I have no idea why there are so many negative reviews here. I’ve been coming to this Burger King for 2 months now, and here’s what I’ve noticed: It’s spotless. The place is clean, the staff all wear gloves, even the ones taking orders. Not a single crumb on the floor. The staff is friendly, polite, and fast. They’re flying around the kitchen like they’re on jet engines. Are you guys okay?? 😅 I got my burger in 3 minutes! Honestly, calm down,you’re doing amazing. I feel bad that people leave so much negativity. You don’t deserve that. You’re one of the best Burger Kings in all of Brooklyn. My burger was packed tightly and neatly, nothing falling out, looked great. Seriously, thank you for what you do. I really appreciate your hard work and great service. 🙏👑

The best burger king i have I have ever been to staff was amazing, friendly, and funny. this originally used to Lincon sabin bank originally opened in the 1932 I came just see this beautiful building but I was blown away by the food. Honestly, it's the best burger king ever. To the people who are lazy and angry by long lines during lunch rush, you need to learn how to cook at home and stop being rude to these beautiful, amazing people who work here. Being a vegan with very little options for cooking (read; a microwave), fast food can become a fact of life. Now, I’ve probably ordered over 250 Impossible Whoppers since it was introduced to the menu (easily, and this is not an exaggeration), and I’ve purchased from locations all over the country, and at every time of the day. This has quickly become my favorite BK. My order is not only always correct (no mayo, no ketchup, extra BBQ sauce), they are put together perfectly. Every time. The staff at this location are also always incredible, and on point (thinking specifically of a gentleman in the morning, and a gal in the afternoon). Quick (precise) service with a smile, even with a line. There are two other locations within a mile or so radius, though given the option, I’ll take this one every time, even if I have to walk a little further.

Excellent customer service the cashiers are always helpful and eager to assist. Food was outstanding too. Many deals to choose from within very reasonable price. I highly recommend it.

I think her name is Asia or it could Ashley at the Church and Nostrand Avenue location is awesome! Customer service is beyond great 👍 People like this DESERVES the best tip. I think her name is Asia though. Shout out to you girl!

Staff is very professional and friendly. Despite of the mentality of some of the customers that was before me. When my turn came to order I was greeted with a smile and courtesy. And handed my order also with a smile and was told to have a pleasant day and enjoy my food despite that she got cursed out by someone before me. I have the upmost respect to these two employees

They seem understaffed sometimes and there could be more tables but i’ve never had an issue here and the food is as good as any other burger king I’ve had

This is such a nice looking Burger King the cashier was very friendly and my food was very hot and it’s clean inside. Update: There’s nothing wrong with this burger king it’s just the people who come in. They’re often loud, disruptive or they take up seats when they aren’t even bk customers. This place used to be so peaceful and quiet and it’s gotten so bad to the point that they needed to put glass around the whole counter.

I could give five stars but took two away for wait time and staff sometimes forgetting to add something that I ordered, especially when I ordered to go and I'd get home to realize not everything was in the bag. I also took away stars because the slushy machine is never ready, always an excuse. But the food I've gotten has always been fresh and hot.
