always. We saw so many health department violations from heat to toe but I am not gonna snitch. Lol As Latino I been to this place so many times and never been discriminated until now.
Great restaurant for brunch! I recommend to make reservations because it gets busy. Food was excellent. Loved the crispy duck confit!
We found our new go-to bar & restaurant in the area. Their food and drinks are tasty. Rooftop is cute. The garden is classy. Don’t miss their happy hours on weekdays before 6pm. Is it 4-6? Have to double check on that. But definitely good stuffs for after work. The aperol spritz are must try! They use real and good ingredients. Happy hour food are in good quality too.
Such a cool place! The inside dining room is full of plants and has an awesome atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive too. Came in for happy hour and got their house white wine and tried their seasonal cocktail too which was yummy. Started wit tempura fried shrimp, calamari and green beans with a delicious aioli. Ordered mussels and the seasonal veg plate for entrees. Mussels & the broth were good! Loved my veggie plate too, roasted veggies with a beet/chickpee hummus that complimented it perfectly. For dessert we got the crème brûlée which was a perfect cherry on top to the whole meal. Definitely go in here to eat! Decently priced for a great meal too.
Our party of 5 took a trip to New York City for my birthday. We decided we would choose this restaurant for our brunch the day of arrival. Little did we know it would be as fantastic as it was. The atmosphere is very welcoming and there is great style in the restaurant. The food was absolutely wonderful and their drinks were amazing. We took the recommendations from our waitress Maddie who was not only attentive but very informative. We loved this place and even considered going back BUT with limited time in NYC we knew we should branch out. However next time we are there we will def eat at Juliette in Brooklyn. Thank you Maddie for making our trip so AWESOME!!
So many places to eat on bedford its overwhelming to choose. Ended up in Brooklyn on a sunday morning and decided to try something different. Juliette is an ivy league brunch spot with glass ceilings and greenery hanging everywhere. It is bustling with character and elegance more than your average brunch. I dont get excited with French bistro but the restaurant speaks for itself. They do not have your typical brunch options but their menu gives you great options. Portions are great, prices are fair. The smaller your party the easier it is to get seated. We skipped everyone waiting as a party of two 🤭
Juliette is the restaurant that my husband and I keep coming back to. The food is tasty and looks good. Occasionally they swap a few dishes, so it never gets boring. Whether you are a meat lover, vegetarian, or vegan, you will find something for yourself. The classic burger is done just right and never disappoints. Juliette spritz is simple and sophisticated, and it's my favorite cocktail. You will also love it if you do not like heavy alcohol or over-sweet cocktails. The interior is very relaxing, and in Summer, they have a nice rooftop, perfect for dinner out. Tables seem tight, but they might improve this over the pandemic. It’s a perfect restaurant for brunch with the girls!
Service was lovely. Helpful but unobtrusive. The roast chicken was phenomenal!! I got the green eyed girl cocktail and really liked it. The ambience was really nice and it was decorated so beautifully!
I saw the place while driving looking for a quick place to grab a bite nearby. As soon as you enter the atmosphere feels very welcoming and cozy. I ordered four appetizers, the grill octopus, little gem salad , some oysters and of course cantaloupe never go wrong with a french clásico the escargots. My favorite out of all of them was the grilled octopus with the salad. I ordered the juliette spritz and a glass of pinot noir. For my entree I got the diver scallops and the lamb burger, which the burger was cooked to perfection and the scallops as well. Definitely worth giving out a try. Without knowing I had a amazing experience at Juliettes The staff were very helpful and attentive. Emily D was our server 😀
The atmosphere it's really cozy and has a summer vibe to it. The food was great . We got the order within 10mins. The plating of the food was neat. There crème brulee it's a must try. It's pretty well done but just a little too sweet for my taste. There's a second floor and the first floor has different areas with different decorations. We were hoping to get the sunroof Area. It's a great place for photos. The green leaves vine climbing down with the wooden fan on the ceiling. It's like a mini tropical room.
I go there mostly for happy hour in summer. The terrace is great with plenty of sun, shade and frozen drinks. I have recently stopped by for dinner and the indoor area is lovely. The octopus plate with shishito peppers, baked potatoes and a sun dried tomato’s sauce is on of the best I have had in New York.
