I've always found the staff to be friendly & helpful... so far never had problems w getting an order wrong. While I'm definitely no fan of the new McDonald's "look" I'm extremely grateful for how consistently they keep front of house in a pleasant state of "clean & tidy"! So while I'm always hopeful I'll receive my food in a consistent state of hot & fresh, I'm real disappointed at how often this location fails at the quality control. Usually just chalked it up to the slightly remote location (less foot traffic + more time for food to dry out under warming lights). But isn't there someone in charge to account for n prevent it?! If not, hope they get someone soon... cuz, any other restaurant management that charges near $10 for 2 dried miniburrito, lukewarm hashbrown, sm coffee would close down within the year. No matter how clean & friendly! All things said & done, at least their doors & drive-thru's are open for us in a pinch, the beverages are great and their senior coffee is 85¢!!

It’s cleaner than other McDonalds, but their wifi is bad. Hey there I hope 🤞 does that your week is a good time to you and I will will be back to work on Monday and Tuesday I will will definitely not be able to do that tomorrow at night and I have to get a few things to go today I will just have a few minutes and I’ll be there to be there in about a week

Ordered a cheeseburger no pickles came with pickles no onions, lager fry that came half full , 2 sauce got none but was charged $.78. This is an on going problem in Buellton McDonald’s!

They closed an hour early and didn’t tell me. I waited for my food for no reason. Also, a few days ago the drive thru worker gave me the wrong ice cream. I put it in my car and was about to eat it. He asked for it back and put it behind the counter with no gloves. He touched my money a few seconds earlier. I’m not filling out your stupid McDonald’s form.

When I got home my order was missing an item. When I contacted the restaurant they would not give me a refund for that item. Other fast food merchants have no problem doing this and seem not to make mistakes as often as McDonald’s.

If you want Service Go to the Drive thru . CASHIER at the COUNTER WILL Walk by and ignore you and continue to chat with the other workers The young Girl LOOKED at me and Ignored me for over 10 minutes while I was there . Spoke to the Manager she gave me the im Sorry Free Meal Speech. Bottom Line Employees are Mirrors of their Managers , rudeness and indifference is practiced and condoned by the Management

Came for large french fries only. Was told they are making a fresh batch and to pull into parking #2. I felt like they forgot to bring out my fries especially after seeing 3 cars drive by. Finally someone brought out my order and I drive away. Try the fries and they are not hot and taste old.....did not eat them.

Terrible customer service sucks very slow. I ordered coffee and sit-down waiting for it until I went and asked the employee. She left it @the counter. Very bad service and they have code to the bathroom is 12345. It takes forever to get it to use the bathroom.

Worst service waiting in line no one took out order for 5 mins and couldn't move in line. Then made us wait for food for another 5 minutes. Everyone before and after us. Then us a happy meal that they already had in line

Sink water in the bathroom was SCORCHING hot! When I complained, I got a smile and the manager said “There’s nothing we can do to control it.” No apology, no alternative options offered, no complimentary food offered to make it right. Terrible customer service!!

I went to McDonalds today the person taking my order was rude, they gave me one of my sandwich cold , I also ordered 4 sausage egg and cheese McMuffin for my family and they didn’t come with eggs… never coming back

Worst service I’ve ever received from a McDonald’s. My drink was CLEARLY out of syrup, the girl didn’t bother to ask if I wanted another soda. My fries were half full. And my nuggets were thrown into the bag so forcefully they opened up and weren’t even in the box when I got home. Thanks McDonald’s lol

Ordered two egg sausage biscuits to go, got order inside a cookie bag. Literally the two sandwiches were tight in there. Didn’t complained but asked for ketchup and realize that I was going to have trouble stuffing 5 ketchups. I asked an employee for a regular bag. Employee said “they ran out” lol. It’s ridiculous I had to request for a bigger bag. They FORGOT to add cheese on my order. I paid $.79 dam cents. I don’t recommend this McDonald’s.

What is the purpose of asking how many sugar or cream I would like in my coffee if you’re just going to serve it black, scalding hot, and filled to the lid. Seriously guys, for $10 a simple breakfast meal should come with a coffee that isn’t completely useless. I’m not gonna drink black scalding hot coffee, this isn’t 1950. By the way nine dollars and change for a sausage biscuit and a hash brown and a terrible coffee is the biggest rip off going in this country at the moment and that is saying quite a bit.
