86th Street finally has its HEYTEA! The focus was on their matcha drinks, and both the Matcha Zen and Matcha Jasmine were standout choices. The Matcha Zen offered a deep, authentic matcha flavor that was both rich and perfectly balanced, while the Matcha Jasmine had a delicate floral note that made it incredibly refreshing. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic about their offerings, adding to the overall positive experience. For any matcha/boba lover looking for beautifully crafted beverages, HEYTEA on 86th Street is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

Hey Tea, I wanted to share my thoughts on the BLACKPINK Lisa blue Matcha drink, available with oat milk. I don't think the drink is that great, but the experience was enjoyable. When I first visited the store, I was impressed by the setup; everything is automated, and the teamwork is well-organized. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a lovely fragrance. After my visit, I remember saying, "Next time, I will come again." However, I did end up waiting for an hour for my drink.

I got the coconut mango boom. It was ok. I feel it was kinda overhyped. I seen a video on TikTok. It had a very subtle taste and I wouldn’t buy it again. It was a small cup for a little over $7 which I don’t think was worth it. But I am still willing to try out the other drinks. I seen someone with a matcha and it looked good. I went and it was empty so I didn’t wait that long for my drink

Good tea but, wait time is too long.We came at 4:50 and waited inside and had to wait until 5:40. And it wasn't even busy.

New HEYTEA in Bensonhurst! Was a little disappointed that they no longer have the Matcha Boba Shake. Got the Matcha Latte w/ Cloud instead. The drink itself was fine & I enjoyed the cheese cloud. But you can honestly find better matcha lattes elsewhere for the $$.

Be ready to wait 25-30 minutes for one beverage if you order in person on a busy day like Saturday. I placed my order through Fantuan and it took approximately 25 minutes to receive my drink. The place is small with no seating. Other than that I enjoyed my drink.

Too watery or too sweet for most items we have tried here. And the boys and girls working there are very chatty leading to long wait times when clearly there aren't many customers waiting or picking up mobile orders. Not sure my family will come back after failed matcha iterations that always come up short in flavor and quality. Perhaps the corporate or the franchise owner could look into the matter to improve service quality here.

Services are very slow and sloppy. Drinks are made with liquid concentrates for majority items on the menu. After ordering and seeing what went on in the store, I regret my decision to placed the order. Unhealthy high priced syrups. Mental note to self, don’t go.

I’ve been coming here for over a year. Their products are top quality however the workers are very slow. The average waiting time each day for your order is half hour or more so be prepared. It’s steaming hot in there I am not sure why but that can be dangerous to waiting customers and the staff.it is extremely small inside. Many times I would place an order online still waiting beyond the expected time. I placed an order today and they made someone else’s order before mind totally forgot about mine and expected me to wait. That is just unfair. They are very unorganized staff. I come here everyday and it’s just unfair. They need more workers or faster works who organize orders.

Visited Heytea tonight and left with a sour opinion of this location. I’ve visited several heytea’s and have never had an issue but the staff here is highly unprofessional. I had a misunderstanding with the employee taking my drink order when asking about sweetness levels. I requested 50% and apparently they only offer 30 or 70, no in between. Instead of explaining this to me properly she input the minimal sweetness. When I received my drink and saw this I tried asking if it was possible to add any sweetness and instead of talking to me and trying to help she turned around and ignored me and began speaking in another language with a coworker. I tried speaking to a different coworker for help, when the other two girls suddenly jumped in and spoke to them in the other language which gave me the impression they were talking about me. The coworker said he couldn’t help me and they all proceeded to ignore me. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL behavior, and I will never visit a heytea again.

Drinks were good, but half the drink list provided was out of stock. Not much atmosphere, just order, wait and go-no seats. Service was also poor-pushed the grand opening flyer into my hand, without elaboration. Said grand opening deal was buy one get one - but put in very, very small print that it was one per customer. I had assumed if I bought 2 drinks I'd get 2 more free, and so on. Bought 6 drinks in total for my family, expecting to pay the price for 3 drinks. What was $20 became $50
