Sunset Bagels (Foster Ave) location always provides the best customer service. Each time my family and I visit, the customer service is great! The other night, I placed an order for delivery. I received a phone call from Quandeel (cashier) stating there weren't any delivery people available but she was on her way walking to deliver the food. Talk about customer service!! She is always a pleasure to interact with but this is going beyond customer service! She didn't want to cancel the order. Thank you so much and I remain a fan of this location. Each employee there are amazing!! Thank you!!

We love sunset bagels!! Very consistent with portions and taste. Being able to have busy Saturday mornings proves its deliciousness. Shout out to Qandeel for always having a kind spirit. She’s the best!

2 out of the three times I have found myself at this 24hour gem, the lady behind the counter has been helpful, graceful, and beyond friendly. Going above and beyond what many spots have forgotten they are capable of. Not only was the service, amazing, the bagels were hot from the back and the veggies fresh and plenty. I found this place by accident at the end of a long night shift, and now I stop in whenever I can. You can tell when a person or a place truly cares about what they do and in a time when most people just want to clock in but are still clocked out, I can appreciate this little piece of a job still well done.

Qandeel always treats me well when I come and pick up my order. She is extremely helpful despite her usually having to multitask while assisting me. She greets me with a smile each time and her patience is unmatched. The food here is great. It’s a neighborhood GEM! Keep this place open by all means necessary. Check out the menu. All you can ever need 24 hours, 7 days a week! After 2020 these places are not as common. Convenient, delicious, and great service.

This review is for the wonderful employee, Qandeel. I visited this place on the night before Labor Day. Even though it was late on a Sunday night before a holiday the place was bustling with delivery orders and dine-in customers. Despite the busy atmosphere Qandeel was incredibly helpful and patiently answered all my questions, even encouraging me to ask as many as I needed. She never showed any signs of frustration and efficiently handled her other tasks as well. I was so impressed by her exceptional service that I asked for her name so I could write a review. I've lived in this neighborhood for a while but only came here about once a year. After this experience I've decided to visit more often.

Really nice cafeteria, they have multiple bagels options, they also have a salad bar, and to go options. Place looks really nice I like the decoration. Staff was nice and friendly. Good location

Great food, but don't bother ordering sides or extras on UberEats. They always forget. No avocado on salad one day and no side of pickle the next day. Edit: Original review 2 stars, changed to 3. Haven't had this issue lately, even got my bagel croutons with my salad. Also want to mention, they package coffee very very very well. Your bag could be going through hell, but it won't spill. Very much appreciated. Coffee is the most important meal of the day after all!

I just opened my bacon egg and cheese and I’ve never been so disappointed in the egg to bagel ratio… waste of money.

Their food is WAY too expensive for how mediocre it is. They nickel and dime for every inexpensive add-on that everyone else gives for free. It'll be a cold day in hell before any menu item at Sunset Bagels tastes good. Service is too slow as well.

Quadeel was HORRIBLE at customer service. This is the second time my order was incorrect. We drove 20 minutes to fix our order and she refused. She needs to fired! Instead she played the victim and refused to accommodate. This place does not care about your food or customer service. We come here often and will not be back!

I had a terrible experience at sunset bagels . My bagel was soaked in bacon grease to the point it was literally dripping. The bacon made the whole thing wet and nasty, and on top of that they didn’t even put any cream cheese like I asked for. The whole bagel was greasy, soggy, and honestly the worst I’ve ever had. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be coming back.

Do not come here. Don’t support people who don’t respect your money or food. This is the second time I’ve ordered a salad online and they “forgot” my bagel chips. The bagel chips are advertised on the menu with the salad. I understand that mistakes can happen once or twice but I genuinely feel like they intentionally don’t include it in the Uber Eats order and they save it for the in store customers. They also cut up my tomato into the tiniest pieces that they probably used only one small SLICE out of a whole tomato. That’s stealing!!! They also gave me the wrong dressing and when I called again to inform them, the boy on the phone said “if that’s true sorry” how are you, as a WORKER, going to say, “if that’s true”. He also didn’t want to provide his name because “he didn’t want me to be mad”. Whoever that boy is a HORRIBLE worker overall and shouldn’t even have a job. He should collect bottles with that poor as customer service he provided. I will NEVER come back here BECAUSE of the attitudes of the workers. Way too nonchalant over people’s food and money! DONT SUPPORT THEM.
