Absolutely the best food to be found in Brownsville. I got a 6 inch Italian BMT and a bowl of potato soup and every bite was delicious. Staff are so friendly and really make you feel welcome. You can't go wrong here!

We’ve been to a countless amount of subways, but this one is hands down the best we’ve ever seen. The ingredients are so fresh, the owner is personable and kind, and the place was sparkling clean! The employees are great as well. Definitely coming back!

My family could hardly wait for the Brownsville Subway to reopen. It finally did just last night. So fresh! So good! Delicious sandwiches. Now I’m excitedly waiting for the winter soups to be available.

This is your typical Subway. Not a bad addition to Brownsville for a quick bite.

Not a half bad sandwich shop. Most of the stuff is made well and tastes relatively fresh. I advise always getting things warmed up rather than toasted - but that's just me. Usually quick but when you gotta wait it's gonna be a little while - so if you see a line, plan on ten minutes or so. Updated as of 1/20/2022 Still a darn good sammich shop. The new owner/proprietor is a good dude and the staff seem to be overall happy. Good pricing and the veggies are crisp and fresh. And the bread always yummy. Do recommend!

Staff is great but this place is hot as hell. We have tried going back twice but it seems they aren't interested in fixing the air. So unless you want to sweat and eat or take it out this isn't your place.

The food is great, but none of the staff are wearing masks or even hair coverings. When people are over the food for hours at a time, germs (and hair) will fall. I won't be back until post-pandemic. These are young people, super-nice, but they don't have good judgment yet. The owner was there, maskless too, so an example doesn't exist for them.

Place is semi ok at best, wont accept coupons that get sent out, and all around just mediocre.

Subway in Brownsville, KY used to be good, but not anymore. The sandwiches are always prepared sloppy and the bread is stale. But, the worst thing about going in there is the manager, or think she is. She has dark brown hair, heavy set and she is always the rudest person I have ever been around. You want to save your business Greg Harris, you better get rid of her or teach her how yo treat people. TIP: Flatbread is not a wrap. Who wants to eat a sandwich that all the stuff falls out each end, IT IS NOT A WRAP!!!

We have always loved subway. We used to eat there all of the time because it's close to our house. Lately it has gotten aweful. Tonight my sandwich was completely wrong. You can't see what meats their putting on your sandwich now. But that isn't really the issue because mistakes happen. The issue is one of the women who work there. I would say her name but I don't know it and don't care to know it. She's been there a while and has long brown hair on the heavier side like myself. She's just plain rude. She's been rude to some of my family members and tonight she was huffy and puffy to a older man because he was looking at the menu to decide what he wanted. If you are no longer happy with your job you should find a new one. I've worked customer service most of my life and that is uncalled for. It's one thing to happen once in a while because people have bad days but this happens everytime we go in and she's working.

I use mobile ordering so I can just run in and grab the food as I’m busy and don’t want to stand in line for 30 minutes, they never start preparing mobile orders until you come in and then you are still stuck waiting. They are constantly out of stuff but they don’t mark it out online and will take your money but not refund you.