What a lovely place, very unique and shiny! Favourite place to have brunch whenever im in NY, third time in a row coming to this spot, it's really breath taking with plants and lots of sun! People and service are easy going, food is on another level as well. Chicken pesto focaccia was great choice, not dry, tasty, and healthy. Burger was moist, rich, fries and chipotle mayo were fantastic, I wasn't sure what to dip in mayo first, burger or fries lol. Will always have time for brunch at Juliette!
Beautiful restaurant and rooftop for Brunch / Dinner. The food is really great and so are the drinks! I definitely recommend for a night out with friends or even a cute date. This place is super quick with your food and are very accommodating. They also follow social distancing rules so I felt comfortable the entire time.
Rooftop atmosphere is top tier, great place to snag a bite before a show. Unique menu, definitely worth a visit, cozy interior great for dates
Had lunch at this cute French spot and loved it! I got the croque madame, and it was so good, super flavorful and cooked just right. The decor was gorgeous, giving the whole place a cozy, stylish vibe. Plus, the staff was super friendly and made the experience even better. Definitely worth checking out!
Delicious food and a beautiful atmosphere!! Loved the plants and natural light in the space , and everyone enjoyed their meal here. I got the Eggs Forestiere and the Dutch pancake off the specials menu. The egg dish was so flavorful and by far my favorite!! It is a small portion though, so I would recommend getting a side of fries or roasted potatoes if only having this as a meal. The Dutch pancake was good as well and a great thing to split with others for dessert - it just needed some syrup or a side of vanilla ice cream because it’s not that sweet. I definitely plan on coming back! I also have a soy allergy and was able to eat here with no problems . The tables are also really close together , but the atmosphere is so nice that it didn’t bother us.
My wife and I hosted our wedding at Juliette. The food was great, the space was beautiful, and the staff created an amazing atmosphere for our guests. They were also very accommodating for the various dietary restrictions we had. We would definitely recommend Juliette for anyone looking for a place to host an event!
I really enjoyed my time at Juliette! Our server was wonderful and very talkative and very attentive to our table. The food was wonderful. We did the fresh oysters as a table which were delicious and for an entree I had the Lamb burger. I highly recommend the lamb burger. It was definitely one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while! Please get it cooked medium though. Atmosphere was lovely and very chic and french.
Fantastic happy hour (food & drinks) at the bar all night! The food was delicious, the bartender was super attentive and it had a very cozy feel and had great holiday decor. Definitely recommend! ————————————————————- Just came back for Saturday brunch and the food and service was just as strong as a Sunday night, plus a really buzzy vibe
A superb experience. Dinner at Juliette's is a moment suspended in time, a guaranteed escape to enjoy a high-quality culinary experience in a stunning setting. We love this restaurant.
Had an amazing experience here. Before arriving it was on a first come first serve seating situation. Good thing we were able to be seated right away coming in the late afternoon on a Saturday. Love the interior decor and the food was also amazing. I loved my entree and drinks! The waiter was very friendly and attentive and gave great recommendations.
The food and drinks were extremely good. I went for a brunch with my friend and we had an overall great experience. I ordered a limoncello spritz and shakshuka while my friend ordered a chai latte with a baguette grilled chicken sandwich. As for the ambience, I would say that it was very pretty and had a casual vibe. The only thing that I wish was a little better was the speed of the service. It was a little slow for my liking. However, this place was very busy. Overall, I really liked Juliette.
Absolutely beautiful vintage and plant filled space! We tried a latte, french toast, and a sandwich but the french toast was the star. The carmelized bananas and fresh cream really elevated the dish. I would come here for breakfast/brunch since the lunch and dinner menu didn’t seem as good.
Gorgeous interior that makes you feel like the main character in a Netflix show. In fact there is a show with a scene shot in the restaurant. Food and drinks are delicious as well!! Went here for a birthday brunch with friends and everyone had a wonderful time. It’s also stunning after sunset, dimly lit with fairy lights making for a perfect cozy date night.
I cant say enough about this restaurant. The food and service was amazing. This is where I asked my wife to get married and she said yes!!! Best food in NY , hands down.
