Just ordered from here tonight for the first time and it was fantastic. We ordered delivery and everything arrived very quickly. We even had to modify one of our selections right after placing the order (our fault, misread something) and getting it adjusted was quick, easy, and the staff were incredibly friendly about it. The food was great, the portions were large, and the price was very affordable. Will definitely be ordering from here again soon.

Hands down the best Chinese restaurant in the Buffalo area. I’ve tried so many dishes and everything is great. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel like family. 10/10 Highly recommended!

I have order here for 15 years now and I would never go anywhere else, the food is amazing, the people are amazing, and it’s a great environment to be around. They greet you when u walk in and there very flexible with anything. The food is amazing and it just melts in your mouth with all these flavors and it’s just soooooo good. I would recommend anyone to come here and get some Chinese food from the chopstick house. This is the #1 best Chinese restaurant there is in Erie county

Overall food was great... the crab Rangoon was exceptional and the pork fried rice is the best ive had in a long time! I Will definitely be ordering again soon!

I've been ordering from chopstick house for some time and it's always been delicious and I've referred many people to switch to them BUT last night's, 10/20/23, was not good. Fried dumplings were over done and oily, egg roll was like and oil soaked sponge I couldn't even eat it and general tso's chicken was not spicy and overcooked as well. Only part of it that was good was the lo mein. I'll give them another chance cuz it could have just been a bad night.

The food was very bland. Not seasoned and overall just didn't taste very good. I got the bourbon chicken with shrimp fried rice.

Got 8 dinner combos not a single person enjoyed there food most stopped eating after a couple bites. Huge waste of $100, gone down hill tremendously!

I received the wrong order, I called them to explain that I did not order shrimp lo mein and the guy gave me an attitude like it wasn't his fault? I paid 13 dollars for something I didn't want. Plus the food was horrible. First time this happened with this restaurant after all these years I have shown patronage. After this experience I will never give them my money again. I recommend any other Asian food but don't bother with chopstick house.

I used to love ordering here the food was always good but for the past 6 months /last4 times I ordered including today the food is soooo bad and awful . The flavor is off the broccoli is always over cooked. Tried giving this place the benefit of doubt but it’s just not good what so ever anymore

I tried to do a walk in order. Nobody came to take my order. A customer comes in after me and started telling one of the workers to add to his order. You would think he would say let me take care of this customer but nope.. The man finally acknowledged me by just saying hello, then went back to cooking. Worst customer service..

Just ordered on Sunday from UberEATS...had food poisoning very early on Monday. Feeling better today(Tuesday) but still can't believe that happened I used to love this place but I'll probably never order from here again unfortunately.
