My wife and I came in tonight to dine(6-17-22) we are visiting from out of state, we ended up at IHOP because everywhere else was super busy, our expectations were pretty low. The food was okay, but our waiter Jose Luis made our night! He writes positive, inspirational messages on his own personal time and brings them into work, after reading them, and having exceptional service from him, it made our 1st night here pretty awesome! I hope he reads this, keep doing what you are doing! The world needs more people like you! The world could use some positivity and a nice smile! Thank you for tonight! And thank you for what you do! Just meeting someone with your positive energy made our night, Thank you!

The protein pancakes are really big, fluffy, and good! You can order 1/2 an order which is nice.

Went here last week and ordered two meals. The food was as good as expected. Our server was friendly, but I think he didn't want us to use or loyalty points twice in two different transactions, we have done this in the past at other ihops and never had a problem. We had the chicken fajita omelet and the new avocado burger. The place was too dark, like some lights were off.

I think our order (breakfast) stayed waiting in the kitchen; it was barely warm. There were not many customers in IHOP so I am surprised. Also, I personally believe that if reply in in English, I expect the response to be in English. In the service industry, you accommodate the the customer-period.

I love the IHOP pancakes but it always take a long time to get the food to your table.

Nice service only thing is that for starters it is a little frustrating to be informed that they’re out of an item and then when you order something else turns out you can’t order it as well since the value thing is only available from 7am-10pm. I just think that should be made more aware to the consumer since the lettering is super tiny at the window like on the menu it says in big letter’s available everyday but at the bottom it says only 7-10 like for people that accidentally forgot their glasses you can see how one could miss the small lettering and not see it.

Good location and very friendly staff. Very Good food. The actual building is dated and need of major repairs or complete teardown and rebuild. Tables and booths damage, worn and wobbly. Ceiling with water damage (leaky roof), and floor dirty.

First time trying Ihop with my cousin and her daughter. What a disappointment it is compared to the commercials and the photos on the menu. I ordered a classic burger and my cousin ordered the grilled chicken breast. When food arrived it was visibly disappointing , her chicken breast was so thin and did not look too enjoyable. My burger came out looking just sad. Her daughter’s chicken strips were the only thing that looked appealing. Ended up getting the food to go. Only to get home to an overcooked burger that was so stiff I didn’t couldn’t eat it anymore. Also a side of steamed broccoli was only 3 normal sized ones and the rest looked like they were left overs. Don’t know if it just wasn’t a good day to go but definitely will not be back. For 2 mediocre entrees and a kids meal I ended up paying 50 dollars that we’re definitely not worth it.

Woke up early for breakfast and the morning stared bad for us at this place. First of all, we had not been there in a while and I don’t know what happened to it. The place is filthy or floors were slippery, the waitress said that it was a condensation. The air vents were all dirty, walls had unfinished paint, the food was terrible , my wife ordered coffee and the coffee mug had lipstick on it. Her omelette was over cooked and with some gooey sauce. I ordered some pancakes with a glass of milk and my glass of milk had some stuff on the bottom on it like cornflakes of some sort, or bread crumbs. This place needs to be tear down and remodeled, specially being located in such a good business area.

Couple issues here. First of the service was terrible. Hardly anyone eating there and waitress no where to be around. I ordered my meal and 3 extra pancakes. Waitress forget about my pancakes then when I mentioned them to her she was clueless at what I was talking about. Funny how a white lady showed up and right away y'all attend her. Terrible food. The egg literally tasted bad made me sick to my stomach. Cold coffee. Waitress didn't bother to come check on my table. Literally if I'm paying for service I expect same service as the others were getting. Must I also say. Waitress didn't even bring me a fork after I asked her when she brought my other stack of pancakes. Had to eat it with my fingers.

After waiting for service about for 5 minutes. Can’t comment on the food cause we got up and left. Waiter brings us menus and we asked him if he could wipe down a visibly filthy table. He walks out with a paper towel and wipes the table down. No sanitizer no nothing leaving the table sticky with syrup.i can just imagine how clean the kitchen is. No thanks

Took very long to get food then once we got the food some items where placed on other plates. Then we were missing items and a whole meal. Then the tiny peice of strawberry that come with the meal was a joke. Waiter carrying a high chair with the wheels over other people eating. Then the building if falling apart some with water damage . All they did was paint over it who know how much mold is right under the paint. Never again will we ever go back to Ihop