Whimsical Escape with Mixed Culinary Results The Atmosphere Juliette remains one of the most aesthetically pleasing spots in Williamsburg. The indoor "garden" room, filled with lush greenery and vintage artifacts, offers a cozy, whimsical vibe that feels worlds away from the city. If the weather is nice, the rooftop terrace is a must for a more "hip" and relaxed energy. The Food I came specifically for the Spicy Lamb Burger ($25–$26.50), which is served on a toasted English muffin with goat cheese and harissa aioli. While the flavor profile was excellent—the tangy goat cheese and spicy aioli are a great match—the patty itself was a bit dry and could have been more succulent. On the bright side, the accompanying pommes frites (skinny fries) were perfectly seasoned and crispy. Service and Final Thoughts The service was friendly and fast, though it's worth noting the restaurant gets incredibly busy, especially during weekend brunch. While the lamb burger didn't quite hit the "perfect" mark this time, the overall experience and stunning setting make it a solid choice for a date or a group outing. Quick Tips: Reservations: Highly recommended for groups of four or more as the space fills up quickly. Rooftop Access: Rooftop seating is often separate from main dining room reservations and can have its own wait.
This place was awesome. I got the French onion soup and duck confit. My wife got her favorite dish, eggs Benny. Our friend got the blueberry pancake. Everything was perfect. The chai was delicious. The soup was perfect. Everything we tried so delicious. Service was incredible. And the vibe was immaculate. Would highly recommend
Freakin' loved this place. Wife go the french dip & I got the banana french toast. Maybe a top 10 french toast I've ever had. The caramelized banana. The candied walnuts. The smoked bourbon syrup. It all worked so perfectly together. Would 100% order again.
Upon entering this fine brooklyn establishment I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome. The staff were kind and polite! the food came quickly and tasted phenomenal! we ate th salad with grilled chicken, and the Demi Poulet Roti, which was incredibly tasty. I definitely will be returning again. Also Spencer the bartender was quite skilled and made spectacular cocktails!
I have been coming here for years! The atmosphere is what most restaurants around here try for and still do not even compare. Come for the incredible french dip sandwich and stay for the delicious cocktails. I bring all my out of town visitors here and they constantly tell me how much they dream about the food once they’re back home. Do yourself a favor and come on down!!!!
Everything was divine from the French onion soup to the salmon and steak, to the chocolate mouse. ARIEL the bartender was an amazing conversationalist, funny and attentive. The bar is a beautiful romantic, not so dim not so bright place. The music was nice, fit well with the vibe. Definitely coming back. Thanks again for everything!!
I cannot rave enough about Juliette. The brunch is delicious and wholesome - good quantity and excellent quality. We ordered the eggs florentine, turkey club sandwich, croque monsieur, and blueberry dutch baby. The cocktails were tasty as well. What’s truly special about Juliette is the staff and their service. As an NYC resident, I’m used to general nonchalance from servers… but the staff here is so warm and kind. Thank you for a good time!
We got a last minute reservation on a Sunday for brunch! IYKYK, that is almost impossible in Williamsburg on a beautiful fall day. The restaurant is very beautiful. Even though it was extremely busy, the staff was super attentive and the food came relatively quickly. Amazing value for your dollar - huge portions! Food was super tasty. My friend and I split the French dip and pancake - we could not finish. It’s refreshing to get great portions that are delicious and the price point was just right. I would go back for sure! If you can sit in the garden room, do it.
I came here for brunch with my friends, and it was a lovely experience. We made reservations in the morning for five people, and they allowed us to sit, although our fifth Person wasn’t here yet. My favorite part of the restaurant is the hanging plants. They give the vibe of the French countryside. The food was good, and I would come back for brunch again.
This place is super cute, it is kind of like a slightly downmarket version of Majorelle on the upper east side. The decor is very similar, with plants everywhere coming from the ceiling. The temperature inside was very good. Fans inside give a breeze and not too cold. The food was exceptional. I have the spicy lamb burger, with no English muffin and it came with really good fries and sauce for everything. The burger was perfect it was tender but firm and the goat cheese was not raw which is usually the down side of ordering a burger with goat cheese. My boyfriend says he liked the eggs Benedict and it was “fire” and he “wants to stay here”. (Not sure what that means exactly) Unfortunately rooftop isn’t opened. Only on weekends. The drinks are good too we had Bloody Maria with tequila, one with Mexcal and Rose. Our waiter was Diego. He was amazing on point and very friendly. He had at least ten tables and he isn’t breaking a sweat. Overall I definitely recommend it and also go on the weekend so you can go the rooftop.
