My husband gets sour cream on his burrito, where I do not. It's always a hot or miss picking thru the burritos to figure out what's what. Today, the employee wrote on the wrappers!! Great job Taco Bell!👍👍

After reading the other reviews I was holding my breath. But as I was killing time waiting for my dispatcher to figure out my reload, I fugured I would cash in some of my pilot flying J reward points and enjoy a free meal. An older woman took my order and gave me my cup and receipt with my order number and told me that they would call my name when order was ready. So a few minutes later my name is called I grab my order which is correct and food was good. So no drama, no real wait and food was free so no complaints here.

Enjoy an occasional Taco Bell meal. It was fine. I found a man's wallet in the booth we sat in and gave it to manager at TB window. A bit later she took it to the main store's manager (I'm assuming). Hope the guy got it back intact. Wish I had looked him up myself and made sure he got it.

Work dayshift went here at 4:00am. Says 24 hours but drove here was closed not sure if they are 24 hours or not? Can someone confirm?

If I could leave zero stars I would. Your manager Leah needs to be fired because she doesn’t know how to be nice to people or never learned that in the food business the customer is always right and doesn’t comprehend how the beans and rice bowl is supposed to be made. She is incompetent on her menu and how everything is put together. I asked politely if I could come to the window to take my order because she stated she could not hear me. She told me no I can’t do that because we’re on a timer in a very rude manner and tone I should add. I’ve never been to a Taco Bell that didn’t ask me to pull forward when they couldn’t hear me. Every fast food place does that because their customer comes first. Then after I paid for my food I asked if the gentleman at the window could charge me for another Dr Pepper. I was told no that I would have to go back through the drive through. There was nobody behind me. Poor customer service. Don’t eat here if you want great customer service. I will be calling the GM at Pilot to fix this issue. I also have proof that I very well can pull up to the window. Thanks. I also wrote a review and called headquarters. Also have proof that I can also add an order if I need to at the window: Let’s post that one too.

They took 20+ minutes to prepare this simple order (not just my order alone, people are waiting forever to get their food). Better skip this restaurant and choose other food options, there are plenty other options nearby. I was driving from Dallas to houston and took a pit stop for food and gas and these people killed my time.

Ordered hard regular taco got soft flour, trashed it. Can't eat flour allergic asked her for sure could I get regular hard corn tacos. AFTER DRIVING 14 hours going to bed hungry. Thanks for Nothing

After taking forever to make food while playing around the young girls where not only rude and had the worst customer service ever i received this nasty undone quesadilla besides the worst taco bell food I have received from a taco bell its the slowest one I've ever ordered from never eat here im not going to anymore fire everyone and get better people the shift is from 8/31/21 around 6:45PM

I don't know what this was but it was suppose to be a cantina crunchy taco. The Gm took my order that's what is upsetting. Do better Taco Bell.

They stopped their service for a shift change! You can’t just close a drive-thru or pause restaurant operation in the middle of the day so staff can “settle in” and switch. It’s ridiculous.

Go here if you want to get ripped off. Pay for additional items? Don't get em. Oh, and barely get any actual fillings in your item to begin with. Pathetic.

Horrible. Couldn't get order right x2 and then were rude when asked for them to correct it. Receipt was correct they just didn't pay attention. bowl of pints and cheese was less than half full mostly red sauce.

They don't have their signature drink (baha blast) and don't carry any sauce except the ones they charge extra for unless it's mild or hot.

I ordered 3. I get back to work and open it up and find two regular tacos (not even supreme) and something else that I have never seen before. It is not even a supreme either. So basically, I paid over $10 for two tacos and a random selected thing. The receipt listed exactly what I ordered, so the laziness in the kitchen and lack of caring shows. After I found this disaster, I tried calling 7 times and it rang and rang until it finally timed out. They wont even answer a phone call! I am assuming because they are getting numerous calls of screwed up orders. This is a refelction on management. I didnt have time to go back and try to fix their screw up. I highly doubt they would even care.. Wont go back. Lost a previous long term customer.

Food slightly more expensive than a stand alone Taco Bell. The preparation is not consistent... Little to NO ground beef on my items. 95% lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. Waste of money.

I am always 100% guaranteed to have the worst service and speed at this location. I’ve tried it numerous times hoping it would improve since opening. It hasn’t.

I get to the window and clarify I wanted the meal and I am met with attitude and hostility. They charge me for the meal like I wanted but I only received the burrito. I don’t recommend unless you want employees to be rude to you for a misunderstanding on their part and to be charged for items you did not receive.

I tried to order through the app and it took my order somewhere else so I had to order again never got my money back PS no one use the app here
