This is the best Burger King in the area. I drive out of my way every morning to get their breakfast sandwich.
Did a mobile order here, picked up at drive thru and the food was great, 2 chicken jrs, not dried out exactly how I ordered, 8 pc jalapeño bites extremely fresh, whopper jr (yeah free thru walmart lol) but food was great. Woman at drive thru didnt sound thrilled, and kinda just passed me my food but that's why I placed a mobile order lol
The food was good. I wouldn't say outstanding but then I wouldn't expect that these days unless I paid a premium price. The girl taking the order was cheerful and pleasant and service oriented. This was immensely appreciated especially after a distasteful experience I had with a Wendy's only hours earlier. See my review of them. This place was good and definitely had their act together and was producing a decent product. I would go there again even if it was somewhat out of the way.
The meal was tasty and the inside is relatively spacious with several tables. The bathroom is also pretty clean.
Please get new chicken nuggets. The ones u have now are horrible!
Just left Burger King, this is my chicken sandwich with lettuce, mayo & onions….barely can see the mayo, and the lettuce very minimal, also chose for it to be cut in half, nope! My husband’s sandwich was similar directions weren’t followed. He wanted no mayo, add bacon, cheese, ketchup, onions, and mustard. He had mayo, bacon, mustard, ketchup, cheese, and no onions also no cut. Since the remodel it looks nice in the inside however the manager does a lot of yelling at her staff, which was loud while waiting inside for our order. We went inside in hopes this would stop our meal from being messed up, since we ordered at the kiosk. I will say this will be my last time at the BK on Union.
Very slow service. The place was very dirty. Employees seem more interested in fooling around than taking care of the customer
I checked my bag before driving away. No fries. Told girl at window who in turn asked girl who did the bagging. She looks at me & said you didn't order fries. So now I have to explain my order. She says Whatever & put fries in the bag for me. I felt bad for the girl at the window. She seemed embarrassed.
They literally while open wouldn’t acknowledge me and wouldn’t come to the window to serve me and acted like they were closed. It’s very sad to see that Customer Service is nonexistent, and I felt very racially profile since they made eye contact with me and completely disregarded my existence that I wasn’t good enough to serve.
I was getting work done on my car at the Chevy dealership on 12/30/25 at 9:45am and decided to grab a breakfast sandwich. It took 15 mins to get my order, the guy at the counter (manager on duty) claimed he didn’t have the order, served another person and told me to “shut up for a min” when I continued to ask for my food. It gets better. I choose a table, sit and start eating. 2 guys walk in to put up a 24 hour sign. He points to the window above me and has them put it there. They walk over, open a ladder and start working above me at the table I’m sitting at. I ended up throwing out what was left of my cold food and leaving. He should be fired and I will never be back.
0 star review. How much more rude can customer service get?? Good customer service is dead. The new renovation forces you to use the kiosk. I asked a group of 4 workers just standing there if I could have my cup for my drink while im waiting just to be received with blank stares then finally the one girl laughed as if I was asking for a miracle and very reluctantly gave me my cup. What a joke..
Order of only a few items was completely and utterly messed up, incorrect, and sloppily loaded into a bag. Very obvious the staff and the management at this location take no pride in their jobs or their positions…or frankly themselves. Management that was alerted of oversight on a simple order processing… passed it off as “one of her employees must’ve handed out the wrong order”? The manager herself handed out the order, through the drive-through window! It’s pathetic when someone does something incorrect that they can’t admit they were at fault and simply apologize. That would’ve gone much further…. further than lies and excuses. There’s no other explanation for this general demeanor affliction other than sole incompetence! Really tragic & sad…. Nothing more to say….. Easy food with easily, the most incompetent staff serving it! And this is why the price of fast food has gone up so much? Due to employees and management, like this establishment on Union Road, expecting to be paid $30 an hour for subpar sloppy service? Yeah, that’s a joke! Have pride in your work, even if you are cleaning toilets for a living!
The workers here are lazy and disrespectful. They lie about deliveries and do anything to manipulate the time and people to give poor customer service. Go to any other bk this one is trash and the workers are trash
Wow. Wish I could give it n9 stars. Board up the windows. Waiting forever in the drive thru only to pullout without ordering. Not 1 customer in the place. Great job.
Went to this burger king around midnight, 2 cars ahead of me in the drive through, waited at the speaker to order for 15 minutes or more. Ordered 2 burgers, 2 eight piece cheesytots, and a chickenwrap. I paid and waited 15 minutes just to be told to pull forward to wait another 20 minutes. after 5 cars behind me paid and left with food they finally came to give me my food. Deep fryed stuff takes less then 5 minutes. Its a disgrace, its disgusting and the service is absolutely terrible. No apology, no nothing. The guy who brought my food out actually laughed when I asked why it took 35 minutes. Its actually amazing that people can be so inconsiderate. If the roles were reversed I bet they would raise hell, demanding free stuff or accusing racist accusations. To bad I have to give 1 star to write a review. Because thats too much for this trap house of a restaurant.
I am not normally one to write a bad review. Today’s experience was subpar to say the least. My order was a cheeseburger burger (with no pickle) and some french fries. Simple enough. I was acknowledged, said my order, then was told to hold on. It took 5 minutes from the time the last car pulled forward to go to the window for someone to come back (after I asked if everything was OK), apologizing that they were understaffed, and then asked for my order again. I said my order again and then was told to drive up to the window. When I was at the window, they took my card for payment, gave it back, then proceeded to chat with each other for another 5 minutes (I have the timestamp of when I sent a text to my sister about how long it was taking to order). I finally got my order and left. When I got home, which is 3 minutes away, I went to eat the food. My cheeseburger had pickles on it and my fries were lukewarm at best. Now, I acknowledge that I may not have said no pickles the second time I ordered, as it took 5 minutes to give my order again so I probably forgot, but to have cold fries while the staff sat and chatted with each other is unacceptable. My order was a pretty basic order and it was very disappointing. I completely understand if a business is understaffed but to get the food that I paid for cold and to watch that staff chat to each other, not looking like they were attending to the food at all, is unacceptable and should be corrected as soon as possible. If not corrected, I’m not sure how much longer this location will remain open, as no one will want to order from this location again.
Disgusted with food and unfriendly staff. Asked for extra extra crispy bacon - bacon looked raw (on both sandwiches). Went back to counter second time and politely explained the issue. Guy never apologized - I gave him the uncooked bacon and reiterated that I wanted extra crispy bacon. One minute later he handed me a bag with even less cooked bacon than the first! I couldn’t believe it. I just left it on the front counter when I saw it was virtually raw. Two times you can’t get it right? And attitude by staff unwelcoming. Would never return to this location.