After the calamity at the moxy,!!! We walked to the julliet, which happened to be the best decision, they truly standed out!! after ordering 2 mezcal bloody Marie's, aka the (Molinas) , fries, were cook to perfection, eggs were lose as a goose, Benedicts, ** . Place give you the Tuscan vibe 😅, but no disrespect. Our waiter mr Elvis ran the floor like a cat walk. Now, the fiance is happy. Life is good. Thank you very much.
This place is beautiful. I love all of the greenery and the artwork. Me and my fiancé sat along the bar when we ate dinner. We fell in love with the restaurant. The rooftop bar is unbeatable as well. The drinks were phenomenal. I got the Juliette spritz which was delicious. For apps we got the french onion soul which was perfection and the heirloom carrots which i cant recommend enough(my favorite dish on the menu). For my main I got the scallops, they were cooked perfectly. We even decided to have our post elopement dinner here! However things didn’t work out on our end, but they were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process.
This was the perfect spot for a Sunday night dinner date. The restaurant’s interior was charming and cozy, perfect for a relaxed yet elegant evening. The standout dish for me was the za’atar salmon with beet coulis—a beautifully balanced, bold, and creative dish that really impressed me. A big shoutout to the exceptional wait staff, especially Lauren, who made the night even more memorable with her attentive and personable service. It was a perfect evening from start to finish! Thanks Juliette!
Went for a girls afternoon out on a Sunday. Servers were friendly and food was on point. The dishes were all flavourful and the desserts just hit the spot. I really really liked the corn mashed side with the chicken. It wasn’t too crowded on a Sunday evening and felt cosy. Would recommend.
Love their happy hour menu - make sure you try their truffle fries (ask for aioli instead of ketchup). It’s incredible 🔥 also the most delicious rose wine, which is only 9$ per glass during happy hours. The bursts from the regular menu is very fresh and delicious. Mussels are my personal favorite, very soft, fresh and the sauce is delicious ❤️
We ate on the rooftop area. The ambience is very nice. I was not able to get pictures of everything I ordered. Every single plate we ordered was delicious. We also had cocktails with our lunch. The waitress was attentive and kind to us. Overall delicious food and a fun place to get drinks with your friends.
quel magnifique endroit pour déguster une cuisine française délicieuse et typique. c est un bijou et il ne faut surtout pas manquer de s y attarder pour se régaler et se reposer. tout était parfait!!

The brunch menu was fine. I wanted the French toast without banana but they couldn't do that. However the meal I got tasted exquisite and I finished everything on it. The space is nice if you get to sit in the green area. But you are seated close to the next patrons. We were late for our reservations but they still had a seat for us.
We tried escargot (no toast served) that had good flavor, trout cooked perfectly and good veggies, salade with fried artichoke hearts, and NY strip that was good but not memorable with fries (really good) and arrugala. Prices were reasonable and I would definitely try it again.
Phenomenal brunch spot. I had the French toast and fried chicken sandwich. Which were both delicious. The only thing that annoyed me is that I had a diet coke and when I asked for a refill they decided to charge $3 per refill. Which I think is a bit petty for a restaurant to charge for fountain soda refills.
Food was excellent, we ordered burger, steak and mussels and octopus appetizer, all tasty and nice presentation! Wish they had more variety of food choices! Also got overcharged with one of side items
Has not been here for 3 years and finally came back for a dinner date with boyfriend. We ordered roasted brussel sprouts, burrata, spicy lamb burger, mussels and frites and cream brûlée. Same good vibes, food is good, staffs are friendly, a petition between tables as covid protocol, and I realized middle eastern flare has added to many dishes like saffron on the roasted brussel sprout, spicy lamb burger sauce, spices on french fries and even to the cream brûlée, we liked everything but cream brûlée(it would be better with traditional way). Wish they bring food in order, it was little difficult to manage all the food on a little table which all came out together. Overall, we really enjoyed the dinner, no food was left behind, and came out with full belly!
