Unfortunately I went here with my intoxicated father who was swearing, the staff was so sweet and handled it so professionally! The pizza and mild wings where so delicious but I didn’t really enjoy the hot wings since I’m not much of a fan of them but overall great experience

I got the three cheese steak pizza, very good. Everything tasted fresh.
This evening I ordered 2 subs for pick up from John’s on Campbell Blvd. When I got home 1 sub was incorrect. When I called to address it I spoke to the manager Bob & He offered not only to replace it but also deliver it! It was remade to perfection and to top it all off Bob delivered it himself with a smile and an huge apology. He even very kindly declined a tip. There’s nothing better than great food combined with great service! Thanks Bob!
Delivery order was a mess for my friends New Year’s Eve get together. The owner Gene stepped in and rectified the problem by sending my a friend a great gift card for a future purchase. Thank you.
The best specialty pizzas and their basic red pizza sauce is still spot on delicious. I recommend the cheeseteak pizza or chicken finger pizza . Subs and salads are delicious also . Customer service is right on and they will specialize and customize almost anything you ask them to !
Good food and excellent delivery but they need to quality control their food orders better. Constantly screwing up 1/2 cheese, 1/2 two topping pizza orders. We now have to order two separate pies to ensure they get it right. So unfortunate...
Food quality has been getting worse and worse. Whoever is making the pizza is drowning it in sauce. Stop putting so much on. Whoever your supplier is of wings, switch now! We got wings tonight and they are literally the smallest I have ever seen. $30 for 20 wings when you would seriously get the same amount of meat off only 10 wings anywhere else.
We ordered a team lunch, it was just so-so. Prices were very high, the lunch special wasn't very special; Bland, dry, and expensive. Although the "half" sub was huge, it wasn't good and mine was missing toppings. The staff at the counter was very friendly and helpful. And it was very clean inside. They also had gluten-free pizza which was a great option, but they did not half gluten free sub rolls.
Ordered a $9 greek salad that was the size of the palm of my hand. I could not believe how small it was let alone that it was mostly lettuce with barely any toppings.. Staff, a younger girl was rude as hell when I questioned it. The attitude was just ridiculous. Ordered a slice which was cold. Didn't even ask if I wanted it warmed. Never had issues at the other location on the blvd. Won't be going to the one on Campbell again.
The only problem I had was their delivery service. I was sitting one room away, nobody home, perfectly quiet and I hear no doorbell and no knock. I get up to check my phone and I find out that they've already had it delivered almost an hour before I found it. My food was cold and I had to reheat everything. It just doesn't taste the same after that.
Went here for their famous chicken finger sub. Have been going to this restaurant for a while for their chicken finger sub my last visit here it tasted like the chicken fingers were deep fried and very old oil. I paid over $16 for it. They should change your oil out more
Wasted my 30 Minute break waiting on two slices. Never be back pizza sucked
Their description of the best chicken finger sub is way off. The picture shows onions but onions dont come on it. The bread wasn't toasted so it was soggy. I ordered hot and they were barely mild. 1st time ordering and it'll be my last. The guy at the counter was very nice, only positive.
Couple weeks ago Ordered a large pepperoni, guy on the phone gave me attitude when I asked a question. Showed up they made a smaller square pizza on accident. I didn’t mind. The catastrophic upset stomach I got after eating this pizza, I did in fact mind. I don’t know what to say, they have been a staple in the community for so long, waited to see if I would get over it and order from the again. But I really don’t want to give this location another try. Good bye Johns of Getzville
Food is good. Disappointed in the service. I ordered online as I figured that is the easiest way to not get any mistakes on the order. I placed my order at 4. First it said it would be ready by 445. Then I get a message saying they are behind and would be ready at 5. No problem appreciate the heads-up. However I get there at 5 and they only had 3 of my 4 subs. The 'manager' didn't apologize but after I showed my receipt in the email he said to give him 5-10 minutes and would rush one out. 10 minutes later I was asked by an employee what I was waiting on and I said 4 subs. He then disappeared. Another 12 minutes goes by and I ask another employee. Who says he doesn't know and go gets the manager. Who then finds my 4th sub and gets it to me. No apologies or anything. I know it is a holiday today and they are busy, however I feel it isn't acceptable and will not be returning. The plan was for an easy dinner so I could get my littles out for Halloween trick or treating and were severaly delayed.
I put in an order hours ahead of time on their website to pick up for a party. I got there when the order was scheduled, and they barely acknowledged my existence. My order wasn't ready. The sub wasn't even started. After 10 minutes, I asked about how much longer the order would be. The guy at the register again didn't acknowledge my question. After another few minutes, he finally said it would be a few more minutes. I ordered ahead to avoid a wait. I understand that Friday nights are busy. I ended up waiting for a lot longer than expected because this restaurant couldn't manage their time. The worst was that there wasn't any type of apology or expectation set for a wait when I arrived. If you can't handle scheduled online orders, that shouldn't be a feature on your website. Edited to add: The pizza that took so long to get was also burnt to the point pieces of it were inedible.
Ordered a chicken finger sub but got this chicken nugget sub instead. The sad thing is the photo makes it look bigger than it actually is. I recommend avoiding this place and going to Johnny Cs, where you get 4-5 big fat tenders for the same price… Or heck, even your local gas station for a better sub.
This was the worst experience I've ever had at this location I've been getting their beef on wicks for over a decade and it came out with black burnt sauce all over it tyesterday the wrong fries and horrible customer service The teenage girl that brought my food out was upset because I did not walk in with a mask and threw my food on the table
