This place may seem like a random hole in the wall type of a place but I can assure you that you will have a very tasty sandwich when you go inside here. I was very pleased with my order. My sandwich was ready in just a few minutes, the ingredients were very fresh And the sandwich itself was very well put together and kept me satiated for the entire day. I would say the prices are a little on the higher side but not uncommon for this neighborhood. Definitely worth a stop in next time you’re around.
I just had to share how amazing the meatball sandwich was the first time I tried it - it was incredible! And today, I decided to try the Ciro sandwich, and wow, it's simply delicious. The bread is so fresh, and the overall experience is just delightful. Plus, the price is reasonable for a sandwich in Brooklyn. Happy eating!
I walked by and saw that had pizza Daniele crushed it on the white pizza, thin sliced onions and fresh basil! the price wasn’t bad either! I’ll be back
The sandwiches were delicious! I ordered the uncle Phil and the chicken parm and they were so delicious. The service was immaculate and the food came out fast and fresh! 10/10
Great vibes and amazing pizza
Had the meatball parm and forgot to take a picture before killing the first half. Absolutely delicious, fab service, great music!

A great place to eat or shoot a movie
Cute decorations. Feels homey and quaint inside. Super nice staff. Redhead cashier and barista was super welcoming. Sometimes hard to find in Brooklyn. The sandwich I got was bomb and had a ton of meat. The pizza was great too. I’ll def be back a lot. You should try them out!
Finally an authentic Italian sandwich spot! Tired of these fake corner deli and cheap meat options with no pork products. It's a little far from our office, but thank you to doordash and Regina offering delivery thru them. A weekly ritual for me and my staff ordering from here! So far every item has been delicious, fresh, and stacked!!

Came here on a weekday and decided to eat in. The space is great; unfussy, clean and plenty of room. It seems like a pretty lean operation with only one person working there at the time. I ordered the Uncle John, and got a bag of chips and a coke. The sandwich is pricey but it is HUGE. It’s honestly 2 servings and they absolutely pack it with meat. I actually thought there was too much meat in it. I wasn’t a fan of the hero bread; it was way too tough. Felt like I was fighting my sandwich every time I took a bite. I would return, but will try a different bread. This neighborhood needs more sandwich shops so I’m glad it’s here!
Excited to see that they opened up in BedStuy, not sure how new this location is. Decent space inside. I got the Uncle Rocco this time, which was good, but missing a crunch factor for me… Uncle Jimmy still stands to be the favorite. A little pricey, but it is a decent sized sandwich.

This is a decent sandwich shop - part of a small NYC chain of four shops. The sandwiches are standard: mostly cold cuts with provolone or mozzarella. Sometimes there are hot sandwiches as well. The standout is the Jimmy, but the sandwiches are mostly monochromatic. I would say it's a good spot to try, but I'd probably opt to just buy the ingredients myself in the future.

I strongly regret paying $18.50 for a sandwich with 3 ingredients that is too much. there are bodegas all across Brooklyn that will make a better sandwich with better bread for half the price... and they'll make it in half the time. Never coming here again.

the first time i ate here was excellent. the second two times both of my sandwiches were missing ingredients (red peppers and balsamic). the guy who made them seemed crabby and offputting too
Ordered the Uncle Jimmy but it was missing the mozzarella and only had two slices of hot soppressata…!?!? Very disappointing especially because it isn’t a cheap sandwich.

Don’t order from them, they don’t read the orders properly. I ordered a salad and paid for 5 extra toppings, and none of them were included. And when you call them to ask about it, they just brush you off.
I ordered the cousin cristina that’s meant to have arugula in it and there was one single leaf of arugula. there were also giant pieces of chopped raw garlic in it that was so unpleasant when bit into. So disappointing bc I love the LES location
Very excited about this place opening up closer to me. I ordered frequently from their Wburg location and the sandwiches were solid. This location however, quality just dropped. Everytime i go they never have any of the hot sandwiches available. Staff are rude as hell.
Stale dry bread. Terrible service. I was the only one in the store and sat there for 25 minutes after ordering a sandwich($24 after fees btw)before the two guys standing behind the counter doing nothing asked if I needed anything. Yeah, maybe the sandwich you haven’t even started making yet..
TLDR: Food is good, staff is very rude. I've eaten here twice and tried about 3-4 other times without success. The two sandwiches I had were delicious but all the times I've gone in the staff has been very rude, most of the time not even acknowledging that you're there. They advertise daily specials but every time I try to order them they say "no only on weekends", multiple times they've been out of a lot of their meats for their sandwiches which makes me wonder why they are open. They seem to be very understaffed only ever having a single employee working when they really need to have a cashier with some people skills who is managing the customers. My most recent visit was met with me waiting at the counter for 5-10 minutes while the employee did not say a single word. A food delivery person came to pick up an order and also could not get the worker to say a single word back to them. I'd say prepare for slow service, if any, and definitely not with any type of positive attitude.
I honestly never write reviews but I was severely disappointed with this place. It was the most ridiculously overpriced mediocre Italian food I’ve ever had in my life. It was nothing more than some chewy pieces of bread with barely any meat or flavor. You would be so much better off going to a specialty Italian store like Landi’s or Coluccio in South Brooklyn and get authentic high quality bread and cured meats, and you’d be able to make a weeks worth of sandwiches with the money that you’d spend on two pathetic sandwiches here. It tastes like gentrified Italian food and just looks like a carefully curated impression of what a real Italian restaurant should be. Don’t waste your time or money
