Breakfast and Lunch very good!!

Stop eating meat a full year ago, but this was...my... spot. Grew up eating at Cuchifritos (an uptown Latin franchise that dismantled with only a few spots still exist), this is closes to that experience here in Brooklyn. Chicken noodle soup is A1 👍

Been coming here since I was a kid. I love this place but I still wish it was bigger. If there was more room I would sit in here more and eat.

I personally enjoy the taste of everything I've eaten from this establishment, the half & half's especially refreshing in the summer.

My favorite place to get food in Crown Heights. Perfect flan. I haven’t had anything off their grill because I go for the steaming buffet that’s by the window. You can see the steam rising off the meats from the sidewalk, and smell it too. Right away you know it’s gonna be good. I’ve had the ribs, roast pork, and beef stew, but my favorite is the baked chicken. Try it over the mangu. Nice staff. Good price. :)

Quick home style food, you can taste the love in it! Was most impressed by the roasted chicken, fall off the bone with good flavor. Treated myself to the shrimp mofongo, came with good amount of shrimp and was very moist and fresh the way it's supposed to be. Definitely a neighborhood staple. Open Monday-Saturdays! Seems they accept card too. Great value, friendly service. Most of them seem to speak English, was able to make it with my Spanglish ;)

This place seems like a meat eaters paradise, but for the vegetarians out there: It’s not really on the official menu, but they will make you a plate of Delicious rice and beans and plantains for a very good price.

8 dollars for roast pork, yellow rice and beans is p4p the best deal in the whole neighborhood and tastes like Christmas at abuela's.

They have some really delicious food. I have been eating there for over 15 years now.

They also do party meals when requested. They also have delicious soup and they also serve pork chops, pork ribs, baked ziti and so much more.

We noticed this restaurant while coming from a doctor's appointment. It is very small with maybe 3 to 4 tables. It seems to work for the neighborhood because there were some customers in and out. The men up front were not so welcoming. The Senorita who took our order was welcoming and seem to know what she was doing. The empanadas were good. The chicken and rice w/black beans was decent. The rice needed a little moisture. All and all, not bad.

Workers in the kitchen are handling food without wearing a 😷mask. This is unacceptable for the community and should not be tolerated.
