Excellent coffee! Got a small coffee with oat milk and I love it! The service is exceptional as well!
I ordered a Hot coffee and an Apple Cinnamon crepe, my friend got the Peanut butter and Jelly crepe. Both were amazing and coffee was good and strong. Just what I needed to start a day of heavy lifting. Charming little place with great employees. I enjoyed myself immensely.
Great little breakfast spot for something different. Crepes are fresh and tasty and coffee is really strong. Staff was friendly and helpful. Really cute atmosphere with light instrumental music playing. We'll be back!
This is the best place in Brooklyn for a coffee, crepe, croissant, juice, savory foods and more, in addition to and excellent service from a really cool and very friendly team, who really make my day every time I see them! They always have great chill music playing, and the place is comfortable for working too. They have a wireless printer, and they are spotlessly clean. I love the the positive and happy vibes here!!!
Just found this place by accident while waiting for another appointment nearby. Nice seating. Excellent service. Delicious food. I had a chai latte smoothie with a spinach and mozzarella crepe. I'll be back again!
Could eat breakfast here every day. Staff seems very proud of their work. Satisfying crepes, great hot sauce. Good mocha smoothie. All these people complaining about the laptop policy and the bathroom key are being such children. It's a place to get good food, not a library and not your apartment. I hope they have a busy summer!
Yassa crepe was awesome, good coffee, friendly staff.
I love this place. The smells. The people, all great vibes and culture
We stopped in for a quick breakfast before leaving town. The almond croissant was crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. It was properly sweet without being overwhelming. My wife got an apple turnover and realty enjoyed it. I also picked up a latte and a ham and swiss crepe. Both were above average. The seats could be more comfortable but if you'll be in and out, it shouldn't matter much. The service was great and the atmosphere was pleasant
Very cozy and love the people who work here. Espresso top notch, and the food is made with love. I enjoy their sandwiches on fresh baguettes. I NEED to try the crepes still, can’t wait. Neighborhood cafe perfect for breakfast, coffee, brunch, or lunch. Prices are reasonable for the quality! Thankful for this spot.
Delicious! We ordered 3 crepes, 2 of them gluten free: Turkey n cheese, goat cheese and mushroom, smoked salmon. They were all so good. The spicy sauce was perfect. We also got hot chocolate and they weren’t too hot when we got them and tasted rich. Cute store w extremely nice workers! They were kind to us even though we got there 5 min before they opened.
the savory crepes are amazing here...you might think sweet crepes cant be beat...but who knew Swiss cheese on a crepe was so good
They’re so nice here, the coffee is great & so is the food!! My favorite is the pb&j smoothie 💕
Wonderful Crepes, Coffee, Pastries and atmosphere. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to stop by. The owners and staff are very kind too
I've been here on numerous occasions, great coffee and service. As well as the crepes... My favorite is the Nutella crepe. It's so delicious I could eat it every morning 😋. Love this small business, definitely one of my favorite places!
We went to this place as we were looking for a good breakfast in the neighbourhood not to far off the hotel because it was pouring rain and parts of Brooklyn were severly flooded. Once we arrived we realised that this poor place had a leaking roof and despite this the owners were nice enough to invite us inside. They made everything in their ability to make our stay comfortable. But on top of the great service - the crepes were really delicious - sweet and savory. Their coffees, teas, croissants and also cold drinks were really good and the choice was aplenty. Would definitely recommend to stop by.
I have been at this spot twice for business the cafe and the experience is lovely. I highly recommend.
This is a nice local coffee shop. The coffee here is amazing! I'm very picky with my coffee since I drink it black. I've never really been a fan of Starbucks coffee (for comparison). They also specialize in crepes, and freshly made fruit juices. My favorite is the pineapple ginger.
Always welcoming! Thank you for opening my morning with your coffee and smoothie:) Neighborhood gem
Delicious Crepes, Good service, nice vibes. Love the Senegalese music. Cozy spot. Definitely a favorite. The fruit tart was also very good. They have African ginger juice, which is a favorite of mine. I had the vegetarian crepe and it was very delicious.
This is my favorite local cafe! They have 3 locations and I frequent all 3. The owner is the nicest person you will ever meet. All the staff is great and their pastries are shipped frozen from France then baked on premises. They are amazing! The crepes are delicious as well!
A cozy place where the workers are pleasant people. I never ate at a place like this before, so I wasn't comfortable with ordering, even hesitant. One of the workers cheerfully encouraged me to try something new, and I did--an egg and cheese crepe.. WOW! I am so glad I did, and the coffee was great too! When I'm in the neighborhood, I'm definitely going back!
