Born and raised in Korea, moved to USA 9 yrs ago. I travel a lot with my job, also me and my husband(American 😂) travel a lot as well. Not gonna lie, this place has the best korean foods we've had in USA, that includes LA, ATL, NYC and Vegas. The owner was super friendly and kind, also surprised how much spicy food my white husband can handle 😂 Beef soup, full beef flavor, with nice texture of veggies in it, pork stir fried with kimchi and tofu was better than what my Korean mom makes(sorry mom), lastly, the korean fried chicken. SERIOUSLY run, don't walk there. It was insanely good with/without sauce both!!!! Super crispy and perfect amount of seasoning on light batter, house made chicken sauce was very nostalgic korean sweet tangy flavor. We will definitely come back here every time we are in town and would love to try more on the menu! We are super sad that we are not living here 😭 but i would go absolutely overweight if i live near by this place haha 사장님 정말 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다! 번창하세요! 여름에 또 올게요!

Really friendly cozy authentic Korean restaurant. My wife is Korean so she can attest that it's the real deal. They have the BEST fried chicken, way better than the place next door. Very crispy, very old school chicken. Their soups are really good as well as their tangsuyuk and jokbal. Their Jjajangmyeon doesn't quite hit the mark for us but everything else is excellent.

Home-y, warm, and welcoming. Service was the best ever. Seems to be run by one lady and she was very hard working. She was so welcoming and even packed my food leftovers because she didn’t want to “ruin my nails”, I love her! She complimented my boyfriend because he wasn’t Asian using chopsticks, she’s literally so sweet 😆😆 As for food, it was all good! Seafood pancake it’s crispy while also being thick. Soondooboo and yukgaejeong is yummmm. The jjajangmyeon however has a wine taste here, it might be me tho I tend to taste some stuff strong, maybe rice wine. It was still good tho! She gave us yakult at the end! Not much else to say. Good food, good vibes.

Kalbi tang is good here. Owner was nice and gave us extras for Christmas. Restaurant needs a little bit of renovation (both inside and outside) but don't let that discourage you from coming here. The food is good. Definitely authentic Korean food, older korean lady makes the food here.

I’ve been here multiple times because it’s that good. It’s run by a family from South Korea and the owner is very friendly. The price is very affordable and the food is incredible. I’ve attached pictures of some of the dishes I’ve gotten and the great 반찬! 김치 찌개, 까드기,김치벆음밥, 오이무침 etc

This was very authentic and so cute. The woman serving us was very sweet and kind. We got the Kimchi Stew and the Bulgogi which were both amazing! I definitely recommend!!

The 아줌마 there was very sweet and funny! Compared to the other Korean restaurants in the Buffalo area, I’d say 아리랑 is definitely one of my favorites! I went here with my boyfriend around 7 and there was only one other table being occupied. The servings were very generous! The 아줌마 gave us sour patch kids after taking our order! As we left after paying, she even went outside to catch us before leaving to five us a yakult for each of us! I will definitely be visiting again :)

It’s hard to find a good place with nice and authentic Korean food in Buffalo. Unless you cook for yourself. Amazing food and amazing people. I loved the warm and friendly hospitality and authentic taste. The food was amazing, do check out.

I’m visiting from Singapore and was really craving korean food here. This place did not disappoint! We ordered the kimchi jiggae, soondubu jiggae and spicy beef stew. All so authentic and hearty with loads of meat, amazing variety of banchans as well. The ajumma was extremely sweet, refilling our banchan multiple times and even bringing out jeon which we didn’t order for us to try! She even gave us candy and choco pie at the end of the meal!

Their side dish matches the quality of NYC. food perfectly seasoned. Their rice cake matches bbq chicken next door. When we walked in we trash talk the place because their menu doesn’t look authentic boy was I wrong.

The best Korean food we’ve tasted in a long time. We experienced Arirang Restaurant’s K Chicken, stir fried squid, and stir fried kimchi pork & tofu with all the condiments. Delicious and authentic. We are visitors to NY from Hawai’i where we experience good Korean food. Arirang served great food with lots of hospitality. We’ll be back for more.

So delicious!! First time trying this place out after a recommendation from a friend. Was a little nervous about how it would taste with it being delivered, but I realized soon after getting it that I had nothing to worry about. Ordered the hot stone kimchi bibimbap and the scallion pancakes and both were piping hot and super tasty. The rice was cooked so that it had a nice, browned crunchy crust at the bottom and it made the dish delicious. Would definitely recommend!

Best authentic Korean food in Buffalo, NY. The restaurant is only twenty five minutes away from the Niagara Falls. My friend and I ordered kimchi stew and tangsuyuk; both dishes were delicious! The place was clean and friendly customer service. I definitely recommend this place and would come here again in the future.

This review was long overdue, I've been frequenting this place almost weekly for a year. The owners are very hospitable. Sometimes this place can go from two customers to a full dining room filled with tourists, so it does get busy at times. If you're new to Korean cuisine, you should try their bibimbap or any of their beef dishes. The atmosphere is relaxing, perfect place for a chill meeting with friends. I just had them cater my sister's birthday and the guests were really happy with the food. If you're looking to serve asian food at your next party/meeting, check this place out.

Brought scallion pancake and stir fried rice cake. The size of the stir fried rice cake is disappointing and still cost about 12 dollars. But I would recommend the scallion pancake.

For lunch, we three have ordered Soybean Paste Stew (된장찌개)  , Kimchi Stew (김치찌개)  and Sizzling Stone Pot Bibimbap (돌솥 비빔밥) at around 12:30PM . The owner said she has to charge with dinner price because they have just served the group customers. The food for Kimchi Stew (김치찌개)  and Sizzling Stone Pot Bibimbap (돌솥 비빔밥) were ridiculous. Kimchi Stew (김치찌개) doesn't have meaningful Kimchi. Instead, there were ramen. Sizzling Stone Pot Bibimbap (돌솥 비빔밥) does contain only 3 vegetables (carrot/radish/pumpkin). There were no 콩나물,고사리나물/도라지나물. It was quite different with the image in website. The food appeared to be re-used by left-overs from previous group customers. I have the photos, but the upload was not working right now.
