This place is always crowded and not in a good way. Expect to be pushed or have your drink knocked over with no apologies. For some weird reason there's absolutely no cell reception near the restroom area. Bartenders are extremely rude. The music is the only thing going for this place in my personal opinion.

Bartender would be the reason I go again. I didnt get her name but she is a little over 5ft, had a beautiful set of nails and is great at what she does! She held down an entire bar by herself.. applause! Music was good, plan to be standing, and remember to TIP THE BARTENDER!

Not impressed. I guess I was expecting more of a restaurant feel, so maybe I'm not judging it fairly. The drink specials looked like they were decently priced. Water tasted dirty. We ended up leaving before ordering.

Very bad service. I had been waiting in line but they instead serviced the people/customers who had been waiting after me. I brought it up but nor did they acknowledge it nor did they apologize. Very TERRIBLE service. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

They steal your money. Lady bartenders add themselves tip. I only wasted $10 on two beers and the tab came out to $20. She added herself 10$ very unprofessional. Will look forward to taking legal action, manager just kicks you out

Drinks were good. My husband and I usually tip at the end of the night when we’re done getting drinks so we didn’t tip after our first round of drinks, the bartender was upset and kept going around telling other bartenders we didn’t tip so nobody wanted to serve us. Very unprofessional.

Worst bartenders and a complete rip off *Before inflation* late 2019, before the pandemic, I ordered a fishbowl and the lady bartender gave me a small plastic cup and charged the amount for a fishbowl. I've ordered the fishbowl before and that pathetic excuse for a cup wasn't it. I drank the "shot glass", paid, didnt leave my usual generous tip and walked out. *During pandemic* went to pick up 2 the Mean Girls drink and idk what they are smoking on but 2 drinks came out to $37. I had ordered another themed type of drink before and it was like $21. So I have no idea why their drink prices fluctuate to suit their needs or greed but I stopped coming here. I get invited to come but I politefuly decline any invitation/any reason to come here anymore. Idk if they changed the DJ yet, but he would play some bangers but on a loop 🙄

The restrooms are disgusting, the floor is wet with urine leaking from the home made urinals. The smoke machines are used too much. Everyone is breathing in that fog machine smoke. One star because the venue is large. That's about it. First night there I was handed the wrong debit card. Bad experience. Never going back. And this is the relocation of "the dive" previous venue has same issue with restroom plumbing. Mold growing on home made keg urinals.

The dive house management was completely unprofessional during my time after they re opened. I didn’t catch the managers name but she was a female around 5’4 give or take with dark hair. I made a complaint against one of her servers who was taking shots with our group and got carried away and kissed my DRUNK gf. I understand that things happened in places where alcohol take place so I tried to have a calm rational discussion with management. I was assured things would be taken care of just to have the manager try to say my Gf friend tried To start a fight with another patron. Which was untrue my gf went to the restroom and went to the bar. She was watched closely by a friend at the time and watched far away by myself. In fact we captured most of the night on video up the point they asked us to leave. They made up a reason to protect their unprofessional employ and kicked us out for pointing out a problem.I get it protect one of your own. I can even respect it if it wasn’t protecting predatory behavior towards a patron that drank to much. The shady handling of the situation was a gross Mistreatment of the patrons. Being respectful we even tried to pay our tab just for the bouncer to tell us to leave without us paying and then management came to tell us we had to pay before leaving. They couldn’t even get on the same page before throwing us calm rational patrons that just wanted to fix a situation that occurred out. Super shady and would not recommend with the current staff. I feel bad for the owner since they probably don’t realize the level of unprofessionalism happening here. And just to clarify yes control your friends and significant others but also control your employs, especially if they are catering to a vulnerable group of patrons under the influence. Consent under the influence is not consent and people should NEVER take advantage of that.
