I was curious about this place for a long time and I finally went to try it out. I quite enjoyed it. Workers kept themselves busy cooking and everything is fresh. I saw them cutting greens and onions and tomatoes. And they had music in the background. It was nice and relaxing atmosphere. Very clean too! I ordered the Open Souvlaki Steak and I enjoyed everything! Very nom nom just the pita bread was a bit tough for me but other than that, I really enjoyed it and I’ll definitely be coming back for sure! 😋😋😋
Rachel’s always has excellent service and consistently delicious food. The staff is friendly and attentive, and every dish is fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend!!!

Placed an order on national delivery app. Sauces were forgotten as usual. Chef was kind enough to give me the dill and Tatziki that someone forgot (most likely not even this location but she saved our dinner). I love my Rachel’s you love your Rachel’s

Been coming here since it was Louie's and the food/service has only gotten better. I've never had a bad item on the menu, never had anything other than top shelf service. Breakfast, lunch, dinner... always consistent.

I was in town for the weekend and heard great things, so I stopped in ordered 6 (buy 5 get 1 free ❤️) and my family and I enjoyed every bite!
Jimmy's has the best Texas Hots! The restaurant is very clean and is always following up with wiping down after customers leave. He is so friendly and accommodating to his customers.
Growing up in south Buffalo Texas hots was a staple for the neighborhood and since it’s random closing Jimmys is the only place that has a special sauce not only close to them but better. The employees and atmosphere of the business is genuine, welcoming and overall a very good experience. Truly happy to have found Jimmys and can’t wait to go back!
Just came here for the first time with a couple co workers for lunch, food was great, I got the 2 dogs, fries and a drink. It was reasonably priced as well compared to other hotdog shops, I will be back next week for sure!
My favorite Texas Hot joint in Buffalo. Their sauce is the perfect mix of salty, beefy, and sweet. Full menu of dinner type options and all-day breakfast.
Great place to eat. Your order is always correct. Very friendly to everyone that comes through their door. Been getting lunch here for over a year and not one complaint for me.
Jimmy, the owner, has a way with his customers. He makes you feel welcomed all the time. The food is great. There are so many return customers each day. I consider many of them to be good friends of mine. That fact also makes me want to keep going back. Thanks Jimmy
We love Jimmy’s! It’s like enjoying a home cooked meal when we are in Buffalo. I had an omelette with feta that was delicious. The home fries were so flavorful, with onions and the right amount of crunch. My sister has her home fries with the Greek chili sauce! I should have followed her lead. The service is fast and friendly. The food is always fresh and tasty!

I had breakfast that was pretty good. The gyro meat was delicious. The eggs were as ordered,and the toast was well buttered. There's only counter seating, and you're given 1 napkin. Overall the food was good,the waitress was excellent but a little pricey! I spent 15$ plus a tip on breakfast and coffee.
Service was so-so but the food was good. Wouldn't let me order a single hot dog tho. Idk how a hot dog place is gonna not let you order a single hot dog. So I ended up buying a meal AND an order of French toast. When all I really wanted was the french toast and a hot dog, I instead got 2 dogs, fries and 3 french toast. Little overpriced since I ended up paying 24 dollars with a tip. Edit: thank you for the info, next time I ask to order one Texas red hot and one order of French toast and the server tells me no I can show her this. Thank you for the reply. The food really was good, the french fries with the Texas sauce was amazing.
Food tasted decent however they were out of tabouli and backlava )which was the same at another location I want to a couple months ago) and my biggest complaint is that when I got home I discovered they had not given me the rice pudding I paid for..ok that happens.. but I left a nearly empty store and I have called and called and no one will answer and "voicemail is not set up" so now I'm upset because I don't have time to drive back there..I don't even live or work out there I was in the area for an appointment. So I don't think I'll be getting a refund and I am definitely not ok with being ripped off One employee was friendly and helpful and the other was friendly enough until I missed something she said ..she has an accent and I didn't hear her so I said "I'm sorry I didn't catch that can you please say that again" and she paused and got annoyed and had an odd attitude about it and then said she "I will repeat myself" before answering. Not sure if that's just how she comes across or if it was intentional but I found it unnecessary and rude. All in all I won't be going back.