The crepes were fresh and delicious as always, the staff extremely courteous and respectful. I have never had a bad experience be it with the food or service. The raisin croissant (I warmed for breakfast the next day) is authentically tasty!
Love this place for getting some work done, reading, and a good cup of tea.
This was the best gluten free crepe of my life. The texture was incredibly soft and perfect. Even better than most regular crepes. The hot sauce was the perfect condiment 1000/10 for food and vibes the staff was so nice and they were playing kokoroko
Le Paris Dakar is a very relaxed venue which delivers good food, excellent pastries and stunning coffee. The Senegalese vibe is great.
The loveliest coffee shop in Bed Stuy. I stop by everyday instead of making coffee at home because the coffee is delicious (especially the iced coffee) and the owners and staff are friendly, kind, and always have time to say hello and ask how your day is. They obviously have lots of regulars who feel similarly to me and having a coffee, crepe, smoothie or pastry is a highlight of the day. They also serve beer and wine, and make a delicious spritz made with their Bissap (hibiscus) juice. I like to sit out on the little patio and read with my coffee in the shade when I have the time. The crêpes are authentic and made to order, savory or sweet. Highly highly recommend.
This is one place in NY where me and my brother always come back to. Mona, the owner is adorable and the food is always fantastic. Can’t wait to come back next time where in town.
The salmon crêpe with salmon was delicious. The place has a great atmosphere and very nice interior plus outdoor seating.
This Place is Truly Amazing. Incredible People, Always Looking Out, and The Food! Forget about it. Straight Fire. We Dream about those Crepes. The Bissap. Definitely come Support.
I love this place, ever since they opened. I come to get coffee and a croissant pretty often. But their crepes are phenomenal.
Our go to place in BedStuy . Great vibes, friendly staff, indoor and outdoor seating and a big variety (all delicious!) of crepes. Moving soon and will miss this place SO much.
Their food is amazing and they never make mistakes. You should always come here. It’s really really really really really really really really good. - Remy (8 years old)
Great food. Great coffee. Super friendly. Nice place to sit.
Very welcoming very good vibes service was top tier. I’m a coffee person and this place has just what I need including some pastries that are so good some good healthy sandwiches that taste amazing and not pricey at all I rather go here then Starbucks definitely recommend and did I mention it’s very clean
Ive been coming here for the past 8 years for my morning coffee and I wouldn’t want to have it any other way! Muna, Thierry and the their staff are the most hospitable crew in the neighborhood.
Staff was friendly! Great vibe and great food. Looks like a few people come to sit at tables and do some work also. Spent some time sitting and reading. Has a clean restroom😅 I fixed the toilet chain while I was in there cause ocd 🤷🏽♂️ Visiting from Bmore.
love this place. amazing crepes, pastries, drinks, and the best vibes
Le Paris Dakar is my favorite local spot in Bed-Stuy for breakfast and coffee. There is a variety of sweet and savory crepes, as well as croissants, pastries, and small breakfast and lunch meals. The crepes are out of this world! My personal favorite is #19: nutella, banana, strawberry, and whipped cream (as seen in the photo). The staff is friendly and accommodating. The space itself is cozy and inviting. I highly recommend it!
Amazing food, I had a sweet and savory crepe and loved both, I’d recommend getting one of each, best of both worlds
My boyfriend took me here for a late lunch as I have never had a crepe before. The menu has a huge variety of both sweet and savory crepes but also offers salads, sandwiches and things like avocado toast and croissants. I wanted something with protein but was eyeing up the diff selection with Nutella, bananas, whipped cream, strawberry cheesecake and caramel. I ordered the crepe with lox, spinach and Swiss cheese, and my bf had one with ham, both so incredibly melt in your mouth delicious. I would absolutely recommend and will be back to try more.
Absolutely charming place. Great location. The best crepes and coffee ever . The place is pristine. Service outstanding and so friendly . Would very recommend it
Those issues one of my favorite spots. Every person who works here is just really pleasant and helpful. I've never had a bad experience. The mood of this cafe is very go with the flow. It's got great energy. On top of that everything is very tasty. They make delicious crepes and fresh salads. I try to find a reason to stop in as much as possible. Once you visit, you'll see why.
I adore this cafe! My friend and I met up for the first time since quarantining and we both wanted to patronize a Black-owned cafe. We found Le Paris Dakar in Bed-Stuy! It was a comfortable bike ride for both of us from Bushwick. The coloring in green is fantastic and the menu is riveting. We both got coffee (my friend's hot, mine iced) as well as croissants. We enjoyed a stroll to a park close-by and sat and ate our spoils. A memorable moment in a dark time. So grateful for cafes like this opening themselves up with care for their customers and their employees.
