Tried the eggnormous breakfast burritos for the first time and it was absolutely delicious. I even had some to take home! Clean floors and freshly wiped tables with quick service that was according to my specifications really was great. Everything was yummy and allowed me to relax for a bit since I went on a Sunday morning

Enjoyed a meal with my adult children here. Nice and clean. Sometimes at restaurants the staff is loud and use crass language. But so far, this restaurant is a refreshing change.

Walked in to a clean smelling BK with smiley friendly faces. Ordered the chicken bacon sandwich and Celine and Demetrius were GREAT!! as busy as her drive thru was she offered to let me sample the world sauce before I ordered. Ok, seriously. This is the best Burger King you will find. I always stop here on the way to/from NM and the food is the best of any BK I have visited. Kudos to everyone there for doing a great job.

I love going here. Always clean, well stock (napkins, sodas, straws). Fast and happy service. Most of the time I've been there it has been calm and quiet. But I've been there where there were more than a couple of people, and still a pleasant place to be in.

My family likes Burger King but the one where we live is not clean and has poor service. The one in Brownfield is clean and they have always been nice to us. We stop on our way through usually.

Quick and courteous service. Diana was very helpful and professional. A refreshing change Store was clean and ran smoothly. Perhaps lbk mgt. Should take a lesson from Brownfield.

I didn't eat here. I popped in their bathroom. 5 out ot 5 stars. 2 ply toilet paper, single toilet bathroom for privacy. Nice and clean. If I was homeless I would sleep in there.

This location is always on point. I stop by every time I Drive through Brownfield, the restaurant is always clean and the food is always up to par. I wish all the other surrounding burger kings Would be more like this one.

Traveling to New Mexico from Dallas we usually make a stop at McDonald's for a snack. But they are rebuilding so to BK we went. Both of us had the Big Fish and fries. Absolutely blew the Mickey Ds fish sandwich out of the sea. Fish quality was so much better, a tons crispier, and the brioche bun so much better. The fries are better than the other place as well. We will be stopping only at BK from here on.

I'm from Fort Worth, Texas, working out of town and saw that this Burger King had great reviews, so I decided to try it myself. The food was fresh! Veggies tasted fresh as well! The only thing I didn't like was that Burger King charged 50 cents per burger to add mustard... Other than that I was very happy with my meal! Great workers at this location

This is THE best burger king I've ever been to. As a vegetarian, it's hard to find food when traveling. Burger King's impossible Whopper has always been an easy go to when driving through towns. The skill of the grill Cooks at this Burger King is very apparent. The vegetables are always fresh and crispy. The service is always friendly. I often plan my trips back and forth to Hobbs around stopping at this Burger King.

Stopped on my way through town. Had a soda machine out of order and several food items weren't stocked. Service was average. I mean I guess it's what you'd expect from a burger king.

The Whopper has been my favorite fast food burger for years, so I'm a bit biased. Burger King goes through cycles, like many fast food restaurants, and their current cycle offers little beyond their masterpiece burger and the Extra Long Cheeseburger, when you can find them. BK had a good run of specialty burgers (the Carolina BBQ Whopper, the Whopperito, the Double Quarter Pounder, and the Big King), but the current offerings are meh and they haven't made a good chicken sandwich in years. But there's always the Whopper!

Awesome place to get a quick bite to eat as long as it is drive through. A dine in experience will kind of leave you speechless the tables are dirty the restrooms are horrible and the flies are bad I love the people there but the dining are is horrible.

The food was ok it wasn't hot but not cold it what most people expect when they go out to eat I guess it's why we eat at home

I ordered a meal here through the app and accidentally ordered it from the wrong store since I'm traveling all the time something didn't change. When I went to straighten it out the AI interface gave me a $10 credit and an apology. Head and shoulders above what I received the week before at the sorry McDonald's in Artesia. Despite calling corporate, despite calling the local manager and despite trying to get the application to work on a complaint I never got McDonald's to take care of the matter where they almost poisoned myself my wife and my dogs. Order every time from Burger King and not McDonald's if you're traveling. They seem to refuse to acknowledge that I should be able to get a refund. Burger King's AI has more good sense than anything at McDonald's. This Burger King in Brownfield always does a good job when I have eaten there in the past. The meal today was adequate although a little bit small. Good thing biden's fighting inflation or that burger would have been $10 instead of $5.50.

Food was amazingly good.... tables and play areas are nasty and sticky... hoping my grand children don't catch typhoid or something equally mortifying.

Food was fairly fast for the amount of people working and amount of customers. Clean and well maintained. Only issue and a big one for me is that for a place that wants to draw in people with kids there is no changeing table in either the women's or men's restroom along with no counter top space to be used either.

Window lady was rude. The rest of the workers I have never had a problem with. 🙃

Place was filthy, had old dried up fries under almost every table, hadn't been mopped in a few days, the tea maker pale had a time stamp saying it was fresh but when I tasted it, the tea was foul. The bathroom floor was sticky and was filled with the odor of urine. The handwashing sink was dirty and stained. Other than that the staff was very attentive and smiling it's the only reason I gave 2 stars.