I usually order delivery from the one on Walden but I figured it shouldnt matter the location right? Big mistake. I ordered a romaine salad bowl and when it arrived they ended up giving me a rice bowl. Everything else was right except for that which doesn't make any sense ... I've tried to call multiple times and no one ever picks up the phone I even emailed support FOUR TIMES no response it's been a few days a refund would be nice but I guess not since I cannot contact ANYBODY!
Placed a take out order, arrived 10 minutes after it was supposed to be done. There were no customers in the restaurant but they hadn’t even started our food. Additionally, the employee was eating the food with his hands as he was preparing it. I’m not a stickler for cleanliness, but that’s too much for me to stomach.
Flies in food from Hertel and Delaware location. Received order from DoorDash and there were 2 flies in the rice bowl container. Absolutely disgusting. DoorDash refunded entire order. Will never order from here again.
DO NOT ORDER TAKEOUT FROM THIS LOCATION!! I placed a pickup order of about $40 from this location. The website stated the location was open until 9:00 PM, so I scheduled my pickup for between 8:15-8:30 PM. When I arrived just before 8:30 PM, the doors were already locked. Several employees were inside but would not acknowledge me or let me in. I also called the store multiple times, and no one answered, despite staff clearly being present. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and would like a full refund, but no one from their support team has gotten back to me, despite me emailing multiple times. I am beyond disappointed and will not be returning to this Rachel’s location, or any others, in the near future.
Woman working at 5:00 on 9/6/25 had an AWFUL attitude. Seemed like it was a bother to make my food. Wasn’t listening to me and put onions on my salad then proceeded to pick the onions off my salad and throw it back into the onion bin….those should’ve been thrown out. Very unsanitary and horrible service. A lot of the spring mix I got was bad and soggy. Never going to this location again. Hire new staff and do better making sure things are fresh!!
Workers literally are rude especially that one girl. Never have any food always out and doesn’t care to make more, if you aren’t going to make the food when it runs out not sure why you guys are even still open. Super upsetting I advise you get a better staff
I am beyond disappointed with the staff working on Tuesday 8/19/25 for telling me I couldn’t be in the store with the service dog I had with me. I tried to explain that it wasn’t a pet, that it’s a trained service animal, and public access can’t be restricted for a service animal, and she would not listen. I’ve walked into this location before with a service animal and had no problems, but this worker would not be reasoned with. When I said I was just picking up a mobile order anyway, she told me to wait by the door and not come in. Again I tried to explain that what she was doing was illegal and she said it didn’t matter because there is food and “people don’t want dog hair in their food”. Beyond what she said and did (which, again, is illegal) she was extremely rude in the way she spoke and looked at me. An absolutely terrible experience and I will never be back to any Rachel’s location now. I would have loved to call and speak with the owner about this experience directly, but their website hasn’t been updated and the ticket support system is no longer in service. Owner/manager - I would LOVE to hear from you to learn how you will be better training your staff for the future. You need to do better.
Went in to the Delaware location today because they mess up our order every time we order delivery. Was greeted with disappointment, as we were given attitude by the African American lady working. She made us feel incredibly unwelcome in the restaurant and seemed mad to make our bowls. At the register, we asked for the dressing that comes with the salad bowl and was asked what we told the girl making it we wanted. I explained we were not asked and then the girl with the attitude came back over with yet more attitude as if we were bothering her to get dressing for us. I’m sorry but this establishment needs to find some better employees because it looks really bad and there are many other options in Buffalo for Greek food! I won’t be ordering again any time in the near future. No point in wasting my time to inconvenience the lady working. Pita gourmet never messes up our order, is speedy with delivery, and tastes great!
Unfortunately, the worst wrap I’ve ever had in my life. Pita was super soggy/spongy .. they didn’t even grill/toast it, which was emphasized by all the sauces. Chicken was rubbery (ordered the chicken shawarma pita) and could not be redeemed even by all the sauces that were used. Also, the reviews are spot on in describing the workers as seeming miserable. What does the company do to these people to make them look so dead inside? Save your money and go elsewhere, please.
