Came here for the first time with my family. We ordered the Carter cheeseburger, grilled chicken sandwich, Texan burger, grilled cheese sandwich with sweet potato fries, seasoned fries, and onion rings. They were all flavorful with all the veggies. The burger patties are almost like a smashed patty, but slightly burnt to where there is some texture. The fries are very delicious although I'd like to see them cooked a little longer for the crispiness. They even had a large Blue Bell ice cream section for desserts, but we were too stuffed to have any. We will definitely be back because they have so many other choices. Overall, decent price for the large portions. You order at the front and they deliver your order to your table. The fountain drinks are free refills. Staff are very friendly and fast. The parking lot is very small, but there are larger parking lots not too far from them. I don't recall seeing a restroom. They have a lot of tables to dine at.

Really enjoyed the unique burger creations! Went with the Scary Burger and loved it. Double meat with grilled pineapple, pepper jack cheese and freakier grilled bell peppers with ranch all on a wheat bun. Excellence all around!

Burgers are everywhere. With so many fast food restaurants selling burgers, most of the American population is within minutes of a dining establishment that sells burgers. They are the all- American food and another thing I like about burgers is that they are one of the few foods that everyone in my family can agree to eat when we dine out. These facts were enough to convince me to try Carter’s Burger in Bryan, Texas. Carter’s Burger ha an ordinary interior with more seating than expected. You walk in, go to the front counter, order and pay for your food, then select a table and wait for one of the staff to bring your food to you. The total time from order to serving isn’t long at all and the iced tea is self- serve. There is no booze served here, but that is okay- we all need a break every now and then. For food, Carter’s Burger specializes in burgers, but they also sell other assorted sandwiches, dinners, sides, etc. I recommend going for a burger, as they are juicy and delicious without being over the top. The toppings are kept to a simple selection and they are just right. You can order different sides, but I recommend the sweet potato fries. They are better than the regular fries and really add to the meal. And the prices are really low- about the same as that of a fast food restaurant but much, much better. I like most any type of food, but burgers are so commonplace that I end up selecting them for my meal more than any other food option. Fast food is good for the quick service, but Carter’s Burger is much tastier and it is difficult to beat the price. It is easily worth going out of your way to dine here and it’s close to College Station. Make the effort to try Carter’s Burger- you won’t be disappointed.

Despite their efficiency, the overall speed of service was somewhat slow, potentially due to the kitchen's workload. However, the staff's attentiveness made the wait more bearable. For the ultimate value, I highly recommend visiting Carter Burger on a Tuesday. They offer a half-price burger special that makes an already affordable meal even more enticing. If you're looking for a good, no-frills burger at a fantastic price, with friendly and attentive staff, Carter Burger is a great choice. Just be prepared for a potentially longer wait time, and definitely take advantage of their Tuesday special.

Friendly people, good burgers, and plenty of fry options! What more could you need? I had a lunch date with my wife here recently and got the Hawaiian burger with chili/jalapeno fries. The burger was good but I'll admit I didn't taste the pineapple very much -- might as well have been a regular burger, however, it was on a special for Wednesday, and quite affordable. The chili/Jala fries were really good and came with a ranch-style sauce I poured all over. My wife got a regular burger with onion rings and very much enjoyed it. Their burger patties are a little thin but I think they make up for it with the price of each burger being much lower than other restaurants. They also have good deals on ice cream scoops which are $2 if you catch them at noon. I also enjoy the TX Burger location on Wellborn Rd which is owned by the same people here so it's no surprise I like this Bryan location too! I will say it was quite cold inside the building so a jacket is recommended.

Nice little burger place. Burgers are pretty good. Staff were nice but they restaurant kept running out of everything. First they had no fries, then said that they had no sweet potato fries but they made up for it which was nice. The ice cream Sunday is HUGE! Great for sharing. Everything here is pretty good but just felt like everything was very rushed and panicked about running out of ingredients.

We usually have a better time for our post/or sometimes pre grocery lunch between my grandpa and I. But 3x now I've asked for the same thing mushroom Swiss burger and bacon and jalapeño.... and all 3 times something is missing ..... cheese. Mushys. Bacon!! Or jalapeño... so I have to go up there and ask for them on the side, but im thinking that if you pay 35 for two meals with drinks tax and a measly tip you should at least have your food come out right the first time... Also we always go in when it's in-between lunch and dinner usually a wednesday or Friday. ...... o the r then that the staff is polite and the air conditioning makes it Antarctica inside the store.

They’re good is good and fries are great but they have a habit of forgetting things to put on your burger ;/ especially if you go through the drive thru.

The worst experience today. I did a drive thru order and they had me park in a spot across from the window to wait. I watched them take at least 5 more orders after me and bring the food to them. 30 minutes later I finally get my food, cold and wrong. I go inside to hopefully just get it remade or something, but instead, the girl tells me there were people if front of me (wrong, no one was in front of me in the drive thru), tries to charge me for my missing fries, and doesn't even apologize for me waiting 30 minutes for my cold burgers. She just asks if I want a refund for everything 😑

I did like going here until I tried to pick up dinner and got in the drive through line at 8:25PM on a Sunday and a worker came out of the restaurant to take out the trash will pointing to a handheld closed sign to the people in line. If you are going to close earlier than the posted close time of 9PM please adjust your hours online so that I don’t waste my time trying to support local and get my dinner here. I will not be coming here anymore.

I visited on April 18th after 5pm my total was $14 I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with grilled onions no bun.. I went through the drive thru and after I paid for my meal I was asked to park in the parking lot. I realized I forgot my receipt, so once she brought my food out I asked for it and I got the most rudest response.. the carhop told me that I should have asked for it at the windows.. I responded in shock 😲 I said really ! She said yes next time ask for it because caters burgers don't print receipts unless you ask 😏.. normally when I go to drive thru at other places they always offer.. I don't know the girls name but she was short with dark brown hair .. btw she could have kept the attitude because I am the customer last time I checked. I shouldn't feel bad because I want my receipt... I hope that mo&joe still owns this place because they need to know! It was never allowed when I use to work for them.

We routinely come in to enjoy the food and service. But this past week we asked for our usual and learned one of our favorite employees that always made sure our grandfather's order was correct and speedy even during their busy times was no longer working there when we asked why it took so long for grandpas order 🙁