a piece of Paris, just one thing was missing. We came here for a lil romantic evening dinner with my wife and the interior is just beautiful, the decoration was well thought out and you felt like you are sitting in a secret garden in paris. the food was really good, the service was kind and very helpful, the only thing if i need to critique was that the atmosphere, the food was lacking was the music choice that night. I would have expect to here some nice calmm paris music in the background than the latest pop songs. The music was very mellow so it didnt interfear with our conversations we had but i belive if the song would have been paris music you would totally see yourself in paris then remembering ok you are still in Williamsburg;-)
found this place after searching brunch in the area and do not regret it at all! the decor and inside was super cozy and aesthetic. i loved the ambiance and vibes of all the plants everywhere! the staff were also super friendly and tended to us in a respectful amount of time. we got the eggs benedict, shakshuka, boursin omelette and some sort of sandwich which i’m now forgetting the name of. everything was delicious but i would highly recommend the boursin omelette and shakshuka. those dishes were definitely the highlight of our meal! the potatoes on the side were also another highlight that i would recommend. i would definitely come back and would love to try their dinner menu!
This place was totally recommended by a worker from Lip Lab which is nearby. We headed here and were quite pleased with the food and service. The burger was tender and juicy !! The fries were lightly salted and seasoned which was perfect. The croque madame was not as perfect as the original in France but it works! Definitely a place to check out if ever in the area.
Great food, excellent atmosphere, good service! Juliette is my favorite breakfast and brunch restaurant. Mostly I went there on Sunday morning i was thinking I should try evening but it will be super crowded. This place somehow has to be famous. I was passing by many times about 6 years ago and didn't have chance to try. From the outside the restaurant looks stunning and inside is also the same. They have regular dining area very cute and small table, garden that I love the most because i can feel the sun light, rooftop it just a bar I went there once in the afternoon and downstair was packed then front desk asked me during waiting time if I want to have some drinks on the roof. Their food are good potion. My favorite is Tuna tartar, crispy duck with green apple and salad, hash browns.
Hubby brought me to Juliette for brunch and I was not disappointed. All the food was great, very nice presentation and delicious flavor. The only thing I will point out is that it seemed they were understaffed, or maybe theyre not use to that kind of volume for a Monday, because it was hard to find the waitress sometimes. She was visibly overwhelmed and running around trying to do everything. Other than that, the food was great.
Sat in the garden. Made a reservation. Great ambiance and atmosphere. Highly recommend for the experience. Very nicely decorated with a green house and all. There's also a rooftop on warmer days. Food wise, nothing exceptional. Nice brunch menu with nothing out of the ordinary. No berrista , so no special coffee drinks, sadly. But the cappuccino was nice. 🦋 both alcohol & non alcohol drinks are available. 🦋 spicy lamb burger was alright , nothing exceptional (definitely had better), but recommend if you've never had Lamb burger. It's my favorite style of burger. 🦋 the waiter I had was very informative, attentive, and courteous. Very laid back service. 🦋place feels very open and live. Very tight between other tables. There's a coat hanger, which is very nice. 🦋Overall, I definitely recommend experiencing at least once.
This Williamsburg spot feels like a still hidden gem. Brunch is no reservation policy, which is a plus if your crew are early birds. Inside there are several different dining rooms, which adds a nice air of seclusion. The garden room is heavenly bright and verdant, even on cloudy days. Rooftop seating and a street shed for al fresco seekers.
Decent food overall, nothing to write home about apart from the burrata dish. The cocktails were too strong and not the most flavorful. We got the G & Tea and Pepeno. Banana french toast was mediocre and we did not even finish it. The burrata and prosciutto dish was a showstopper though, and the eggs forestiere was amazing (I had subbed mine out for poached eggs).
Quite delicious! And super cute! We went on a thursday night and there was plenty of seating. I sipped an old fashioned which complimented my lamb burger. Parmesian Gnocchi with peas and bacon was fantastic. French fries and spicey mayo were perf. Took a while to get my drink. We were seated on the roof top, which was pretty busy, so maybe thats why. The bussers/food runners work their keesters off and they seem to be the ones who REALLY make the service happen. Only thing I would note is that it is categorized on google as a french bistro, which is what I was really looking forward to. Gnocchi and burgers were appetizing, but it seemed there were very few french bistro-style meals offered. Maybe bistro just means the setting? 😕 4 out of 5 stars. Will return.
