Great experience overall! Teya, Jus, and Zaylen were super friendly and attentive. They made the place feel very welcoming. Tried the crunchy spicy chicken rice bowl and it was amazing. Definitely coming back. 😊
It's just really good. The Brisket is easily top ten I've had in my life. I almost want to do a comparison with some friends. It was really tender as was the turkey. I brought a 3&5 year old and they tried some brisket and turkey too along with the tenders and next time we might skip the tenders (tho they are perfectly executed too. Wings were good, sauce was great.
I’m a musician and Mighty Quinn’s is my go to for bbq when I’m playing in the area. I’ve brought fellow musicians there (including one from India, one from deep in North Carolina) bbq country and everyone loves it! it’s always deeply appreciated. Super sweet people (service) too! Thea rocks, and Zaylen did some nice brisket slicing tonight.
I’m a first time Mighty Quinn taster & a veteran. I forwent my free food on Veterans Day because I was on the phone with my sister who went to your manhattan location & was raving about it so I was curious Lol The manager Thea is so personable & helpful, she took her time to explain everything to me. Zaylen was nice enough to offer me a sample of the choptle chicken & inform me of everything that was available. I would give this food & store a 10/10, will recommend bookie💛
This is my first time at this location and I have to say WAY better than the other locations. Now all the food is the same great quality but this store distinctivly has the best customer service ever. Thea, the manager is so kind and knowledgeable. Everything she recommended sounded very delicious. Very detailed with her descriptions. And the crew Snyder and Zaylen were so respectful and helpful. Perfect brisket cuts btw!!!! Definitely coming back here
I have been to the other really popular BBQ restaurants here in Brooklyn. For my taste, I like Mighty Quinn the most. Perfectly seasoned, didn’t need any sauce. Service was awesome as well. My only recommendation is the side cold slaw and pickled veggies didn’t need to individually pack. Just put it on the BBQ plate would been fine. Also my server Dellon was super friendly. A cool down to earth guy.
I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Thea! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the moment I arrived, she was patient, professional, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to encounter someone who makes you feel so valued as a customer. Thea’s positive attitude, attentiveness, and excellent service truly made my experience memorable. I can’t recommend the Gowanus location enough! I will definitely be retuning.
Found this spot on Google, liked the menu, so we decided to try it out. I'm glad we did! The service was great and the food was even better! They also have dinner specials from 6-8 (2 meats, coleslaw, and 1 side) for less than $15. It was definitely worth it. My son ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with the sauce on the side. He said it was really good too. My husband had the brisket. He said it was juicy. Overall, everything was really good and we'll eat here again when back in Brooklyn.
I am a popular social media influencer, and received a story time promotion from Mighty Quinns, and immediately came to this brooklyn location with my friend. The energy as soon as you get in is MAGICAL. The manager Thea was SO KIND and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE on the food. I trusted her so much I let her pick my order and LORD she did not disappoint. this establishment really knows how to choose their management team. shout out mighty quinn’s, but a huge shout out to THEA!!!!
Came here on a Sunday evening around 8 and it wasn't busy. I liked the food overall. The corn bread was a bit on the dry side but wasn't bad. The brisket was juicy, the BBQ chicken got a spicy kick. Loved the brussel sprouts. The pickled cucumber was crispy and not salty at all. Fries was amazing, crispy but also soft on the inside.
