We have frequented this location on many occasions and have had a good experience. Today we came in (apparently during shift change) and to our surprise we weren't met with a 'welcome" or 'we'll be with you shortly ". Noting at all. Chloe came to the register and asked if we'd been helped. I mentioned that I was surprised that out of all the times we'd been here, we've never been ignored. I was not upset, it was merely an observation. We ordered our food, had my money out to pay and she stated that our meal was free since we had to wait. I said it wasn't necessary since we always have great service when we come in. Chloe went above and beyond for customer service (even though it was not necessary). Thank you Brownwood chick fil a and Chloe!

We were on a long road trip and broke down, we were able to pull into the chic filet parking lot. All of the employees were very nice and respectful. They offered us food while we waited for assistance even though we were blocking the parking lot with our broken down uhaul

We love Chick-fil-A. We don't go very often (maybe once a month) but have always liked the food, clean restaurant, and the small park. The only gripe is that you have to remember to ask for condiments (ketchup, sauces, etc). I

I'm so happy with the new location of this Chick-f il-a it is so much better than the old one at the mall. I like how they put in a cute little play ground. When my kids and I drive by they always ask me to play but it is too cold outside right now, (in January). This location gets busy around lunch. I'm not sure about during dinner hours. But they are pretty fast, as fast as any other chick fil a I've been to in Lubbock or wherever. They have a two lane drive through and I believe you can call ahead as well. There is curbside pick up and even a spot for Door Dash drivers. I have not been inside this location yet. Just drive through. I had to search for the "new" Chick Fil A in Brownwood tx to come to the new and correct location on Google. (This is where our old Skillets restaurant was. )The other mall location is permanently closed.

This chick-fil-a may have been over populated causing the service and speed to be slower than your typical chick-fil-a.

I would say this is the first poor experience I have had a Chic fil a. This was my first time at this location as I am usually in Dallas or Austin areas. Employees were not rude, but weren't overly friendly like I have come to expect. No ketchup, again I have never had to ask, it was just in the bag. Sweet tea was not as sweet as I expected but the most disappointing thing was my sandwich had 2 sad little pickles on it.

How do you run out of grilled nuggets at 5PM? It’s the only thing from the gluten free protein section that I could have had. Canceled my order and still waited in the rush hour traffic line because they still haven’t upgraded to a two traffic exit lane like every other city in TX.

Was just given a spicy chicken sandwich that was undercooked smh. Extremely bothered by this. Waited 15 mins in the drive thru and to be given this… Sadly i was so hungry i ate half the sandwich before realizing the texture was off and there was a strange stickiness on the chicken. Unacceptable. I eat here very often, might be time for a break.

I asked for a gluten free bun on my grilled chicken sandwich. I ate it and my body started to hurt. When I checked online, they do have gf, but it should have come in a separate wrapper. Their mistake made me sick for days.