They need new staff at the Delaware near Hertel site! My experience today sucked! They lady act like she couldn't understand what I was asking for in ny salad, then I couldn't hardly understand her because of her accent. She act like she didn't want to serve me when me. While I was there two other customers came in and had ordered on the app, their food wasn't ready! Like never again I'll go to any of the other site but never DELAWARE NEAR HERTEL!!😠😡
Food was absolutely disgusting, chicken shawarma is what I ordered and they gave me bland chicken. Ordered it on a rice bowl and they left out the actual rice??? Absolutely disgusting, and the other time when I came they gave me someone elses food.
OMG!! My vry first and my very LAST time at Rachael's!!! Had to go to FedEx and thought I'd surprise my wife with some Mediterranian. I ordered her a Chicken Shwarma Dinner and a Chicken/Beef Kabob dinner for me. Got home to find beef ONLY in my container. Beef was tender but TASTELESS! Absolutely NO marinade whatsoever. Hummus was HORRIBLE! Bitter with absolutely no flavor traces of cumin, salt or lemon. Worst hummus I ever had. Rice bed was tasteless. The Tabouli was decent. Wife's Chicken Shwarma was equally BAD! Tasteless, unseasoned chicken. Here's the kicker!!! I called FIVE TIMES!! ALL went to voice mail that stated "mailbox full!" I wouldn't eat Rachael's if it were FREE!! I'm going back to the SPECTACULAR Ali Baba on Military Road in Kenmore. ALWAYS DELICIOUS!!!
Very disappointed. Ordered a rice bowl with steak, peppers and onions from Rachel’s off of Uber Eats. ETA was 20-40 minutes. Rachel’s took incredibly long to prepare the food and order was extremely delayed. Did not arrive for an hour and 20 minutes. Order was also incorrect. They gave me spinach instead of rice (ew) and no peppers. Worst part is they told the Uber Eats driver it was delayed due to them “closing.” I ordered at 6:30 and they don’t close until 9…
The girl who works there ignores you when your standing at the counter and they never have meat made you always have wait forever. And the girl behind the counter talks on the phone the whole time she’s working. Super rude.
Went there and there was 2 unprofessional team members who worked on 1/6/25 at around 6:00 pm. Believe the one lady's name was Ann (could be mistaken). She didn't want to give me the lettuce that I requested once I politely let her know that I wanted to order 2 rice bowls. She wanted to give me what she wanted. I informed her of which lettuce I wanted and she stopped making my food. Gave her co worker a look as if she wasn't going to make my food and then had the other worker do it. She proceeded to make faces and then speak over me while I was ordering my food with her coworker. She then got on her phone and was talking and was mumbling things under her breathe. I can tell that she won't last long there and if the young lady doesn't stop following her lead, she won't be working there either. It's sad that you have to receive terrible service. Have to be more careful with who you hire. They gave Rachel's a horrible outlook. If you look at the reviews at this location, you can see plenty of complaints. They need to clean sweep here and get new staff or thjs location may close due to lack of support. And as far as that older lady working here, you need to learn customer service and leave rachetness at home!
Took 20 minutes for breakfast despite being the only customers in the place. Brown, Overcooked Omelette. Buyer beware. Prices listed on menu do not reflect what you’ll be charged. Owner pointed to small print on bottom of menu “prices subject to change.” Then update your menus! Owner has attitude. Been there a few times and never noticed pricing scam since I didn’t pick up the bill. Shady, deceitful practice. Definitely wont be back.
I spent $52 for me and my kid to get a quick cheap meal! That is OUTRAGEOUS FOR WHAT WE GOT!!! $16 for chicken pita Fries were extra $4.29 and the portion was ridiculously small $6 for 2 slices of bacon $10.29 for 3 lousy pancakes $6.79 for a basic choc shake $3.28 for fountain soda NEVER AGAIN!!!!