Instacart, and the delivery was quick and smooth—everything arrived neatly packaged with no spills. I got the brisket, turkey, and chipotle honey chicken. The brisket? Melt-in-your-mouth perfection—tender, well-seasoned, and delicious. It was warm when it arrived, and I imagine it would’ve been piping hot if I had dined in. The chipotle honey chicken had a nice kick—spicy enough to tingle your lips, but balanced by the sweetness of the honey. Super tender, not chewy or tough at all. The turkey? Moist, juicy, and not a single dry bite. Everything was flavorful and well-seasoned. The sides were solid. The coleslaw was good but a bit watery, and the barbecue sauce was tasty but thinner than I prefer—I like mine a little thicker. Now, the mac and cheese fritters? A must-try. 6 of them ,Crispy, cornbread-like coating, with gooey, creamy mac and cheese inside. Perfectly cooked noodles and paired with this creamy, slightly tangy sauce—kind of like a seasoned aioli with just a little kick that sneaks up on you. Whatever it was, it was amazing. Portion sizes were decent, though for $20–$30, I expected a bit more meat. Still, it was filling. The rolls were just standard burger buns—not homemade (as far as I could tell), but they tasted fine. Nothing special, just bread to go with the meal. Overall, Mighty Quinn’s delivers on flavor. If you can, I’d recommend dining in for the full experience and possibly bigger portions. But even with delivery, everything was tasty, well-seasoned, and worth trying. P.s. I devoured it before I could get a picture but here's the container size for reference.😭
This was our first time eating in. We tried the lunch special: The Pulled Pork Sandwich with fries & coleslaw. The pork was very tender & delicious. The fries were crunchy & delicious, and soft in the middle. There’s 3 sauces at the table: Spicy Chili Lime, BBQ & SC Mustard. All were complimentary & paired well with the meal! There is indoor and outdoor seating including at the counter. The space is kept clean & the staff were nice & friendly!
I got the 2 meal platter and a side of bbq wings (6 piece) and a hard apple cider. I don’t usually like beer or a lot of ciders but this one was pretty good and it came in a can. Would be cool to see them get some ciders on tap but I’m happy with the can as well. The bbq wings and brisket were really incredible. With each bite the brisket practically melts in your mouth and the little flakes of sea salt or kosher salt (I’m not sure which one lol) were a nice touch. The size of the wings were perfect, flavor and seasoning was balanced, texture was juicy when you bit into it and just the right amount of crispiness on the skin. The ribs were pretty good too, they could have maybe been slightly more juicy. The cornbread is the one thing I wish I hadn’t gotten tbh. It was very dry and just didn’t really have the texture and flavor I was looking for. The service was perfect, they were very attentive but not overly watchful and I didn’t feel rushed throughout my meal. Towards the end of my meal I noticed one of the staff realized that a customer forgot their to-go order on the counter and left in a cab. The worker rushed out to give them their food but was too late. The manager noticed this and in an attempt to provide the best customer service I’ve ever seen, he literally hopped into his car and tracked the cab down a couple of blocks away and was able to get the customer their food. I’ve never seen customer service quite like this. I will be coming here regularly especially with it being in the neighborhood. I highly recommend you do the same.
The food is consistent here! They staff is great, kind of hard to dine in because parking in the area isn't good. But we grab and good, and return for more lol.
Food was superb and absolutely yummy. Limited seating though and when we got there 1.5 hours prior to closing all seats were already put up and when we asked whether we could dine in, it didn't seem super accommodating. Yet we were greeted with a nod for eating in and had to make the table ourselves.
I prefer my brisket fattier and more moist. Their brisket leaned dry for my taste, though the flavor was decent. The cornbread was also dry and could really use some (or a lot more) butter.
Fast and friendly service. There's seating but it seemed to be a mostly to-go place. The chicken wings were the best part of our order, great cook on them, well rendered out. The mac and cheese was also good, cooked al dente and flavorful sauce. The ribs were just ok, didn't have that falling off the bone tenderness and were a bit dry. The brisket was good, although some pieces were also dry. The corn bread was cold, dry, and the worst part of our order.
Ordered lunch from this location today and my empanadas came with mold! This was after they called to say they did not have the original empanadas I ordered. For someone who work in healthcare, I was very disgusted. A part of this order was for my doctor. Thankfully I opened my lunch prior to his.
My husband placed an order for the 2 meat and the 3 meat sampler and left out the entire 3 meat sampler order (His order). They did not call or anything. It ruined our whole evening basically. A simple phone call would’ve been really nice. Customers are paying a lot of money for a service. This was the first and the last….. We will never order from here again.
