This location i think is better than the one on Texa. Its always got options on pizza and not 3 of the same type there salad bar is always crisp and clean. The store is clean and the service is great

This place is a good pizza place, specially their spinach pizza, pizza still was good but unfortunately pizza guys didnt do a great job this one time, made me and my husband's stomach hurt. Maybe new employees. Overall still a good place to go. Employees new or not are as always nice.

Places decent I don’t have too many pizzas, manager not willing to help or to listen. I think they could have to employees out a little bit better maybe getting them a cart when they go get dishes they won’t be so heavy on your back. Economics. I think we have to be more accountable at least try to make a little better for their employees

I came here the other day for lunch with my kids. The pizza they had out wasn't the freshest and appeared to be sitting for a while but we still made the best out of it. The games is where our disappointment came in. I didn't quite a bit on credits for the kids to play in the arcade. However half the games didn't work right or didn't work at all. The games aren't just a few credits either. The one in the front was 38 or 40 and it didn't work at all. Then when my daughter asked the employee about it, she kept getting ignored. The restaurant was clean for the most part as well as the bathroom.

We got two pepperoni instead one one pepperoni and one mushroom pizzas. The Buffalo chicken poppers had no Buffalo sauce on it, and the jalapeño poppers were missing completely. I assume they were too busy or understaffed since it took a while to get someone up front. Came back to update. Pizza dough was half raw.

I went here after class for lunch one day and the atmosphere was quite very clean. The service was mediocre and the food was very old and they weren’t putting fresh food out for a while, which was very upsetting but hey, you get what you get. I sure hope wish that these food industries will get it together.

This lady right here is VERY unprofessional! I asked to come in to see my grandbabies, 4 of them. She said yes and that is fine. My son n law and children were eating. They had some leftover wings that were purchased SEPARATE from the buffet, He offered TWO wings to me because his children did not want the and said “they were nasty!” and he did not want to throw them away, so I ate the two wings! I had no pizza, no drinks, not even a piece of bread! I ate only the two wings. still had the wing in my hand AND I was feeding some to the one year old. This young lady approached me saying she was going to have to charge me because I ATE and because I SAT DOWN. I apologized, told her I only ate the wings, and I was not aware of the policy. She precedes to tell me the sign is at the front and is posted twice. I said I was did not read the signs because I ASKED HER directly and you told me yes, that is fine. She did not once tell me about the policy when I asked, NOT ONCE! I then told her that if I was aware that if I SAT DOWN I would be charged, mind you the one year old grandchild is sitting in my lap I could have made the decision to leave. Then she tells me about the two signs and asked me did I know how to read because you should have read it twice. Okayyyyyy, now you talking down to me like I’m illiterate and can’t read! Then tells me if you can read you would know! What the hell..she tried showing out in front of bunch of people at a birthday party and my grand kids. Mind you I was only there 5 minutes. Either 2 of them if her basically saying I’m stupid! She also told me she would let it go this time, then came back and said so if you would go the front I will ring you up even after I told her I would leave! Hold on now😳. She did EVERYTHING to show she was in charge, had power, but at the same time talk to me like I was truly a person that did not understand English or can’t read! And the worst thing is in front of my grandchildren. From what I can assume is when she saw me outside typing this long complaint, she quickly called somebody on the phone trying to her best me to the punch. Your biggest mistake young lady is once I asked if I could come in to see my grandbabies, your response should have been…I’m sorry but our policy is…and I will have to charge you. Not if you can read the signs you would know! Young lady, especially for people who can’t read or did not read your sign! Communication is best verbally! Your second mistakes confronting me in front of at lest 20+ party attendees and my grand children. That was very unprofessional! Very!

I asked for a senior discount and got refused because I didn't have a AARP card never a problem anywhere else.i asked them to make a philly cheese steak pizza and she told me they don't make them,it's on the menu!

I ordered takeout, and the wings were raw—really unpleasant and tough from being undercooked, and the flavor was not what I ordered. The pizza was bad and tough as well. Honestly, I was surprised; I don’t know what happened. I usually enjoy the food, but this time I don’t know if they changed the pizza crust or what happened—it tasted bad, and the wings were very poorly cooked. I even had to cook them more at home.

You will be charged full price, even if you can't eat their food. I sat on a bench by the front door while my husband ate with our grandchild. Very poor policy. A manager should be able to make exceptions in cases like ours. We would have been happy to choose a table by the register so they could be sure I wasn't cheating

Extremely rude staff and manager. It’s like they watch you while you eat and would try to rush you out of there. Bathroom was extremely dirty and had bad ventilation. The place does not upkeep cleanliness nor sanitation. Definitely would not eat here again.

The buffet was ALWAYS EMPTY , never even had basic pepperoni. I asked to make a pasta and the girl told me it’s only for takeout, (a lie different locations have done it for years) and I had to order the pepperoni pizzas and they barely put pepperoni on the darn pizza, I was very disappointed, and the lady on duty didn’t give a dammmm to satisfy anyone.