They have the best coffee in the neighborhood! The crepes are delicious and they recently expanded their menu. Mouna and her husband are the sweetest and kindest proprietors. You must go!
I've been coming here since 2012. Paris Dakar exudes the warmth of home. It's my favorite spot in BedStuy. I love their coffee and they make some delicious, hearty crêpes. My favorite is the salmon with spinach and capers. Mouna and the crew are welcoming and kind. Come here to start your day, work, and/or hang with friends! They're open late!
Incredibly good coffee and super friendly baristas, was glad to stop in and will be back for crepes
Great small cafe in Bed-stuy everything made to order and in house im in love with their hot chocolate and the their crepes. Atmosphere is great to just sit down and decompress also some people are able to have meetings here both in person and through zoom not to loud but still lively almost like if I was home.
Paris Dakar has the most incredible food and drinks! My favorite is the PB&J smoothie but all the coffee drinks and crepes are sooo yummy. Their sandwiches on baguettes rock too! And the staff are so warm and welcoming. You can sit for hours chatting with them and other customers. This is The Spot in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Go and enjoy!
Best cafe in brooklyn! Truly embodies the spirit of West Africa and feeling of being Parisienne! Food is amazing, service is friendly and warm. love it here
A lovely small family owned business that has a range of delicious coffee bevs and I’m obsessed with the crepes. Oh and their pineapple and ginger iced drink is a must if you’re feeling unwell or just want to cool down. 🫶🫶🫶
The food here guarantees my return in the future. Their dishes offer fullness and financial sense. The surroundings support inner calm. The people at Le Paris Dakar are remarkably friendly and willing to provide any assistance. The employees maintain impressive standards.
My family and I have been frequenting this small family business since the first day they opened. They have been nothing but amazing ever since. The food is excellent (The Nutella crepe is our favorite), coffee is great, and the atmosphere is inviting. They are definitely a great addition to the bedside community and we're lucky to have them!
This is my favorite coffee shop in Bed-Stuy , of the last five years. The atmosphere is warm, family run, Persian establishment. The crepes- Bria, prosciutto, apple, honey! Out of this world. You can always leave this spot with a fully belly, caffeine and great conversation.
I absolutely love this coffee shop! Not only do they serve delicious coffee, but their food is also amazing. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a tasty meal or snack. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great coffee shop in Bedstuy.
My mom is very picky about food. She loved this cafe ! The smoked salmon crepe and the mushroom crepe were so delicious! And the apple turnover melts in your mouth. This cozy cafe took our tastebuds to Paris! Great service & food! Thank you
Best Crepe in NYC hands up and down. A wide variety and every single one is Paris authentic and delicious. My mouth waters just thinking about it. Also the staff is SO welcoming and the music/atmosphere is 10 out of 10. I'm more of a savory crepe girl, so DEFINITELY try #31 salmon crepe. The crepe of my dreams. Such a hidden gem here in Brooklyn
Associate Bamba has great hospitality skills. I was a first timer and ordered an ice coffee but I didn’t favor the coffee he was very nice and helped me look through the menu to find a drink that satisfied me. Even offered me two samples! Appreciated the Patience. I went with the Peach Drink 10/10. The signature drink Bissap as a Haitian I would suggest u order that drink if ur sick or have a fever due to its ingredients!
Cute little cafe. Perfect to get tied up and lost into a good book. Quite and very warming. Great coffee, and much better than Starbucks coffee. And the crepes are delicious. I got a Turkey and Swiss cheese one for $10. Drink and food should run you $15-$20 per person. Great to bring friends and have a chat. Lovely place and I’ll be back.
My only regret is not visiting this delicious cafe sooner! We ordered a sweet and savory crepe. Both were on point 🤤. Watching the gentleman make the crepes to order was so lovely I felt like I was transported to Senegal. The staff were so friendly and helpful and everything was clean and tidy. Delicious coffee and a very comfortable place to work from. They will definitely be seeing more of me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Love the atmosphere, coffee, and the ice cold bissap, but the food is just not my style. I found that the crepe I ordered on my first visit was watery and had too much pepper. Sort of flavorless. The dessert chocolate crepe I had the second visit was good for the first few bites but ended up being too rich and sweet to finish. The dry pastry I ordered on the third visit took me two hours to half-finish because I just wasn't inspired to take more bites. Still going to keep trying because it's one of my favorite cafes in the area and really convenient!
The place is laptop friendly so on occasion I come by and do some work. Love the crepes selection, from sweet to savory there's something for everyone. I also tried the ham and butter sandwich, personally I love it, the baguette is delicious. The coffee could definitely need some improvement though.
