I ordered shrimp with lobster sauce, Shrimp fried rice Pork fried rice Ribs with the bone, Wings and egg rolls. Everything was Delicious. Service was fast.

The food is made quick and I can always count on hai sun’s fast delivery! I cannot recommend them enough. One of my favorite options for lunch/dinner in the neighborhood.

What a nice experience. I ordered delivery and expected regular veggies in my rice. They gave me a whole vegetable farm! The woman on the phone was so patient and polite, and the delivery man was the same way. This place serves good food at good prices with good attitudes. I don’t know why you wouldn’t go here for your next lunch.

Just when I thought Flatbush Brooklyn had No good Take Out and then I ordered Chicken Wings with Shrimp and Chicken Rice! Wow I have absolutely No Complaints about this Food! When I saw the red foil bag the Wings was in that Food Storage Bag to keep Hot I haven’t seen in years I knew this food would be Good and it was. This will be the only Chinese Restaurant I ever order from moving forward. I recommend this Restaurant.

Since I've moved to Flatbush 6years ago. This is the only Chinese restaurant that I trust to prepare my food. I usually get brocolli in garlic sauce, with either fried rice or white rice depending on my mood and chicken wings. Chicken wings with french fries or chicken wings with vegetable lo-mein. The food is pretty good, they offer lunch specials which include a drink . And they have a 10 dollars minimum in order to deliver.

I like the service here . It's in the neighborhood, food is great, and I love that inside its a bar top instead of a counter with bullet proof glass. They tend to be busy but service is still quick. I ordered delivery and it came in no time. Exactly like I ordered (I like to switch it up and have it my way). I keep a menu in the house but I don't even need it, everything here is good!

Pretty standard quality with a decent flavour. Nothing fancy just the basics. The picture is of the shrimp lo mein and the general tso's chicken.

I ordered a rasta pasta stuff with shrimp inside of a chicken when I got my order there were two unseasoned shrimp in the chicken that was stuffed with no seasoning very unpleasant and I threw it in the garbage failure

Awful experience. Food wasn’t good at all and made extremely spicy

Deliveryman yelled at me because seamless keeps giving prefered addresses anymore. My special instructions also told him to wait for me downstairs and he intruded. Wrong building or not, you werent welcome inside.. not even hungery anymore.

Ok so bad enough they got the order wrong right (grub hub) so I call grub hun tell them I got the wrong order and they have the nerve to call me asking what happen like grub hun could not do that :-( then when I said that I got the wrong order what do they do say something in Chinese and I'm like that's it and the girl in the other side is like yeah "more Chinese" and that's it. No I'm sorry or could I fix it or hey next time... just yeah ok. Not ordering from here again and no it's not about the 60 dollars I spent (yes it is) but dame like you could have said sorry...

I’ve been coming to this spot for years,and after today I’ll never waste another dollar here ever again .The new staff will overcharge/overprice you for everything so just pay attention at your own risk . The Customer service is also terrible . And the food isn’t good anymore .

They got my order wrong over the phone and I had to argue with them when I went to pick up the order. A second time I ordered scallops and there were only five or six pieces in the order.

The food was horrible! The vegetable fried rice was very very greasy! Couldn’t eat it! Wouldn’t order from there again!

Beyond bland. Tasteless, soggy dumplings; scallion "pancakes" too crisp to be anything but scallion chips; flavorless fried rice (and something off about its texture). This was my first and last time ordering from Hai Sun. The food arrived quickly, but you would need to be starving to death for it to be palatable.

Worst customer service ever !! From the person taking the order to the delivery man just plain RUDE. No regard for customer care or satisfaction. Never again!! I will not be working hard for my money just to be disrespected as a customer I’ll pass.

Wednesday I ordered chicken wings, cheese fries with extra cheese and vegetable lo mein. The vegetable Lo mein had metal pieces in it, from what I presume is the wire brush they use to clean. My friend nearly choked on a piece. The cheese fries had two unmelted Kraft single slices and 85% of the fries were dry and cold which I was charged $8.25 for. Everything had to be thrown out just in fear of more metal being in the rest of the meal. Also, I was about 5 blocks away from the store and waited over an hour for the food to arrive. When I called to tell them about the metal in my food the man I spoke to was very rude and said my next lo mein would be free, if I wanted. I won’t be eating from here ever again. I’ve ordered from this place for over ten years…. It was a childhood staple for Chinese food in the neighborhood but the quality has steeply declined in the last four years while the prices have gone up excessively. I will not give them my money ever again. If I could give less than one star I would.

Just bought Mai Fun, and it tastes GROSS!! The noodles, vegetables, and shrimp were all MUSHY and tasteless. Disgusting. Don't know what happened to Hai sun, but they should go back to the good old days when their food was top notch

One week you pay one price for something then the next week you pay a totally inflated price for the exact same thing. On top of that, when you question them about their pricing, they yell at you and hang up on you. I repeatedly asked to speak to a manager to no avail. Not sure if there has been a change in staff, but the staff I'm used to dealing with were respectful. Absolutely ridiculous.