Lovely restaurant for brunch. You have to get a table in their garden area to feel the true vibe of the restaurant. Lots of decorative elements throughout the restaurant to give that French/European feeling. Brunch menu is pretty comprehensive where you can find all the classics as well as unique dishes. We got the onion soup, watermelon salad, salmon egg Benedict, and Shakshouka, all very delicious. Reason for 4 star is the average hospitality from the staff.
At [Restaurant Name], the culinary experience surpassed all expectations. As an appetizer octopus and steak tartare is a must. The seared scallops was a delightful main dish, perfectly cooked and complemented by a nuanced combination of flavors. The roasted chicken with risotto stole the show – the chicken was succulent, the risotto creamy, and the blend of textures was exquisite. Not to be outdone, the lamb chop main course showcased the chef’s expertise, presenting a tender and flavorful delight. Each dish, from the scallops to the lamb chop, reflected the restaurant’s commitment to crafting a culinary journey that lingers in the memory.
Service definitely leaves something to be desired in both speed and accuracy. You can tell it’s popular because of the food but they are understaffed for the amount of tables per section. Server missed a couple dishes that he had written down, luckily we weren’t charged for them. It’s also rather loud and the sound carries in the restaurant so it’s hard to hear. The food has reasonable portions and tastes good. I don’t know if I would come back for dinner but the experience was enjoyable.
The atmosphere was so cute especially at night with all the plants. They have a super cute sunroom. The food was good but a little expensive. I didn’t get anything to drink but they did have a large drink selection and my friends said they were really tasty and creative. Very cute restaurant, nice place to come with friends. French onion soup was out of this world! I also got the scallops, they were great at first bite but the flavor fatigue hit fast with the amount of salt used.
Luckily found a free street parking spot on Tuesday. And it was just 2 blocks away. Food were okay but not impressive, especially the crème brûlée(average). I would suggest the seared scallop. BOUILLABAISSE was fine but the mussels was bad🤢. Grilled Octopus is above average although it’s not the best one I’ve ever tried. Drinks were fine. Vibe is really good. Calm and chill, the green room is beautiful. Service was pretty good. We were being kinda annoying tho. 😂😂😂 Overall, very nice experience and worth a try. I might go back and try the brunch there. Also, the French onion soup.
The steak was a bit overcooked and not particular well-seasoned with no real crust on the outside. The bacon gnocchi was good, albeit very dairy-heavy. The restaurant was cute but more brightly-lit than I’d imagine a Parisian cafe.
The place is lovely, went on a sunny late morning and the skylight was charming. The staff was super friendly, but u found food a little dry for my taste. However my boyfriend enjoyed it so it might be on me. Had the poached eggs and those were really good. There’s also a rooftop; looked nice but only saw it on the way out. Will try next time
Rating here a 4.6. What a beautiful brunch experience. Love the atmosphere, staff were friendly, and the food was delicious! We took a stroll through Brooklyn and got a little hungry. I stopped by here for a small brunch. Ordered a croque monsieur, sparking water and coffee. Yummy! The croque monsieur was deliciously creamy from the gruyere cheese and bechamel.. simply was outstanding. Coffee was a hit, perfectly rich and just the roast we needed. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Absolutely recommend here for a lovely brunch experience. Thumbs up 👍🏾
Lovely ambiance especially the rooftop bar. Wouldve been nice to have more seating on rooftop but this was a private party. Food very good. Nice location but a $50 taxi ride from Penn.

Nice restaurant in French style. We went there to celebrate the 3th anniversary of our wedding. Not a lot of people on a wednesday so that was positive. The food was great at a reasonable price.
A lovely restaurant for brunch. Great variety of choices on the menu. Very large Croque Messiseur, good BLT. Good veggie selection and great coffee.

This restaurant reminded me of a French bistro. The atmosphere was good, the service very good and the food delicious. We shared the endive salad with blue cheese and toasted walnuts with a delic…
A truly beautiful restaurant but unfortunately the food really disappointed. Started with the carrots which severely lacked flavor, and got the duck - the duck itself was delicious with a crispy, it really carried the meal, but the sides of scalloped potatoes and broccoli were cold and bland and didn’t compliment the duck very well. Would come back for the wine and atmosphere but not the food given price.