Staff and kitchen a little disorganized but nice. They offer quiche, crepes, breakfast sandwiches and pasties. They have great coffee, tea and juice selections as well. I got a gluten free crepe and it was absolutely delicious! They also offer vegetarian options and almond milk as a dairy substitute.
I remember when this place opened up by my elementary school! Great crepes and service. Love the outdoor seating. Good place to go if you wanna treat yourself, a bit pricey but that’s to be expected
Nice little neighborhood spot, friendly folks and inexpensive light foods, crepes, and pastries. It’s one of my local go-tos.
This spot is nice and small but very chill and laid back. Initially I went there for using the Print me they have there and one day I sat and enjoyed some food and loved the Crepes! Had the mushroom and tomatoes one and I enjoyed the taste! it was a little on the dry side but they have different sauces and recommend asking for them! The service was great neighborhood spot and the teas and coffees are great too!
The service was great, breakfast with scrambled eggs, tomatoes, toast, orange juice, Great affordable breakfast spot. breakfast that comes with croissant,
The food is decent and I like that they have honey and agave for your coffee instead of white sugar. However, the customer service is bad. One of their employees clearly hates her job and has zero customer service. Just because of this I will not be returning. Like there are so many places you can go now a days for good coffee; why would you choose a place where their service is filled with attitude.
Very mediocre crepes and the male staff is extremely rude. Zero customer service! I live in the neighborhood and will not be back. It's a shame to operate a business in such a way. My coffee was piping hot. I asked for an extra cup since I could barely hold it and the young man said that the cups are expensive and he could only pour half the coffee out, replacing it with cold water. So ridiculous that you would rather let a customer burn themselves just to save 10 cents on a plastic cup.
Worst $11 I spent in recent memory. Don't understand how this place is so highly rated. Crepe was tasteless and coffee was not hot enough and very weak. Nothing Paris about the interior/music/decor, etc, either. And they have a NO LAPTOP policy. If you're not going to let customers be on their laptops because you want tables for customers who are dining in then at least serve food and coffee that's delicious. What a disappointment.
I can’t believe this place is so high rated. The staff is the most unfriendly in the whole neighborhood. You order something and they look at you like you should be begging for your life. Bathroom is locked and the key is tied to a huge and heavy bike chain which is weird? They didn’t warn me that the chai had dairy in it. They wanted me to not use the laptop even though I needed it to use their own printing service and didn’t stop staring while I used it. I get it, it’s a no laptop policy, but there wasn’t even anyone else in the café. No wonder why. Never coming back.
The owners are super disrespectful. I told him I didn't like how a smoothie was made and he took it back and said they aren't making it for me again. After three months, I gave them another try.. I spoke to the female owner about her husband's disrespectful behavior and she said she seen my review and she doesn't know why I came back. Their smoothies are ok, I'll find a better place to spend my money. Would NOT recommend. They do not care about their customers.
The vibes were off. Staff kept looking at me. Too deeply concerned with lap top use (mine was closed after they mentioned no use) instead of customer comfort for the 3 of us in there. Latte was delicious.
I really wanted to support this business since it’s local to me, but I was appalled to find that they used the same knife to cut up raw chicken as they did a newly peeled banana. I went in to order a crepe and saw a bunch of cut up, raw chicken and a knife sitting idle on a cutting board. While the cashier was preparing my crepe (with bananas), I noticed him pick up and use the same knife that was sitting on the cutting board with the raw chicken on top to cut up my newly peeled banana. Certainly that is a health code violation and no one wants to get food poisoning because of a $10 crepe.
Highly Aggressive Female Owner!!! I do not normally leave negative reviews, especially for small businesses, but I felt that future patrons of this establishment should be forewarned at how the female owner treats her regular customers. I go into the bakery, smiling and greeting the employee, giving her my usual order. Within a couple of minutes of being in the shop, I'm assailed by the female owner who accuses me a leaving her business a negative review. Then, it threatens me to never return to her establishment if I do not immediately delete the review. As I'm writing this, I'm still in great shock. I go to both locations several times a week, chatting with both the owner and employees, even once complimenting the owner on how polite her son was. What's mind-boggling is that the owner never stopped to ask herself if perhaps my Yelp account had been compromised. What sense would it make for me to leave a negative review, knowing that the owner will come across it and continue to go to the bakery on a regular basis. It's a real shame to run a business in such a fashion. I will happily go elsewhere. You didn't just lose one customer.
The crepes were undercooked. When I ordered the salmon, it wound up really being lox and it was not what I expected on a crepe! The menu didnt say smoked salmon. My stall had trash on the floor and I didn't enjoy being served on paper plates with plastic utensils. But the employees were very nice and attentive.