They were very busy. I waited 20 mins for my to- go order, and I was not the only one. Several of us had orders that were lost in the system. I feel like the fact that McDonald's isno longer open next door has impacted their business for the better for them, but if they cannot maintain their service, then we will go elsewhere. Also, the bathroom was out of paper towels. Gotta wonder what people and employees were doing for handwashing.

Well, they got the drink order correct. Bacon Cheeseburger Whopper was missing the cheese; paid for a Chicken sandwich and got a Crispy Chicken on a bun. Does anyone there know that lettuce is green-not white? You are usually better than this, but this was worse than your competition down the street.

Absolutely ridiculous!! Had to call and ask for the rest of my food after I had already been home and unloaded car....realized they had gotten the order wrong. Pretty sad when it was only one adult meal and one child's meal!! Went back through drive thru and the drive thru attendent that looked like she was hung over tried to be sarcastic and wish me a good day!! If it hadnt been for her not being on her drive thru game my order may have been right!!! PATHETIC!!

I won't come back here again, the sandwich had burnt meat, I ordered another one and it came with burnt meat again and the powerade ran out.

Went to the drive through it took forever to get my food. They had me wait in the front lot along with another vehicle. After eating the food I did not feel well all night. That's the last time I will go there. The had plenty of staff working I wonder what they where doing, they where sure not waiting on customers

Horrible food! The to-go order was shorted. Once we finally got the food it was burned but ice cold. Even the onion rings were cold although they were the warmest thing in the bag. Not the best service either. The cook was more concerned about watching a female employee out in the parking lot instead of doing his job. Nothing...and I mean absolutely nothing about this place is good. The burgers were so dry and tasteless that they were almost inedible. Cremated meat, bad tomatoes, cold food, flavorless meals and bad service. We just don't recommend at all. Go to Sonic or Dairy Queen just down the road first.

We eat at Burger Kings all over Texas and this one is by far the worst! The lady at the window had no customer service what so ever. Ordered 3 meals which were all cold. MY original chicken sandwich was missing a 1/4 of it and instead of making a fresh one I got a chicken nugget on my sandwich to make it look whole smh. If I could post a pic of my chicken sandwich I would show y'all exactly what it looked like.

Um, we had to wait for our drive thru order for 15 minutes. Then my order was wrong. I ordered the bacon and Swiss crispy chicken with no Swiss cheese and no tomato. Thank goodness the tomato was not on the sandwich. However, the cheese they put instead was not tasty at all, it looked like like Velveeta- yuck! The ticket said HEAVY cheese - 2 slices! I did not order that at all and guess what??? The bacon was not on the sandwich! What??? Ugh. The unsweet tea was not good either. The French fries were they only thing that was good with my meal. Hubby's meal was good though.

They need to update there hours said they close at midnight got there @ 11:30 and they were cleaning up to leave early no wonder everyone goes to McDonalds

This place was absolutely disgusting.. Every single table and booth had old food all over them.. The tray we were served on was filthy with dried food all over it.. We had to ask them to clean off a table so we could eat.. Maybe it's just me, but I expect more from a place in Texas..

My daughter is hungry and they also tell me since it’s mobile I can’t get a refund unless I call some Burger King office. We just wanted to eat and this is spitting in the face of the consumer. Unfortunately,......... Today's experience was not good. Drive through for our order. Girl was very nice. Gave our drinks. Pulled up to wait for food. Took a drink of my sweet tea, it was disgusting. Soured and beyond sweet. Asked the guy who brought out food out if he wouldn't mind getting me something else. Lemonade maybe or fruit punch. Just not tea. Brought me back dark soda. I went inside to get something else to drink. Tried the tea. Almost as bad as what I received. I don't drink soda so there were no other options. Asked the girl behind the counter if they offered anything other than soda. She said "water". Did not offer to make new tea seeing as how they were serving spoiled tea to their guests. Didn't seem to bother her. So I asked her for clarification. " I'm paying full price for a beverage with my meal to be offered water?" She agreed. I left after tossing my ice and cup. Was not given the BBQ or zesty in our bag as we had asked when paying. So that was another annoying moment. The lettuce pieces on my burger, all 4 of them were wilted and probably should have been tossed with the tea. The burger and the tea are most likely a result of someone not having a good day, my guess. All I know is this was the worst experience at this burger king since we moved. Last time we tried going to this location, it was full of flies in the dining area so we turned and walked out. Time before that the food and service were amazing. Unfortunately...... Being served spoiled tea and the team member not caring will result in us not returning. Which is a shame because I've not experienced such nasty food or service until today.( Minus one nasty tea once prior to this) As they say, it only takes one bad experience. Also, the tea urns in the dining area are super unsanitary. Looks like they haven't wiped our cleaned the outside all week. I can only imagine what the inside looks like. I only know how it tastes. 🤢