I've been here twice and both times the service was atrocious which is a bummer because the food is actually quite good. Stay clear of the grilled octopus as it was overcooked and chewy but go for the chicken because it's juicy and delicious! They tend to change their menu quite often and keep it fresh with seasonal cooking which I love. The ambiance is really nice & the rooftop is great. Just don't expect to see a server to check in or have the bartender look at you more than once in 45 min.
I went on Sunday afternoon, Prob it was a Labor Day weekend, we don't need to wait at all. We ordered salmon egg benedict, the hollandaise sauce is very little, so over all everything is little bit dry because not enough sauce. For the banana French pancake, they didn't soak the toast enough, so the toast inside taste still like dry toast. For the farmer's breakfast everything was not bad. For the food I will say 6/10 But the garden seat was a plus!
Place situated in an easily accessible and peaceful part of Brooklyn. Extremely busy. It's tiny and crowded, so talking with a friend is really difficult, even when sitting at the table for 2 (extremely noisy). Food is really good (went for eggs forestiere) and portions are good. On the day I visited, they had coffee machine broken, so I did not try espresso. As usual in US: once you've eaten, you are expected to be gone.
From the reviews and photos we picked this beautiful place for brunch. Staff- Great and helpful Place- Beautiful ambiance Food- for my taste it could use some TLC, had to send the pineapple juice back, and ordered BLT with an egg with was simple, like something I could make at home. My friends ordered the Dutch pancake and Corn Beef hash. Dutch Pancake- 6.5/10 Corn Beef Hash- 5/10 Overall the staff and ambience makes up for the food evens it out to 3 stars
aesthetic brunch spot with lots of plants and a great skylight for pictures but the food was a hit or miss. would go again for the vibes but not really the food - waited around an hour for a table around 12:30pm on a rainy saturday afternoon - croque monsieur: the first few bites were fantastic but got too rich as I ate more. the sandwich cheese to meat to bread ratio was off, leaning towards the cheese side to the point where I felt like I was just eating melted cheese. also wouldn’t say that the quality of ingredients were that great. the egg on top was good well and perfectly runny and the side of fries were the highlight - dutch baby pancakes: loved this dish and the hint of lemon ricotta was nice, pairing well with the blueberries. however, it seems like it’s inconsistently made since other friends got the exact same dish and it was extremely bland and flour-y
The place has a really nice environment. The hostess was not the nicest but our waitress was really nice. The place is not per friendly (not even the rooftop), so we has to seat outside which was okay. The french onion soup is not good but french fries were surprisingly good. My husband enjoyed the steak and eggs
We went for brunch on Sunday and it was a 30 minute wait. It was a bit difficult to communicate with some of the staff. The decorations and atmosphere were very cute, but it felt a bit cramped. It was difficult for me to even sit on the bench at my table. We ordered the French onion soup, banana stuffed french toast, mushroom omelette, and the hash. The food was solid, but nothing really stood out to me. Overall, it was an okay experience. I think there is a lot of food out there that tastes better, is cheaper, and doesn't have a 30 minute wait.

Drinks were great as were the appetizers avocado toast and French onion soup on point (so was our server and the staff) but the entrees for brunch were not so much. The Juliette farmers breakfast was bland with no real flavor at all whatsoever. The fennel and arugula salad was also not that great and kinda dry. Overall very basic. If you just wanna drink then I'd say sure come here, I mean it's a very cute spot but don't expect much with the food.
Juliette has a very pleasant atmosphere, that feeling of French American bistro, perfect for a hot summer afternoon. Although the food is good (specially the octopus) I wouldn’t say is mind-blowing. The steak was overpriced for not a great cut and not the best preparation. Even the herbs-butter could be improved. The shrimp were overcooked and not well paired with the sauce. The beignet (only dessert in the menu) was disappointing chewy and fried in old oil. We still ate everything because we were hungry, and enjoying the amazing company of our friends, but just thought to share what our impression of the food was. The place is beautiful but the food is bad. The lamb burger was supposed to be the best thing on the menu and it was very disappointing. The corn beef hash was extremely salty. No coffee refills. The servers are nice but rarely stop by the table. Poor service, bad food cute spot.
